My first time at this location and let me just say JOHN needs a raise! He was the most attentive person and very charismatic. He was super sweet to my friend and I and amazing customer service. Definitely will be back ! Thanks John!! read more

So this location is always backed up so I usually order ahead of time to help alleviate the wait time. That being I placed an order tonight about 9pm when estimated about a 15-20 wait time. Got to the restaurant as it said my order was completed at 922p. When I gave my order for pickup I was told that my order wasn't up yet and would be a minute. I mentioned that I got an alert that my order was already completed to which the worker responded that those alerts are always off. It is now 930... 940... almost 950 and I ask politely where my order was to which he responded what was my name. He then turns and my order had been sitting on the pick up rack for at least 15 minutes. I asked why my name wasn't called to which he could only reply sorry. Unbelievable. No sense of urgency or accountability whatsoever. Food is consistently 9/10 but service is consistently a 5/10 at best. Will probably return but very disappointed with the overall customer service. read more

Old, soggy, Bendy, slimy celery ruined my whole meal and appetite. I Will not be eating at Wingstop ever again! I cannot trust somebody who is comfortable sending trash to a paying customer. read more

After a long day at work I decided to stop by target while deciding what I wanted to eat. I have not had wings in such a long time so I decided to go to Wingstop. Something felt off as soon as I walked in. The employees in the kitchen were standing around and mind to you there was 3-4 kitchen staff and someone who seemed like the km. I waited 20 minutes for my food which wasn't the problem, I kept seeing staff give food to a female and she kept asking for more food and I don't think she paid for anything! As soon as I got home with my order I was excited to eat my food but the mild wings had absolutely no flavor and the lemon pepper had no flavor what so over too. I tried eating my wings but honestly couldn't. They were overcooked and just not seasoned right. After everything I saw and heard here I really think this company needs more secret shoppers. The person in the front kept making cat noises too. The first young lady with the braids was the only one doing her job! read more

Food was great staff was great best service Love the food they really helped when needed it read more

Walked in to order, ordered three 6 pcs combos. Waited approx 35 min for our order, during the wait noticed tabletops are dirty and sticky, inside of the self-serve soda machine is dirty. Once we get home we see that the order was wrong, given a total of 5 wings. Upon return to have order corrected it took 15 min. I appreciate the polite staff and apologies but won't be returning, it's a bit of a sh*t show there. read more

I wasn't a customer today, but I was delivering food. I never usually write reviews on how I pick up food from restaurants but this was the most horrible customer service I have encountered picking up food. I come in and say the name I'm picking up for, and the worker was a women with glasses and she gave the worst attitude possible. Not only did she give a face when I picked up the food, she practically said in a rude tone the drinks I needed to pour and she threw the drink carrier at me. After she mentioned the order was the second order, I ended up waiting 30 minutes while they called 7 other people before me. Just know I'm a Uber eats driver I make money based off orders not hourly. Anyways at the end I'm not sure how wing-stop hires or trains there associates but she had horrible customer service. read more

Every time I try to order, they have a 30-45 minute wait. Nobody else in the place. The cashier told me "they take a long time to make" - they literally do not. I'd love to try them but their service is laughably absent and a 45 minute wait for ten wings is confounding. read more

When I got home today and took my wings out of the bag , the order was wrong. I asked for 4 garlic Parmesan and 4 Cajun Style wings . They gave me 7 Cajun and only 1 garlic Parmesan... how does that even happen? The lady who answered the phone when I called them back said "it happens ". Like no worries ! It was a keying error she said ! Anyway if I go back to that location which is the closest location , I will just have to look in the bag before I leave . You shouldn't have to do that ..... 3/8/23 At about 1:35pm read more

The worst experience interacting with a cashier employee...the most rude individual performing such a position I have ever interacted with...where is the proper hiring and training? My family and I have been consistent customers for a long while at this location...food great...service not so much, but never this bad. Employee could not understand simple ordering of items...repeatedly getting the information and order wrong...and after we attempted to just get an order placed, she abruptly walked away from the cash register and yelled out to co-workers in the kitchen, in front of multiple customers waiting in line "I'm not going to take this order". Oh my goodness...how dare she do and say what she did...the most offensive and unprofessional behavior I have witnessed in such an establishment. Wingstop should be ashamed to have any employee representing their business who is completely incapable of properly serving customers. We were forced to walk away in extreme embarrassment, with me verbally stating how incredibly rude her behavior was. The manager came over to the cash register and did not even bother to stop us and ask what happened, just staring as my family was forced to leave. The cashier service has never been very good, but, this was the worst. read more

I placed a order on the phone. Came in 25 minutes later food wasn't ready still had wait 30 more minutes and my food yet was not ready. The service was so Bad. The workers where talking more then working. Talking is ok but they was not even working just talk talk talk. I asked when my food be ready they said in a little bit yet waited and still not. After 1 hour food was ready and I didn't even get the right order. The wings they gave me where dry and cold. They ended up giving me something I didn't order and the service was super bad never tasted worst wings and dry in my life not happy with the service I'm never coming to wing stop Ever and I loved them but this made me hate wing stop! The O.G of wings...love this place. Super convenient to everything and good parking. Wings are nice size and fresh.

