Over the years, I tried calling the garage door manufacturer and installer twice but I didn't get anywhere so I gave up. Finally, one day I found Affordable Garage Door recommended on Yelp so I decided to give them a try. Two guys came out in a truck and they had both of my garage doors working within minutes. They did maintenance as well and gave me a price for the current model remote device which was okay. I got one new remote for the door that hadn't been working. Really, after years of frustration and dealing with only one working garage door, I was thrilled to finally have both doors working. The only downsides were that the installers were very, very fast in their explanations of how the doors and the remotes work, and that recently, the door that previously hadn't been working started to only open and close partially. After I had been using the door manually for a few weeks and I was getting ready to call Affordable Door, the door started working again. I believe that I may have been able to reset the remote for this door. So, long story short, both doors and remotes are now working again and I'm mostly satisfied for now. I would have given Affordable Door four stars if they would have provided the operating instructions in writing or at least spent a little more time explaining how the doors and remotes work.
