This place is definitely going to keep me as a customer. I came here to switch from an AT&T plan to a T-Mobile plan 3 years ago and I've continued coming here ever since. Their customer service is excellent. Jenny is always there to help me complete my payments after every bill cycle and she has hooked me up with great phones and accessories. Her father Tony is also very helpful and unlike other phone places, he would surprisingly go out of his way to help me, such as calling customer service for me if I ever have problems with my plan. I was recommended by a good friend to go to wireless central and to use Jenny..she was always willing to answer my questions and was very patient and polite. It was my first smart phone and my serivce in my area isn't great. She broke down the prices for Tmobile and Verizon and was able to save me a lot of money by not having to switch to Verizon. Just a heads up..Jenny is very busy and she is very..don't waste your time, hers, or people waiting by trying to lowball her. If you don't like the price walk out and find a better deal. I went to this place because I needed a new case for my iPhone 6s when I got there I asked the girl Jenny about the cases. She was on the phone but pointed the ones that would fit I picked out a clear case along with a screen protector. When she put the case on she had a hard time herself and just shove it on I came home thinking I had a good case that same night the case broken were she had shoved it. I thought since I didn't break it and I could exchange but I was wrong. They said they don't exchange it's my problem now. Not only did I spend $35 dollars on there business what a waste of time. Beware Owner is a jerk yelled at me. I should have just gone to the place I always go I wouldn't have wasted my money or time. read more

I've been coming here now for quite some time and I have nothing but great things to say about this business. It's a little mom & pop shop that's a bit hard to find, but worth all the trouble. It's in a small plaza right across 7-11 with tight parking. Jenny is the one to look for; personally, I would avoid the guy named Tony - he's not for most people. Jenny, on the other hand, finds ways to cut costs in ways I could never imagine! Over the years I've been with them, she has helped my family lower our monthly bill consistently. I was referred to Jenny by a good friend of mine. I was with ATT for over 10 years and I was hesitant to switch over to T-mobile. But after speaking with Jenny she made me feel really comfortable with making the transition. I didn't have to do anything in the process; not even the rebate for the Samsung I purchased. From the looks of it all, Jenny seems busy running the store but she took the time in explaining the process so I didn't mind waiting a little for her. I will never goto this wireless dealer again. I went here thinking I can get a free phone. I asked to go with AT&T and which I did. Got my new phone but the AT&T service sucked. Not their fault. However, I was within my 3 days of returning the equipment at no cost and under law I can switch back to my old carrier. I was charged the activation fee of $35 dollars no problem I'll pay that as long as I can switch back to my old carrier. The father there running the joint made it very difficult for me to switch back. He kept making excuses saying that I wouldnt get my original service for about 5 days! Being the wireless cellphone dependent I am I was left without a choice. He told me the best bet is to sign up for a t-mobile account. I told him no but he kept insisting I sign up. He said I'd get a the same service as my old contract which didn't happen. Would not recommend this shop. read more

I just came yesterday to open 2 lines family plan . they ash me to pay first , that really impolite to customer . After that they text to my cell phone just write down 2 lines phone number and how much per month and they said this is the receipt . hahaha ... That the rip off , they took my money i opened 2 new lines include state tax , but they don't want to write down receipt because they want under the table of start tax ... i came back second day to ask them give me a receipt , they write down the receipt without their business name and address . it really stupic business ... Let me send E mail to Rosemead city the receipt they wrote for me without their business name and phone # and address , even no sale tax , but they collect my sale tax already . Even does not have account # of the phone lines i just got .. i will cancel and open another phone line from other store , they can not get commission from me , that really suck . i never come to this store anymore , no recommendation to any one for this store . They so hungry money and forget one thing : This is America . not from Vietnam !!!!! The lady in there talk not nice and impolite . Cheating !! read more
