Every time I would refer a client, I always heard amazing things! My experience was nothing short of that. My consultant was Lauren Berman and she was incredible! I loved my appointment with her - she was friendly, relatable, and just gets it! I showed her dresses I loved and styles I thought I wanted. But as my appointment date approached I was drawn to dresses that were simple but chic. When I mentioned this she said "I have a dress in mind if you're willing to try something different on" - I said of course! When I tried it on in the fitting room, I was speechless. Then walking out to show my group, my mom immediately started crying and so did my friends! It wasn't until Lauren paired it with the most incredible veil that I started crying and knew it was the one! Fast forward to my first fitting, I had lost almost 40 pounds. Lauren introduced me to my seamstress, Brenda! I swear she is a magician! My dress had to be taken in 5-6 inches and Brenda was not at all worried - said it would be a simple task! The next time I came in, my dress fit like a glove and as if nothing was altered at all! From my first appointment with Lauren to my last fitting with Brenda, my experience was amazing. I can't recommend Bella Bianca, Lauren, and Brenda enough! They are truly the best at what they do and their service is clearly above the rest!!

They made the process stress-free and helped me find a dress that felt truly "me." But then came the owner. Cold, dismissive, and frankly rude. I noticed she was warm and chatty with other customers, which made the shift in energy even more uncomfortable -- and I think my consultant quietly noticed it too. By the time this experience happened (months later), I was too close to my wedding (and too far into the alteration process) to walk away. It's such a shame, because the rest of the team was incredible. But one negative interaction can sour the entire experience, especially for something as emotional as wedding dress shopping.

I worked with Caroline over two appointments, one of which was a trunk show, so Jenny herself was there, which was very cool. Caroline was the perfect hype woman without ever feeling pushy. Veronica is THE BEST!…read more I was fairly certain I wanted a custom gown going into the whole engagement thing, but I went to a fancy bridal salon with a posse of ladies just to try some things on and see what I liked. On the one hand, I discovered some insights about my wedding dress preferences that I wouldn't have known otherwise (blush!) but it was also enormously stressful (they were telling me I had to order a dress that day to make it in time for my wedding). Ultimately it made me even more certain that I wanted a custom gown. I went home and emailed Veronica after some research and had an appointment for a consultation within a couple of weeks. She totally got my vision. I went to her with a sort of "franken-dress" concept that pulled together elements from several different dresses and the process went really smoothly. She even found a piece of vintage lace in the exact color of peachy-blush we were using! I LOVED my dress and got so many compliments on my wedding day! There are many things to stress you out when planning a wedding: at least for me, the dress was never one of them. I knew it would turn out perfectly and that I needn't worry a bit. Veronica is also a lovely person inside and out, and it was an utter joy working with her. She also has a bridal collection of her own in addition to custom work, all of which is incredible and completely charming.

With elegant aplomb, Veronica designed a dress that recalls my favorite vintage styles, expresses my personality, and singularly set the tone of my wedding celebration. I had always wanted something totally unique for my dress, and was drawn to a mix of vintage designs and looks. But, being no designer myself, I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted or even where to look. I heard about Veronica from a friend, and was thrilled. I corresponded with her over email and sent pictures of dresses I liked, and by the time we had our first meeting and consultation, Veronica had made several sketches - I fell totally in love with one on first sight (more quickly than with my husband! ) and we began to bring the sketch to life. I'll never forget how happy and teared-up I got when I saw it for the first time, or how happy and teared-up I was wearing it on my wedding day. I received SO MANY wowed compliments on the dress, it completely dazzled our guests. They kept saying, "It's just so you!" Veronica is terrifically talented at putting your personality into the dress. She's a great listener, and incredibly creative, and just loves making dreamy things come true. With her energetic enthusiasm, she's also really fun to be around, and it was really great to have her as part of my experience preparing for the wedding. She's amazing to work with, always savvy and attentive to details that cumulate into the fantastic realization of a dream wedding dress. If you're looking for a custom wedding gown designer, she's the one!

I'm in the burbs, but my mom and aunt drove four hours one way to go with me. We were so lucky to have Maya help us try on dress, after dress, after dress. Every time I commented on features I liked or disliked, Maya floated across to different racks to grab something that may meet my needs. In the end, I waffled between two gowns and Maya was so patient with me trying them on over and over. She also recommended a beautiful veil that complimented the dress magnificently.
