Military Buyer Beware: This company as of today still remains on the FRK installation clearing paperwork. The Army has been notified, investigations are initiated, and so hopefully it can be further reviewed as to why and how this private company is using the government's military installation clearing process for free bill collection and rental equipment collection services. They are the only private company on base to do this as their equipment is not government property so it appears they will need to be removed from the clearing process and forced to pay for and manage their own business like every other company on base does as they do not deserve special treatment. Especially with their poorly disclosed billing policy that pro-rates only when it benefits them while unfairly charging service members and their families for equipment rentals and services they cannot receive due to the individual billing cycle date not matching the soldier's PCS/ETS/Deployment dates and how their policy is not on the billing statement and transparent. They also have hostile powerless customer service folks that will tell you off and defend Vyve and complain about soldiers and tell you they sleep just fine at not in not disclosing this billing policy and in misusing the clearing process to collect money and get their equipment back as they feel nothing and do not care about the customer at all. Avoid at all cost until thongs change as this company needs to be told to leave the installation if they are going to abuse their privileged access and trust. I was shocked to find this all out and at the end when it was too late to even take back all the money I gave them for years thinking they had ethics and were military-friendly. Come to find out they just are here for the taking. Hope it changes but as of today, be very careful of Vyve Broadband. They have a NO REFUND policy too as once they steal your money legally you will never see it again and feel totally betrayed by such petty sneaky practices. Know your individual billing cycle date and be sure to turn in your service and equipment the day before to avoid them wrongfully overcharging you. And better yet, just do not ever open an account with them as I am hearing other horror stories the more I investigate this company. Who would have thought they would set up shop right under our nose and use it to legally get away with stealing petty amounts from service-members and use the installation's trust and help to help them collect their undeserved profits and insane billing practices. The ultimate violations of integrity and trust exist with Vyve Broadband. Avoid at all cost and if you cannot, read the fine print and be sure you understand it upfront before signing with them as you will be taken from if not careful. They cannot be trusted sadly....hopefully the Army internal investigations of them will lead to changes. As soldiers, we have to look out for each other and watch these companies thinking they can get over on us. Stay vigilant! read more

Fraudulent company. We canceled our service when we were moving. They told us we had to turn in our equipment by May 20th. Today May 1st we were charged for not turning said equipment. This is fraud and we will be pursing legal action against this company. read more

They get someone out to you to fix your problems at their connivence and then they temporarily fix the issues and two days later you have the same or worse issue. It is soooooo bad. It is the worst internet provider ever; the internet service is slow and constantly goes out. My husband and I are constantly on the phone with them trying to figure out the problems! We have set up automatic payments that don't even do anything!! They tell us we're behind two months and our internet will be shut out, it is such a shady scam because we have an automatic payment plan with them just to say we're behind? Gross! Inconsistent. Not reliable. $90 for a service that is never up. always crashes while im doing something important.

They always claim I have the strongest signal but I can't use anything on WiFi half the time.They reset it and it works for almost a month exactly, then nothing for 3-4 days . Wow it's the slowest internet I've ever had. 1.1 mbps download speed. And .002 mbps upload speed. Can I have a 90% discount off my bill bc I don't have internet service. You folks need to get real. I'm surprised my vyve wifi was able to allow me to post this review. Ever since I joined my bill has steadily increased month after month, I started out paying 78$ and now I pay 99$ monthly for the supposed 200 mbps speeds that barely load a tik tok. read more

I've been with Vyve for over 1.5 years and the service so far has been impeccable. My speeds are consistent, down time has been minimal, and the price point is on par with other providers in urban/metro areas. Living in a rural area, prior to Vyve my only options were DSL or satellite/OTA providers. The DSL I had previously was way over priced for the speeds I was receiving and I was forever experiencing lengthy periods of downtime. So glad Vyve came into the area and provided me with quality, consistent, speedy connection! read more

Speeds are unstable. If you are someone who utilizes electronics that require fast internet please do not use Vyve.

My dialup connection in 1999 was faster than the "up to 100mbps" I'm paying for in 2018.

Paying for 300Mbps and only getting 75 hardlined with an upload of 10 is beyond ridiculous for what I pay. There are only two providers on post or i would switch. The customer service on post is rude. The internet hasn't stayed up more than 5 hours in the past few days and I can't get any information or help as to why I'm 1. Not getting the services I'm paying for, and 2. Why I can't seem to get anyone on the line to reimburse or compensate me for the time lost since I work from home. If it continues this way I will end up filing a lawsuit which I really don't feel like doing, but what else can I do at this point? read more

Probably the worst customer service & internet provider. It literally takes them less than 10 minutes to answer the phone to make a sale but if you have issues with the internet it takes over 2 hours to get them on the line lol. It's crazy. The internet itself is horrible, paying for 200mb speed & only getting 49.8mb. It takes 39 hours to download 19gb. read more

So the internet is fast so far no problems. How ever the on thing they don't tell you is that you have a data usage limit. So really fast internet but of course with limits. They seem to not even have a program to tell you when you are about to go over. Really that is some shady money hording business. The on post promotions are good and I really like that. They just need to change some of the ways they do things. read more

I have received FANTASTIC service from Vyve on Fort Riley. They came out for installation and was not able to get the speed and stable connectivity right away. They have spent days relentlessly working to solve the problem to ensure we were receiving the internet services we were paying for. We had AT&T, they were terrible. Made the switch to VYVE. I am enjoying it and love the customer service we received from Kenny, Josh & Cassie. Nice to now have internet that's not down every other day. The speed is perfect with the many devices we have and it has not failed us yet. No lag even when the family comes over and there are 7 phones pulling data. Very Happy we made the switch. The customer service again was great!!
