Josh McDonough, operations manager, contacted me soon after the initial review went live. He had read the review and understood the reasons for my dissatisfaction. He and Dustin Roskam, service support lead, arrived today to make come changes to the setup about which I had complained. When they were through, I had what I had expected in the first place: simultaneous sound through the soundbar and through my hearing aids, when allows my wife and me to watch TV at the same time. Normally, I wouldn't give a 5-star review for a second attempt at delivering what was promised initially, but Josh and Dustin's professionalism won me over.

He has turned his company over to many young workers and interns - and those are the ones actually wiring your home. Beware! We have had a few issues - saying we could not have dimmers but having other electricians come and install the dimmers anyway; flood lights not working (7 out of the 8); no whole house surge protector installed even though we requested one; installing a 50 amp RV electrical outlet even though we told them not to do so and we were charged anyway; can lights hanging down; and most importantly being over charged. We had prewiring done for our screen porch heaters so we could enjoy it longer into the Fall and early Spring. We called them to connect the heaters once we had them installed and we received a bill for $1400! Six hours to literally connect the wires to heaters and to install switches. Four heaters and six hours with two people (but only one worked on heaters). It took over a month to get someone to respond to our complaints and we were offered a reduction of only $200. Do yourself a favor and find a more honest electrical company for your needs. This company will not hesitate to charge you above and beyond the actual work performed.

He really, really knows his screen product knowledge, and after getting good info from Best Buy and Crutchfield and such, watching youtube videos, reading articles and reviews from other websites, he cleared up my little bits of lacking knowledge so that I could make a confident decision on screen material. It is a huge amount of decision making necessary in buying a screen, with color, texture, reflectiveness, viewing angle, durability, unsupported or supported, etc....and I literally spent days learning all of this stuff for nothing. If I had just found and contacted him first, it was extremely easy for him to explain and choose for me exactly what I needed. It took him like one second to know the screen for my application. Also, his DIY instructions for making your own frame are incredibly detailed and include many pictures. To get to those instructions, you must first choose a screen material, then scroll to the bottom of the page. Also, he got back to me super quick from my email request for information.
