There were so many things that could go wrong. We could miss the mark on the template, someone could cut the glass who didn't care or didn't follow our template, etc. The office personnel were friendly and helpful when we placed our order, and when we went to pick up the glass, the shop workers were also friendly and helpful. When we got the 1/4-inch glass plate home, it fit the table perfectly! I was amazed and so thankful that the Glass Services Inc. professionals took the time and care to cut it so precisely. In today's business world where mediocrity or lack of professional care is rampant, this was a wonderful breath of fresh air!
