I came in to get my screen replaced and for the T-Mobile Tuesdays deals. Recently my phone wouldn't turn on, I couldn't figure out why even with the hard reset and a full battery charge. I came in early in the morning and waited for a bit and then when I was helped I was basically told that I would need a new phone and wasn't verified to be helped. I came back later after getting authorization and I'm so glad I came back when I did. The new people that helped me, Daryl and Chrystal, were amazing and were able to get my phone turned on. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of the person in the morning wanting me to buy a brand new phone when it was fixable. Overall almost always a great experience.

Adrian told us to go into the app and said he would help us in a minute, but then proceeded to sit there scrolling on his personal phone. We genuinely needed help, so it was very frustrating to be told to wait and then be left sitting there. We had our 12-month-old with us, and I ended up having to chase him around and keep him occupied while we waited for assistance that never came. Unfortunately, because of this, we'll have to go somewhere else tomorrow to get the help we needed. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience and could have been handled much better.

At the other location, my problems were addressed with empathetic concern and the sales associate did everything in his power to resolve my problem to my satisfaction. Unfortunately in order to do the necessary overrides to the system I had to be in the store I purchased my phone from, so I was sent to this location. At this location, my problems were dismissed without apology and it seemed as though I was the silly one to even suggest the manager do an override so I could get my 27 day old phone replaced (because of a manufacturer's mistake) in store instead of having to wait 4 days. Do yourself a favor if you want to be helped by someone who at least pretends to care: go to the East Manhattan location.

Seriously the people on the help lines made me nearly regret my decisions to change multiple phone lines for my family to AT&T. I have no problem with call centers not being in the United States...except when they are rude and legitimately DO NOT HELP. Thank you to the AT&T store in Manhattan, KS for being capable and courteous. The 5 lines I transferred are worth it when the right people are available to help. We are saving money after being with Verizon for a decade and so far the service is good and this store's customer service is INCREDIBLE!!
