I also purchased the repair warranty they offer. Brand new furniture was delievered with a hole in it. Delievery driver noticed it to and marked it down on the sheet and a manager will be in contact with me. Well 2 weeks go by (mid july) and nothing. So i go to the store and they arent even tracking the issue. They pulled the delievery slip and see the note from the driver. So they asked me to email them pictures and a manager will get back to me. I told them i spent alot of money and waited long enough. Either fix it or i want to return it. They tell me there is no returns on furniture. Which is funny because the manager James that walked us around the store and helped us pick all of our furniture out. Tried to sell me and my wife a $4000 mattress that was returned because someone got locked up 2 days after having it. Dont take returns but willing to sell me a used mattress smh. They tell me to go home and email a picture of the damage and email it to them. So a day or so goes by and i receive an email from the manager Bertha Navarro. Telling me she is going to help me with everything and get it taking care of. Ok cool right??? WRONG....... Bertha Navarro called me and said she will have someone out to fix it within 2 week. I thought ok. Its getting fixed. But nope it is now sept 8th and i havent heard a single word from them. They took my $3500 and gave me damaged goods. How can it possibly take this long?? They dont care about their customers or have any integrity. They are grimy, liars and crazy over priced. I would stay clear of them. I would do business with them if i was you. There managment is a joke. I still want my stuff fixed or returned with a full refund. Crazy part is like i said i paid crazy extra for the repair warranty and still cant get it fixed. Will be at the store monday raising hell. They are scumbags...
