There was such a language barrier with my son's stylist he couldn't understand what she was saying. My son said her three inch finger nails hurt and when we left he had a visible scratch on his face. I showed my stylist pictures so she understood what I expected. My layers didn't make sense and are blunt, cut straight across, no blending. They charge extra to dry and style! How are we supposed to know how it looks? My stylist was very insecure and did not seem confident in cutting my hair. Scary. I saw in other reviews people mentioned rude stylists. I did notice one stylist talking very loudly and just not being professional. In general the vibes were terrible. Go somewhere else and save yourself the heartache.
