The first time they were out here they were five hours late with no communication, made several measuring mistakes which resulted in 9 holes in our wall and the technician staying until almost midnight. He left the tv not mounted properly for two weeks before he finally came back and still didn't mount the tv properly. We are now out $600 and will need to hire someone else to mount the tv properly. They also accused me of trying to discredit their veteran-owned business by leaving a bad review even tho the pictures speak for themselves. And btw the husband is a combat veteran so that accusation is laughable.

It required some sanding and cutting of metal which we were not able to do ourselves. The replacement door was custom and expensive so we did not want to even attempt to do it ourselves.
