Long term investments like this are better done in person with products on-hand. I stopped by the Mattress Hub a couple of weeks ago, attempting to learn more on mattresses. Sean was very helpful and patient when it came to all of my thousands of inquiries and questions about the different mattresses that are out on the market. I expected a pressuring sales pitch and price haggling, but Sean promoted none. He doesn't come off as a salesman at all, just a down to Earth kind of guy. A good friend and neighbor to go to for advice. Amazing customer experience overall! The Mattress Hub has many products and mattress styles on-hand and Sean was very thorough about explaining the differences. From all memory foam both gel and standard, to different name brands such as Temper Pedic and Serta, he explained what the Mattress Hub offered. At the end of the day it was all about weighing affordability and comfortability. There are payment options available all ranging in what is most comfortable with you. I walked out purchasing a mattress and base. Sean threw in a package deal of sheets and pillows. I live down the road and he was able to schedule me with same day delivery last minute. (That's pure luck!) Within an hour my new mattress and base was delivered and set up. No complaints about the product at all. Sleeping well. Like I said, amazing overall experience. Give this store a chance. Yes you can always quickly stop by at Sam's Club or listen to all the advertising about online purchases. But three things to keep in mind: affordability, comfortability, accessibility. The winning factor for me was the ability to learn about these mattresses and to test out every single one. It doesn't cost to learn what you're investing money into. What better way than at the Mattress Hub?

It's a smaller store I would say and I didn't see any of the canopy beds I wanted to buy on display (only reason for 4 stars) but I did see some things I hadn't seen in the other stores around here .

The cost difference between the couch and loveseat. Was $100. talk to the manager of the Ashley store in Salina, Kansas his first name was Bryce not going to mention last name I was told it was my fault because I didn't do my due diligence, I then explain to him that we were told by there delivery people that is an employed by them there would be no problem. I was told that the hundred dollars is going for the extra delivery even though that I paid for the delivery than was told that they didn't want to do the paperwork to get my money back to me. That's a bunch of crap. We have done business w Ashley's furniture store before had and had no problem. They'll never get my business again. If anybody gets anything from them, be careful. The morning of August 7 I deceived a call moving the delivery date to August 22. I called the store and they told me they got an expedited date of August 14, 2023. On August 12 I got a call from the delivery service that said the bed was delivered to the wrong dock and they rescheduled me to August 23, 2023. I called the store and talked to a female sales person who stated she would email her district manager and when she heard back from him she would get back to me. I'm still waiting on a response. In the mean time they still have my $3,000 payment.
