Honestly they did a fantastic job cleaning the apartment specially with how urgent I needed them to come and clean. When I was worried about how I'm going to get rid of the heavy things in the apartment, Romy came with the solution and removed everything I didn't want to remain in the apartment. When I was thinking about how I'm going to drop off the internet modem to its provider, Romy came and dropped it off to the provider and saved me from 140$ in fees. Romy was also flexible with unplugging the computer and collect every single piece of paper in the apartment and help me with going to a shipping company, so the papers and the computer can be sent to me. Whenever I thought I was asking too much from Romy, I found him reaching the helping hand specially when the only thing I expected Emerald cleaning services to do is clean the apartment and that's it. If I could give them more than 5 stars I definitely would! We asked for a last minute move out deep cleaning and not only did they answer with availability quickly, but the service was one of the best I have ever had. Everything was squeaky clean after a few hours of service, all trash from the clean up was taken including the construction trash we had on the garage. Romi and Maria, the owners of Emerald Cleaning came in the first time and did a deep cleaning. They took their time and did a very thorough job, dusting, vacuuming washing floors and cleaning windows. They dusted cabinets cleaned floor boards and wiped the top of cabinets and refrigerator.
