The cost difference between the couch and loveseat. Was $100. talk to the manager of the Ashley store in Salina, Kansas his first name was Bryce not going to mention last name I was told it was my fault because I didn't do my due diligence, I then explain to him that we were told by there delivery people that is an employed by them there would be no problem. I was told that the hundred dollars is going for the extra delivery even though that I paid for the delivery than was told that they didn't want to do the paperwork to get my money back to me. That's a bunch of crap. We have done business w Ashley's furniture store before had and had no problem. They'll never get my business again. If anybody gets anything from them, be careful. They will take your money, but won't give any back. If I were you, I would you I would never do business with them.
