It's my oversight for not noticing this for a year, but this is a clear workmanship issue that they should have fixed. It never should've happened in the first place. They will not even respond to my email. Furthermore, within 24 hours of them sending the final invoice, they turned me over to their version of collections and started harassing me for payment. I was then told I would receive a gift card as an apology, which never arrived. I would not use this company again.

I only want the boards replaced that was installed with visible imperfections, after paying over $2000.00 for the fence, I expected better quantity material wood. I would be a totally satisfied customer if they would replace the boards as requested. I will update this review if anything changes.