This location is completely disorganized and has terrible customer service. Waited 30 minutes to be told after the 3rd time I asked for my order that they could not find it in the system. Made no attempt to help resolve the situation and not the least apologetic. Rather than argue with a teenager, I requested a refund via the app. If you rather be frustrated than fed, then I guess this is the place for you. read more

Went to wing stop in Whittier at the Whittwood Mall today (10:30 pm). The two young kids working tonight 2/5/22, were so damn rude and unprofessional! They have no communication skills and no customer service skills. They clearly don't give a damn about the customers! They clearly do not not value their jobs. Stop allowing children to work the night shift without adult supervision! They need adult supervision! You are losing customers because of them !!!!!! I will not go back their again. I will call corporate !!!! read more

We placed the order online so we can do a quick pick up. We arrived at the 15 min mark from the 16-21 mins that the website states. My boyfriend waited 55 minutes 4 times he asked during that time what is going on with the order and they kept ignoring him. So I finally asked to speak to a manager she made us wait more time. I told her we are ready to cancel. She told employee to finally make our order. As I waited for an answer a RUDE employee swung the front door from the front counter to the dinning room area hitting me. Didn't apologize he just went to go talk to some friends. Manager saw did not say anything I had to ask if she was going to do something. So I had to approach him. Our Fries were soggy by the time our order came out. NEVER come here! It was a Saturday Shift. read more

I looooove this location !! I'm not sure what the low star reviewers are talking about because I've been hesitant before to eat at this location Because of the low reviews but I still did and I'm so glad I did because the service that was provided by jay,& I believe her name was Kat was very friendly and professional:-)! - - Ambiance wise it does get busy depending on days and hours ! I've been on days when it's steady and then busy but I've never waited more than 15minutes for my order which is a reasonable time to prep and cook the wings! -- -- - And for the food Ive dined in and ordered out ! Each time the food is cooked to perfection. I always order the triple meal deal the portions are very generous & so is the sauce which is why I love this location the saucier the better in my opinion!! And the fries are always nicely seasoned and crispy !!! Overall I really love this location don't judge a cover by its book! :-) read more

This location is always busy. Orders are never ready when they say they will be and staff is not helpful

New girl training on the cash register ruined my whole order. She wouldn't give me the online special in person for 20 wings and fries for $16 and instead charged me $30 for 20 wings and fries. I asked for ten bbq boneless and ten bbq classic. I ended up getting the ten bbq boneless with five lemon pepper and five Hawaiian classic that I told her to cancel. Never coming back here again for charging me double for my order. read more

I'm very upset the manager doesn't know protocol or want to do anything about when a customer find shards or pieces of metal scrubber in a customers fries. She then wants to bring me a fresh batch stating oh I'm sorry we scrub the fryers with them. She shouldn't have continued to serve food. That's a hazard. read more

DO NOT EAT HERE! I thought ahead and placed my order ahead of time. When I walked in, they said it would be 5 more minutes. 45 minutes later my order was ready. Horribly mismanaged and unorganized. An hour and a half is what it took from order to getting my food. The problem isn't the amount of orders, the problem is the people managing it. read more

My visit is was fantastic! Wings were cooked on point, had a whole mix up with my order and it was resolved even though the mistake was my fault! Thanks Brianna! read more

Probably the least amount of sauce on the wings I've ever had after going to wingstops probably 40 or 50 times. I noticed another reviewer said there were no trash cans, well, there's now one, but as you can see in my picture, not much more room to even set your trash down beside it. I know my profile looks bad since there's no other reviews, but that's because I've never been so disappointed in multiple staff members coming out to sit on the bench to take their break, who couldn't even be bothered to acknowledge the pile of trash left around. Another customer even was given attitude after she made sure to hand them back her trash since she didn't want to add the landslide of garbage. Im blow away at the lack of initiative in these workers and I'm only 19. read more

Waited 45 mins for wings. After being told a few more minutes when we asked why the wait was so long, we had to wait another 20. I got home and there was missing wings in the order. Talked to the manager and was given a refund for the 8 wings, but was extremely rude the whole time. Don't recommend this location. read more

Waited 35 mins for a 8 piece and they still messed up my order.. service has always been bad here

Waited in line just to have a person who just entered the store helped before I could even finish my order. Then it took forever just to have my order completely wrong. Had to wait additional time just for them to fix the order while being continually questioned on how my order was wrong. Think they were just in a rush to open the business rather then properly training their staff. read more

I should have read the reviews. Waited 10 minutes while the cashier worked to fix the soda machine for a customer and my wings sat in a bag on the shelf. Come to find my fries were cold and it looked like they were double fried. My wings were dry and drenched in sauce but no napkins in the bag. I opted to eat in my car because the restaurant was dirty. I will never eat here again. It was truly a waste of money and I should be reimbursed! read more

Ordered wings here for me and my boyfriend. We payed a decent amount of money. As soon as I opened the bag there was a weird smell to them. The wings were so dry!! Like tough and over cooked or the oil was old I'm not sure but I've never had such disgusting wings in my life. I called to talk tot he manager I think Kristen. And she didn't even apologize at how dissatisfied I was! She made it seem like I was trying to get free food. That wasn't the case at all. I'm staying away from this location. Maybe try another one. read more

Pulled a really long hair out of my mouth while eating a wing here. Brought the food back and asked for a refund since me and others did not feel comfortable eating the food anymore. Asked for a refund and was told the manager was not there and they would let the manager know. After calling twice I was told i would receive a refund however the refund was never received. I was also told they would be calling me multiple times to verify if the refund was sent and never received a phone call. I'll just stick with b dubs from now on. Waste of money. read more
