So, it's almost a year and things are going on pretty well and I just can't let myself not to give feedback to Winnie Couture at this point after all. When we planned our marriage, we've been looking for bridal stores in Chicago to get things on for our summer wedding so we're very much excited to it. After been to many stores, my husband's friend recommended us to visit to this store. They had their wedding outfits from this store and they're happy to announce it to us as well. So, we give it a shot! Right then I made an appointment and we flew with my family and a few friends and was nicely assisted there and so glad that there were less people and I was able to go around without feeling overwhelmed. My bridal stylist understood exactly what I was looking for and chose dresses that matched my style and concept. She was neither pushy nor overly opinionated when I asked for her opinion. She's great for listening and helping me clear things up. At the time I went to Winnie's, my favorite dress wasn't available actually, but the stylist called me as soon it became available a few days later to inform me back in to try it on. When I got my dress, I worked with the team on a few minimal changes. It's a well done for my stylist on her work and the attention she pays to every detail of making me feel confident in my wedding gown. They also have a large selection of very nice dresses, yet I never felt rushed to make a purchase. I was unsure initially as I assumed that waiting for the dress would be frustrating, but I was wrong - the dress was well worth the wait. If I didn't wait at that time, I probably dunno what our wedding would like, so Im just very lucky to have Winnie couture. Yesterday was such a wonderful day filled with memorable moments that I'll cherish forever. I went to the Charlotte location in NC, and my goodness, the place was amazing. It was a dream spot for everything luxury. From the moment I stepped in the store, I was greeted with a smile, a form to fill out, and some champagne (and water for my younger sisters). All of the staff there were friendly, smiling, and knowledgeable about their inventory and what could be done to change things if I had any special requests. Everything from dresses, to veils, to head pieces and jewelry, this place had it ALL. The material of the dresses range from lace, to satin silk, and everything in between, there's no way you could not find a dress you'll fall in love with. They have this amazing refer a friend program, and if you do buy your dress please mention my name Jessica Sabourin! I'm happily married to my husband Andrew last year and I'm so glad I went to Winnie Couture for my bridal gown shopping. I appreciate all of the extras they provide even before my appointment, such as a reminder email/text and parking instructions. I was running a little late but they were extremely accommodating. Even though I was late, they took me in for the full length of my appointment. You'll notice that the ladies here work well together. My specialist welcomed me and my best friend when we go there. Since it was my first time trying on wedding gowns, I wanted to try different styles to see what fits me best, and she understands that. She then took my measurements and led us over to the dresses and she let us touch them and taking notes of every little detail. We then sat down again while she and a few other women went and pulled a few dresses.I did find a dress that satisfied all of my requirements, so I bought it.And I soooo love it! It was their dress Fyvie. I just want to express how wonderful, kind, patient, attentive, and responsive my consultant was. I am so happy I purchased my wedding dress from Winnie Couture. I saw their dresses at a wedding expo earlier this year and I knew I had to visit their bridal salon. When it came time to start searching for my dress I made my first appointment thinking I'd go and just try on some dresses figure out what works for me. I'd been delaying looking for a dress because I was uncertain about the look that I wanted. I was so impressed with the salon and the staff, especially Michelle. My party included my mom, best friend/maid of honor, and my sister. She made us all feel so comfortable and made the process so smooth. WOW!! Is an understatement. This was my first and last stop for dress shopping. I had sparks in my eyes from the minute I pulled up to the shop! I knew I was going to walk in and not walk out without purchasing a dress. My stylist was Karalyn she was so sweet and made me feel extremely comfortable. She set me up in my dressing room served my party and I champagne and let us feel like at home. She wasn't pushy she was very patient and listened to what I wanted and the details I was looking for in a dress. This was one of the hardest decisions of my life.....harder than picking my color at the nail salon! Every single dress that I tried on was STUNNING! Winnie was my first stop on my journey to find the perfect dress, but I went to four other shops to do my due