It's been since January Rhonda rude, and hateful, and has an attitude on her shoulder as soon as you walk on the door. when you asked to speak to the manager, she keeps on saying that she is the customer service manager. I don't know if she doesn't understand or if she's just illiterate and doesn't know what the store manager means when a customer asked for the store manager. and when you asked the store manager what time they work they just show up whenever they feel like it is what Rhonda says. They have no set schedule even though I have asked several times for the store manager to call yet. It's been almost three months and no one has called. I just called again today trying to get my grandmother's couch fixed, they have a warranty for an Ashley furniture store refuses to honor that warranty. The couch is three months old. They told me they would order them and I would wait another 2-3 weeks for the final pieces to arrive. I tried calling but they never called back. Texted the number but very rarely texted back. Then, they said they accidentally ordered the wrong part but "they found a replacement". I automatically assumed that they decided to send me the floor model. Sure enough, they delivered me the floor model. I knew because it was faded and not wrapped like the other pieces were when they were delivered. I sent them back catching with the floor model and said I want what I paid for. They offered to call the store to work it out when I demanded that I should call them.
