It was too short a stay, so make sure you take several days to explore the area. This adorable shop was open around Memorial Day weekend. We could have easily spent more than an hour perusing and chatting. Unlike shops in Southern California, this Kansas gem of a shop doesn't rush you out the door. The employees there made you feel as though you belong, conversing with us and providing information on the methods they use to create works of art.

My friend and I were standing outside trying to finish our ice cream before coming in - so as not to drip on the carpet or anything. She must have been a little lonely (not many customers in the mall that night), or just very friendly, because she let us come in anyway and engaged in some interesting conversation. You know the World's largest hand painted Czech egg? The same artist paints goose eggs that are replicas. (I bought one). What a cool store. I can't begin to describe everything inside.
