I decided to give this place another shot and glad I did. The pizza was definitely much better and cooked to the way I asked for. The wings were well flavored and crispy. I ordered over the phone and they made the food right on time. The people working there were nice and did not charge for extra ranch. Good spot definitely would check it out.

We tried Winzza for the first time today after my son tried it a couple years ago...he loved it then, and I think we all felt the same today. My only issues are that I put in the instructions to add a side of pizza sauce (I didn't notice it on the additional sauce options on the website, unless I missed it), and to put the jalapeños on the side for the asada fries, as my son is not a spicy guy. The sauce did not come, and the jalapeños came on the fries, as well as on the side. But, I placed the order and sent my husband, if I were to have gone I would have double checked myself. All in all, with the deals online, it's a very reasonable meal, so long as you stay away from the special pizzas and stick with the special deals instead. Who am I kidding, in today's world, less than $100 for a family of four to come out with leftovers, it's still a good deal!

I have been ordering for the back 3 years from Winzza The only reason I have never posted pictures is because their food is so good I attack it and devour it before it hits the table but gotta take my time this time and post this for everyone to know their food is as fresh as it gets from their pizzas to eggboats and sandwiches all of them amazing specially their bone in wings they never disappoint great spot, food amazing, great location, they have other locations too in Arleta and north Hollywood by Burbank. 10/10

We heard about Winzza on Instagram and were excited to try it since it's nearby. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. We visited on Valentine's Day night, and the place was extremely busy, with a lot of takeout orders. We ordered a large pepperoni and sausage pizza along with 20 traditional wings--10 lemon pepper and 10 garlic parmesan. The wait time was about 40-45 minutes, which we understood given the busy night. However, when we finally got our food, the pizza was cold and lacked both flavor and toppings. We are pretty sure the pizza was done too soon and the wings took too long so by the time all the food was ready, the pizza was cold and unappetizing. As for the wings, they were small, and the garlic parmesan was our least favorite. There was largely no parmesan flavor and the garlic was both overpowering and bitter. The lemon pepper had a good flavor, but it wasn't enough to make up for the overall experience. Unfortunately, we wouldn't return and would opt for other places for wings and pizza instead.

For the price I feel like this place offers a good value. The ingredients were more fresh than what you'd find at a chain pizza place. We got 2 pizzas, fried zucchini, Greek salad and wings. Overall we enjoyed them all. Zucchini- the flavor and texture were good, but the breading kept falling off so that was a little annoying. Bbq wings - these were cooked and sauced well Pan pizza - I appreciated thicker crust, but it still got soggy which was unfortunate. Regular crust - this pizza crust got totally soggy and limp Greek salad - this is made with a spring mix. we got the lemon dressing and it had a bright and fresh herbaceous taste. I believe it's house made. Check the website before ordering as they have plenty of deals there. Parking can be challenging in the small lot. But you can park in the Vons lot behind the the store then walk up the stairs.

This review is almost entirely based on my kiddo love for the pizza here. There are not many pizza spots that have 30+ toppings to choose from. There is an online special for a 2 topping pizza for $10. The restaurant is clean, the staff are cool and for the price, can't beat it. The parking lot is small and can get crowded at times. The restaurant is small with only 2 tables for dine in eating. The service is usually quick.

I heard about this place from IG and the guy kept saying it's fire. I called in the order on my way home and the woman I spoke to was friendly and she knew the menu/prices/deals. I arrived and the pizza was ready and the gentleman rang me up. Between her and him they both had great customer service and both of them made eye contact and spoke with an easy conversation about the size of their pizzas. Before I left the woman told me about a survey online. I hope my Yelp review helps you when you decide to eat your pizza here. Ordered 12x32 Detroit style pizza and they delivered me two medium thin crust pizzas in the shape of rectangles. Look nothing like the pictures in their website or uber eats and not nearly enough food to justify the price. Also ordered 8 sides of ranch and got zero. Never ordering here again.

