This is a chain place that sells wings near a freeway entrance, and Inext to a 711 and a laundromat. I give it 5 stars because of what this place is and the style of food and service that I expected to get :) There is inside seating but it seems like more of a place where people ordered and left. I was the same with a to go order of a 10 piece combo with garlic parm and lemon pepper bone in wings. The cleanliness was fine enough and the staff was fine and nice enough :) The person that took my order smiled as I gave my order and smiled as I picked up my order. The place had a constant flow of people coming in and the staff looked all pretty busy. Update : I called and I asked if they were able to provide me the managers name just so I know who can help me out and the woman just hung up on me. I called again and waited a while for an answer, to which a male picked up and I asked again hey like no one's in trouble I just want to know the managers name and again no response from his as well. It's very rare for me to have horrible experiences, and then when I do I usually don't write a lot about it just to give the workers a benefit of the doubt. Just a heads up do not come to this location. Only 2 people here , me at the front and someone who's already sitting and eating. Essentially I was the only one here who placed an order. I waited 35 minutes for a 10 piece classic that was undercooked with 8 drums and 2 flats....which I think she did on purpose because I said I wanted mostly flats if that was possible. The staff is a mess. One going to 7/11 to get snacks for everyone during a shift, talking loudly to her coworkers, everyone looked like they were pretending to be busy instead of making food. A couple were just flirting with eachother in front of me like highschoolers, might as well be. Just loud and obnoxious and very inconsiderate, about 5 people there but no one was working . They won't make eye contact with you to avoid a conversation because they know they're slacking off, but I like confrontation :) , yelling across the counter at eachother , one worker touched the trash can with gloves on and didn't change the gloves when we have a clear view of them in the kitchen touching food. In the middle the phone rang and a lady said "I'm not picking that shit up" and everyone laughed and the phone kept ringing until it didn't. Managed to get a short video of it as soon as the ringing stopped. I know it's a fast food joint, but weirdly enough this was my first time ever at a wing stop and I won't be coming back here anymore. I've worked in restaurants since I was 16, and not once do I use the "they're just minimum wage workers" as an excuse to why service is horrible . You're old enough to figure out how to keep a job , do your job, and grow to get out of it into a better high paying one.
