This is a chain place that sells wings near a freeway entrance, and Inext to a 711 and a laundromat. I give it 5 stars because of what this place is and the style of food and service that I expected to get :) There is inside seating but it seems like more of a place where people ordered and left. I was the same with a to go order of a 10 piece combo with garlic parm and lemon pepper bone in wings. The cleanliness was fine enough and the staff was fine and nice enough :) The person that took my order smiled as I gave my order and smiled as I picked up my order. The place had a constant flow of people coming in and the staff looked all pretty busy. I'd legit want to give this store a 0 Star review worse customer service over the phone for an order they messed up! I ordered a 5 piece chicken tender combo 1/2 Original Hot & 1/2 Lemon Pepper with Cajun fries & drink. The Chicken Tenders Were Stiff/Stale like they were just sitting there for god knows how long, the fries cold as heck like what's going on mind you I ordered via the Wingstop delivery app and my order got here in literally 15 minutes it didn't add up it just wasn't fresh at all! The Supervisor went by Jazmine or Jasmine said she didn't care if I made a complaint about her cause it wouldn't effect her in any way like customer complaints are irrelevant or where irrelevant! They won't make eye contact with you to avoid a conversation because they know they're slacking off, but I like confrontation :) , yelling across the counter at eachother , one worker touched the trash can with gloves on and didn't change the gloves when we have a clear view of them in the kitchen touching food. In the middle the phone rang and a lady said "I'm not picking that shit up" and everyone laughed and the phone kept ringing until it didn't. Managed to get a short video of it as soon as the ringing stopped. I know it's a fast food joint, but weirdly enough this was my first time ever at a wing stop and I won't be coming back here anymore. I've worked in restaurants since I was 16, and not once do I use the "they're just minimum wage workers" as an excuse to why service is horrible . You're old enough to figure out how to keep a job , do your job, and grow to get out of it into a better high paying one.
