We order vegan pizza from here fairly often (I can't have dairy) I think it's some of the best vegan pizza in the LA area, but this time their customer service ruined it for us. We ordered two: a small vegan BBQ chicken and a large vegan Hawaiian with added toppings. I ordered delivery, and wasn't able to check right away because I was on an important call. Half an hour later, I go to have some dinner, and the BBQ chicken was made with non-dairy cheese, but the Hawaiian was very obviously regular cheese. There's a huge difference between the two (if you've had vegan cheese, you know what I mean). So, we call and politely let them know that one of the pizzas was incorrectly made, we understand mistakes happen. The guy was very nice and said that a vegan pizza would be made and delivered soon. We're like "awesome, they didn't hesitate to replace it." Like five minutes later, we get a call from another guy telling us that that they could not send us a pizza because they checked the cameras and they used vegan cheese (they didn't, it's regular cheese that I can't have). And that was it. So now we paid for a pretty expensive vegan pizza, and have to throw it out because we can't have dairy and they won't replace it. read more

Our first time trying Winnza - I saw a guy review it on Insta, so I decided to try it. We ordered a meatball sub, a calzone (build your own) and a large pizza with 4 toppings for $15, an absolute bargain. Unfortunately, I did not take photos but I can describe the food. The presentation of the meatball sub was cool - the packaging is unique and it came with fries. Another unfortunate event - the meatballs were not meatballs! It looked like slices of ground meat rolled up to make what was supposed to resemble a meatball. My husband said he could not taste the meat at all - it was a sub-par piece of bread with lots of sauce. We will not order that again. My son is the calzone king! Unfortunately, he also said it was sub-par. He said the inside was dry and it lacked flavor. Now for the good part: I ordered the pizza with pepperoni, beef pepperoni, onion, pineapple and jalapeno. Yes, pineapple belongs on pizza! It was hands down one of the best pizzas I have ever had. The toppings went perfectly together - they were generous with the amount of toppings, they cooked it well (I hate when the dough is raw in the middle, this was perfect). Overall, I would recommend this place for their yummy pizza. Now, one thing that annoyed me: I was taking out 3 items. When I asked for parm and pepper flakes, the girl gave me 2 of each. When I asked for more and literally said "my son will put 10 packs on his calzone", she gave me 4 more. I mean, seriously? Customer service should always be the goal. Oh, and the amount of marinara provided for the calzone was ridiculous. Be more generous and you will get more customers! read more

I order from this spot fairly often. Their pizza is always really tasty, and worth checking out .. My favorite game to play when I order delivery is: "Will I get garlic bread or cheesy bread this time?" It's very fun, as I know I have a 50/50 chance at winning the game, despite knowing that 100% of the time I have ordered garlic bread. Winzza: if I wanted 2 pizzas, I would have ordered 2 pizzas. For real. If this is just "how your garlic bread is made" I would believe it.....if I didn't get it made completely different about half the time. I've ordered from this location in Sylmar six or seven times now. Unfortunately the service and quality are not very consistent. The first two times we ordered the pizza was fantastic. The next two times it had way too much cheese and was very wet. I ordered today and again the pizza is so wet and greasy the toppings just fall off. I threw away two pieces that just fell apart. There's no rhyme or reason to explain why one order is perfect and another is so terrible. I've also ordered the boneless wings and they were very good and today they were overcooked to the point of almost being burnt. I really thought I found my go to pizza place but the quality is so inconsistent that I don't think I'll be ordering here again. It's too bad because they have a lot of potential. read more

I was really hungry and was in the neighborhood I told my husband I'm going to try this pizza place. I walked in, the restaurant was clean and organize. I ordered a large pizza with mushrooms, Canadian bacon, & pepperoni with a side of garlic Parmesan wings. I didn't have to wait long I paid for my food and waited less than 15 minutes for the food. The gentleman working there actually came out and brought me my food to the car. The food was delicious. My husband friend was with us in the car and he ordered the flaming hot Cheetos pizza.
