    The service actually working that you pay for. Internet goes out at least once a day and they can never tell you when it's coming back on.

    Get anything but this ISP! Horrible service, worse customer service. I hope enough folks complain about them and they get removed from base.

    Inconsistent. Not reliable. $90 for a service that is never up. always crashes while im doing something important.

    Speeds are unstable. If you are someone who utilizes electronics that require fast internet please do not use Vyve.

    My dialup connection in 1999 was faster than the "up to 100mbps" I'm paying for in 2018.

    I'm literally getting 12mbps. You can't even stream high quality bideos or even game for that…read morematter !Your service is absolutely horrible and KEN FROM EXECUTIVE OFFICE was no better. The "kill with kindness" and "professional" attitude because you're on a recorded line means NOTHING KEN ! You call me with all your BS because I took you to BBB, just to tell me "T mobile service will not work for me and you can walk me through how to cancel since I'm not in contract. NO provide the service you guarantee! I PAY you! And no Ken, I'm not cancelling. Even if I'm just 1 voice, I'll be heard. Already have so far KEN. Immature or not, you guys should be ashamed of yourselves. Absolutely horrendous service. No signal, constant drops in signal, as well as internet. Horrible customer service and when I call in I get the OFFSHORE team who treats me even worse, as if they aren't on the clock and being paid for it. I have been being charged every single month and most days I have no signal. I have documented this with screenshots of signal loss consistently and of the conversations I have had with the employees , and taking this to BBB since you refuse to help me as well as the other paying clients.

    I have used T-Mobile for a long time and they are always the best. I get great service all around…read moretown, and better compared to friends who don't have it. I came in to get my screen replaced and for the T-Mobile Tuesdays deals. Recently my phone wouldn't turn on, I couldn't figure out why even with the hard reset and a full battery charge. I came in early in the morning and waited for a bit and then when I was helped I was basically told that I would need a new phone and wasn't verified to be helped. I came back later after getting authorization and I'm so glad I came back when I did. The new people that helped me, Daryl and Chrystal, were amazing and were able to get my phone turned on. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of the person in the morning wanting me to buy a brand new phone when it was fixable. Overall almost always a great experience.

I expected them to tell me to come back in the morning or be siurly and rushed as they set up a new phone for me. Maria greeted me with a smile, Robbie solved multiple issues, and the two other employees chipped in in the true spirit of TEAMWORK. I've been with T Mobile 10 years, Robbie and the other employees at this location earned another ten years of loyalty. Their professionalism, expertise and friendly manner just left me in a complete state of gratitude. GREAT WORK T MOBILE! You hire effective and competent staff, at least in this location.
