My local Ashley Furniture store sold out of a recliner I wanted that was currently on sale. It was a Big&Tall recliner, and being 6'4" 275lbs it is hard to find a nice recliner at a decent cost. I called all over and I talked to the manager at the Ashley Furniture store in Salina, ks. I believe his name was Po, a very polite well spoken person. He stated that he was out of those chairs as well, with it coming to the end of that sale. He found a recliner and said he could get it shipped to his store and I would have to come pick it up. I told him I needed 2 of them, I was going to surprise my dad with one for his birthday, but 1 was all he could find. With it being 4 hours away and out of state, I was very hesitant about making this trip to get the chair. After confirming with him that I would be coming with a enclosed trailer to pick it up, he held the chair in my name and when I got to his store he actually found a 2nd chair for my dad's birthday present. I will gladly go back to this store in Salina even if it is 4 hours away on behalf of the manager and his team who did everything for me. I didn't lift a finger, and paid less for both of the chairs then i would have for just 1 at another store. Thank you Ashley Furniture store of Salina, Ks! read more

Having recently moved to Salina, we were in need of new furniture and mattresses for our kids. We didn't know a whole lot about Ashley furniture, but were told that it was a neat store to check out. Boy we're we surprised! Our sales lady was very nice to us the moment we came in, plus she was never pushy. They had a sale going on when we came in, but after speaking with one of the managers, we were able to get an even better deal since we were buying for almost 4 different rooms in our new home. He was very nice as well. After finding the kids beds, we even decided to buy a mattress for ourselves after laying on a couple of their new models. Why not when we were getting such a good deal. Delivery happened within 2 weeks. Very professional delivery team as well. Overall, we had a great experience at the Ashley store in Salina. We'll be back! read more

Recently purchased a lot of furniture for our new home. My wife and I were amazed at how much there was to look at! This store has a huge selection! We had been to a few stores before we came here, but we can honestly say Ashley HomeStore in Salina has some of the lowest prices in the area. Bedroom, living room, and dining. Plus they have tons of mattresses to choose from! The lady helping us was patient and very helpful, and the delivery team was one of the nicest we have ever had come into our home. We'll be back for more! read more

We recently purchased some furniture from Ashley. We weren't hounded or pressured to buy anything. Our salesperson, Bri, was knowledgeable about the products she was selling, and had a great personality (not that that is needed to buy furniture, but it makes for a much more fun experience when spending money). The manager was equally as helpful, as was the finance salesperson! Also, the deliverymen were very quick and professional. We plan to return for more. read more
