They are charging me for multiple phone lines and phones that were returned within the 30 day period, I'm not getting credit for the phones we brought in on some of the lines and that is making the bill expensive. The store told me to call customer service so I did and talked to somebody that promised me a call back after she went through the account and told me about the issues, she promised me she would fix the issues and never did and I just paid another bill for $600 Verizon is terrible!
