Went here after being ignored for 45 minutes at the Vicktra store across town. We were greeted when we entered and directed to an associate who immediately helped us. It has been a couple of weeks and I forgot her name. She was knowledgeable and efficient. We left with five new phones after less than an hour. Switched from sprint. The store is clean and well lit and they had enough employees to take care of customers entering so you didn't have to waste time waiting. The only negative was that they had the music up too loud. It was hard to communicate with the associate wearing masks and sitting behind plastic screens. Turn it down about twenty percent please. read more

I have an iPhone 7 that continuously says I have no service. After investigating the issue, I did all the trouble shooting I could only to come up short. I took the phone to this store as the website recommended with this particular issue and they told me to call Apple. Let me give you a second to re-read my first sentence....I HAVE NO SERVICE! They told me there is nothing they can do (Even though I bought the phone through Verizon) and I have to work it out through Apple. The nearest Apple Place is in Manhattan KS, an Hour away. The Customer Service was awful, and they didn't even attempt to address my issue. As a Verizon Customer for well over a decade, I will now look into another phone service provider. read more

I want to first state I am in the same type of business. So my experience today 9/28/2019 was by far the worst showing of customer disservice I have seen in my 50 plus years of being alive. Not only was I not greeted upon entering. More than one associate simply ignored myself and my girlfriend as we stood for 15 minutes waiting. To those associates working on this day let me summarize what your lack of service cost you. 3 lines of new service, one if not 2 watch sales and 3 accessories. So feel free to total the up for your commission sales and think about the way you do business. I will be advising any and all that I know to not do business with Verizon or it third party dealers ever. read more

Smashed my phone. Needed a new one. Got a new one that they couldn't set up for me not sync anything. Said we could do it ourselves with tech support. Never could get ahold of anybody on tech support. Worthless service, what's the point of a store if no one helps you with basic phone needs. read more

First and foremost, they're rude. We had done all of our research for upgrading plans and phones, and were treated like we were ignorant. Turns out we were right about part of it, and the other was hidden in fine print. The guy "helping" us acted like we were a major inconvenience to him. On the plus side we got home and called Verizon and everyone we talked to was incredibly helpful! Whatever business you can do with Verizon online or by phone do that. Avoid the Salina store if at all possible. read more

Absolutely disappointed with the service at this store! My husband and I arrived when it opened and had called the night before to order my phone upgrade. The guy tells us he can't transfer data to the new phone! What? Isn't that the reason to go to a store in the first place? He made no apologies, said they were short staffed. Also said Manhattan store wouldn't help either. They aren't transfering data any longer, per Verizon regulation. That was a line of bull! Brett in the Manhattan store saved the day and was a true example of what customer service is. Perhaps the Salina staff could take note!!! Verizon is lucky to have great employees like Brett, willing to help great customers like us! read more

I went in to see why my phone was not charging, seemingly an easy question so they could direct me what to do, or if there was anything they could do for me. The man helping me was bald with a long beard, he was soooo unnecessarily rude to me. Granted I went in about 10 minutes until they closed, but I wasn't planning on spending more than 5 minutes there. I had no intentions of making them stay late (and I didn't) There was only me and another customer in the store with 4+ employees working. He made several snarky remarks like "you don't know what kind of phone you have?" (when I clearly told him it says on the back, he didn't even look and said "it doesn't always say", uhm hello you're the one who works in a phone store) and "what is wrong with you people not getting insurance on phones" (you people? what broke college students? Sorry that I cannot afford it). There were many more comments that were just plain rude. Needless to say he was an absolute jerk and rude for no reason when I was nothing but nice and understanding to him. I never review bad service, however this was bad enough I needed to make a yelp account. I will not be going back to this Verizon. read more