diligence. I was struggling to find the perfect dress although I liked and appreciated many. By far, Michelle at Winnie, provided the best end-to-end experience. It is a beautiful location that we had all to ourselves, champagne was served in real glasses and she kept texting me over two weeks to see how I was doing, to share upcoming sales and suggested dresses based on my likes and dislikes. I went back to Winnie (and exhausted in my search) with a specific dress in mind, hoping they could match design and/or price as I really wanted to give them my business. In the end, we found the top of one dress and the bottom of another dress that I loved. We all stuck with it, put the two dresses together and voila! Created the perfect dress for me. Winnie was the perfect bridal boutique! The esthetic is gorgeous- as well as all of the gowns, but what really made this experience so over the top was Carly my consultant! She was very patient with me as it was my first time trying on dresses. She allowed me to try on multiple styles to see what I was feeling and could tell which direction I was headed in early on. I had made some appointments the next day so Carly recommended I come back for an appointment afterwards to see if I were still enjoying what I thought I was. I found a style I was enjoying somewhere else and she found a dress very similar but better! It had everything I wanted and didn't know I needed! I knew it was the one! I couldn't thank her and the Winnie staff enough because they made this such an amazing experience for me, my friends, and my family. They had everything you could think of down to a bouquet! My best friend had a weekend planned for wedding dress shopping here in Chicago. I found out about Winnie on theknot.com and the girls gave me a hard time picking a place with no reviews. However, we could not have asked for a better first experience! Carly was so accommodating with Candace and so helpful. Candace explained what she liked and Carly picked out some gorgeous dresses. She thought she was in love with one particular dress-- until we went to some other shops the next day. Carly invited us to come back that next day to try on some dresses and Candace's style has changed. Carly picked out some new options for her to try on, and one ended up being her dress! Winnie Couture and Carly were an absolute dream. I went gown shopping with my mom a few weeks ago and Winnie was our first stop. It was absolutely beautiful inside. Carly greeted us with a very warm and inviting energy. We were the only people in Winnie during my entire fitting, which felt very intimate and relaxed. Carly was very present during my fitting and made sure everything I tried on fit my taste. The second dress I tried on was love at first sight. But like most brides, I wanted to make sure there was nothing else out there. Carly was not pushy and knew if it was the one, I'd be back. There were SO many beautiful dresses, but she helped me narrow it down one by one to the final dress. They never pressure you to try something on you do not like and want your honest feed back. You can save and add dresses you like from their website into a online closet before you come in, so when you show up for your appointment they have the dresses you love ready to go for you to try on. I had a great experience at Winnie Couture!! . As someone who has her mother deceased, they made shopping for a wedding dress an easier process. They let you take your time looking at dresses and you can come in at any time, they are not pushy but really want you to find your dream dress. I had such a great experience finding the perfect wedding dress at Winnie Couture, especially during a pandemic and particularly because of my stylist, Jessica. From the very beginning with booking my appointment all the way to having it shipped to the new city I'm living in, she was beyond accommodating and helpful. Jessica sent me several dresses based on our initial conversation, and I actually ended up choosing one of her recommendations! She was so much fun and personable during the fitting, and clearly a great listener. It's obvious Jessica loves her job and truly cares about customers. My time at Winnie Couture was absolutely amazing. My sister and I were in Illinois last year and weren't sure what to do on one of the days we were there; this place came up on Yelp and we decided to check it out. I hadn't tried on a single wedding dress before, so I was both nervous and excited, but my stylist couldn't have been more accommodating! I must have tried on 7 wedding dresses, and she never rushed me, or did anything other than support me with the process. The wedding dresses were all lovely designer gowns at incredible prices. Incredible Customization!!! This boutique bridal shop is so beautiful and chic inside, there's a little bit of mystery in the front of the shop. Then you're completely welcomed with an incredible team. PLEASE request Ana when you make an appointment. Through my whole experience Ana went above and beyond.
