The "kill with kindness" and "professional" attitude because you're on a recorded line means NOTHING KEN ! You call me with all your BS because I took you to BBB, just to tell me "T mobile service will not work for me and you can walk me through how to cancel since I'm not in contract. NO provide the service you guarantee! I PAY you! And no Ken, I'm not cancelling. Even if I'm just 1 voice, I'll be heard. Already have so far KEN. Immature or not, you guys should be ashamed of yourselves. Absolutely horrendous service. No signal, constant drops in signal, as well as internet. Horrible customer service and when I call in I get the OFFSHORE team who treats me even worse, as if they aren't on the clock and being paid for it. I have been being charged every single month and most days I have no signal. I have documented this with screenshots of signal loss consistently and of the conversations I have had with the employees , and taking this to BBB since you refuse to help me as well as the other paying clients.
