They quickly arranged a day to meet my Realtor and provide an estimate, which was a relief since we were moving from out of state. However, as the process unfolded, I became quite disappointed. The cleaning was canceled due to inclement weather, which I understood, but the only notification I received was an email--no call or text. When I tried to contact them, their voicemail was full. While they rescheduled promptly, the communication continued to be an issue. After the cleaning, I had to reach out to find out how it went and didn't receive a response for several days. This was particularly frustrating because they have a 24-hour guarantee policy, but since I wasn't there to inspect the work immediately, and my Realtor had no confirmation they'd even been there, we missed the window to report issues. For $600, the cleaning was disappointing. Dust and cobwebs were still present, cabinets were not fully cleaned, fans were dusty, and cobwebs remained on walls and by the front door. It felt like another stress point in an already challenging move. When I contacted them to express my concerns, I felt they were defensive and tried to shift the blame onto me. They claimed they might not finish the entire house, but the quote they provided clearly outlined what was included. They also mentioned the technician worked extra hours, but given they saw the house before quoting, this should not have impacted the quality or completeness of the job. Ultimately, they didn't deliver on their promises, and their communication left much to be desired. If you can't be there to inspect the work immediately, I'd recommend reconsidering. This experience taught me that high ratings don't always guarantee quality service.
