When I had a recent issue with my Sonos system, Dan, the office manager helped me work through possible causes and eventually tied the problem back to the Rotel amp. He then arranged for a tech to stop by and remove the amp, get it repaired under warranty, and then reinstalled. Throughout the process he was friendly and patient, working through the problem, rather than taking the easy way out and just quickly "scheduling a tech for repair". Great customer support!

I was welcomed by the owner Tim, who was incredibly sweet and shared his vision of people listening to music here, coworking/people watching in the space, and hosting fun events. I am by no means an expert on sound equipment, but the music they had playing from a vinyl sounded amazing.
