We bent our manual-lift garage door panel and needed to replace it. Also wanted a panel with translucent windows installed as the top panel plus add an automatic door opener. POD quoted a competitive price, so we had the work done. We sat in the garage and watched the guys work and were very impressed with their speed and coordination. Definitely not their first rodeo. The door is much quieter than the Craftsman lifts we had at our old house and it connects to our Wi-Fi network so we can operate it from inside the house using the MyQ phone app without searching for a fob. Our garage door spring broke a few weeks ago and of course life with kids we had a lot going on. Hank came quickly and did a great job in fixing a broken spring. He checked the weight of the door in order to get the right size for the springs (both should be replaced at the same time). I don't think this had been done before. The door was well balanced after that. He found the cable drums to be incorrectly mounted and some hinges that were broken.
