He completed a thorough check of both our units and discovered one of them was not operating effeciently. He quickly diagnosed the problem and performed the necessary repairs, but about 30 minutes after he left our house I discovered that water was leaking from the unit in our garage. I called the office and they told me Jim would return and perform repairs as needed, and in less than 30 minutes he was at work on the faulty unit. He determined that the unit's drain pipe was blocked, and over a period of 45 minutes he used an array of tools clear the blockage. We have had no more problems with leaking water! In the 30+ years we have been Standard customers we have never been disappointed with the competence and professionalism displayed by every technician this business employs, and Jim certainly confirmed that we will be "sticking with Standard" in the future!