This is the nastiest fucking place I've ever fucking eat at the employees are unprofessional, you can tell the ingredients are cheap I don't even understand how they're so open. Please don't waste your money here. I wouldn't even feed this to my dogs

I'm only giving a 3 stars instead of 1 because of great customer service. We order 10 wings they only made 8, so they gave us a free large pizza to make up for there mistake. We ordered lemon pepper and bbq , the lemon pepper was not good at all. The bbq was also mediocre. The wings were just thrown in a huge box. We found this place on tik tok hoping it was the best in Sylmar like advertised, but they still have ways to go.. the pizza was decent. Will not be going back. Not to mention we waited 30-40 min, with no one ahead of us. read more

I had the Mexican pizza, it taste like they put a bunch of " Mexican " items together and put stale meat on it and called it Mexican I've also tried the keto pizza, it taste like paper. Don't let me mention the pasta, do they even try ? Of course this isn't the employees fault, it's the owners. I asked to use the restroom. How disgusting, I saw raw smelly wings in the sink next to the mop The manager made my food without gloves, I threw it away, and I got food poisoning. First off we had event that needed pizza by 10:00 am. Called the day before and they happily made the order and would have it ready before 10:00 am. The pizza was for my daughter's local pre school, I paid for 2 and they Donated 1, without me even asking. Last Sunday was my first time trying this pizza place out. Let me tell you, it was delicious and inexpensive. I ordered one of their take-out specials, which was a large pizza with up to four toppings for around $10 something. It was fresh and the dough was so good. I love Winza! I had my kids over and we wanted some pizza but im not the biggest fan of the bigger corporate companies , so i decided to look for something around me and Winza was just 5 minutes down the street. So I gave them a chance ordered about 3 pies and a 10 wings. Delicious and the price was super fair !! The crust was not to thin, it didnt taste so over processed, I was so happy and so were the kids. Great affordable, alternative option to Shakeys. This place is open late and has great online deals . They offer pan and thin crust which is great. The pizza is a tad soggy towards the center but it could be because the loads of cheese and toppings. The wings are great as well however 2 x we've gotten a 6pc order and only have gotten 5pc so check before you leave. Overall, great deal. read more

I hate writing bad reviews but I spent too much money here and I really don't want other vegans to waste their time and money either. This food was far too expensive and frankly...inedible. I placed a to-go order for garlic bread bites and vegan Korean bbq chicken wings but received square pieces of bread that were extremely sour (???) and visually very unappetizing and the vegan wings were Gardein chicken tenders that were freezer burned, hard as rock, and had regular bbq sauce tossed on top. ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS Check your pizza before you take it home To make sure they put the toppings that you chose. 25% of the time they put the complete wrong toppings and it sucks when you get home to realize it is completely the opposite of what you ordered and a major hassle to drive back and then wait to make the order again and I did bring up to managements attention and they never got back to me. Just when I think I can't love this place more... they give the best customer service I've ever had, period. We ordered our regular pizza and wings, and randomly decide on an appetizer on postmate. The appetizer turned out to be not available, so a manager calls me and tells me what's up and offers alternatives - I hadn't had the other appetizers so I asked his advice. He gave me amazing advice but also sent me Mac and cheese balls and a sample of the jalapeño poppers - we realize now that they are both AMAZING so our new forever order will include a small pizza, order of wings (traditional), a small order of Mac n cheese balls, and small order of poppers... I am in love with this restaurant - we literally have never had a bad experience- even when they're out of what we order, they're like, "here, we'll give you something better,". read more

And I sat waiting at least 8 minutes staring at the rice. I assured my young man that the servers would be fine with me getting another plate to save them from having to. And once I did, he suddenly started eating from my plate of my peanut butter free fried rice. And of course, when a server did attend to us and I let her know, she was glad I took matters into my own hands instead of not eating for 15 minutes. Thoughts: Go for dinner, and order from the full dinner menu, skip the skimpy street eats menu. With reservations you can sit in the main restaurant area that has some view to the outdoors. Without it - back to the black room you go! Know that it will be expensive. And it will be original. Not sure I'll go back. It's very "special occasion" upscale dining. But If I do it'll be with reservations. The meal was memorable and worth experiencing.

We used to be regulars at Winzza Pizza, ordering around 3 times a month because of the fair prices and vegan options. But after repeated issues with incorrect orders and our most recent frustrating experience, we won't be back. Our last visit was a disaster. We arrived for pickup at the time they said our order would be ready, only to be left waiting nearly an hour. When we finally received our food, it was completely wrong - the toppings didn't match what we ordered at all. We then had to wait an additional 30 minutes for them to fix it. After dealing with multiple order errors, we finally asked for just one pizza to be comped as compensation, but they refused. It's clear they don't value customer loyalty or care to fix their repeated mistakes. If you're looking for reliable service, I'd suggest taking your business elsewhere. read more
