To be honest, I have not had a bad experience here! I always order via the app. One time I waited a little bit it wasn't a big deal. My order has always been right, minus a few times where they forgot my ranch. The app has a lot of great deals, I recommend using that to make your experience easier. When I initially went to this Wingstop, there were no reviews, but now I'm seeing several really low review scores from people who don't have many Yelp reviews. I don't know any of these people and maybe their reviews genuinely reflect experiences they had, but this many low scoring reviews from people with such low overall review numbers makes me a bit skeptical about whether all of these reviews are fair to Wingstop. Especially when there are no pictures with the reviews. My experience was a bit above average. I ordered a small number of Original Hot and a small number of Louisiana Rub. The wings were pretty good in terms of quality meat and execution. The rub was pretty flavorful and the sauce was pretty good. There are a lot of very good wing spots around. Wingstop wouldn't be near the top of my list, but it would be a perfectly fine place to get wings and I would try it for yourself, notwithstanding the other reviews. 3.25 Stars read more

We were so excited that a wingstop was finally near us! Wings were still crispy and tasty, but we were very disappointed in the fries. Even though we don't have much extra money to spend, we hoped that ordering out would help us unwind after a tough day. We ordered a 3-piece Crispy Tender Combo with fries and a drink, a 10-piece Boneless Combo, and an additional 5 Boneless Wings with fries and a drink. We placed our order at 7:24 p.m. and were given a carryout time of 'about 16-21 minutes.' When we arrived at 7:40 p.m., the scene was chaotic. About 50 people were crowded around the counter and outside the building, all looking frustrated and hungry. As we walked up, several customers asked when our pickup time was. I replied, '7:40, like it says,' only to be met with laughter and comments like, 'Good luck, we've been here for over an hour.' Despite the unease, I tried to remain optimistic. Having worked in the restaurant industry myself, I understand what it's like to be 'in the weeds.' I was prepared to wait 45-60 minutes while the staff caught up on orders. But as time dragged on, and 8:40 p.m. came and went, my patience wore thin. Finally, at around the one-hour mark, my name was called along with several others. We squeezed through the crowd to the counter, where a worker--a shorter girl with red curly hair, who refused to give her name but seemed to be called something starting with 'J'--told me my order wasn't ready. Confused, I asked why my name had been called. She shrugged it off, saying it was 'a new system.' Over the next hour, I watched as other customers arrived and left with their food, while my fiancé and I remained stranded, hungry, and frustrated. When I asked for a refund, we were told it was impossible because there was no manager on the property. We were essentially held hostage--unable to get our food or our money back. By this point, I was beyond frustrated. We had requested multiple times for 'J' to check the food that had been sitting on the shelves for hours, only to be told repeatedly that it wasn't ours. We even had my fiancé call from the car to check on our order, only to have 'J' pick up the phone and immediately hang up--though she continued to accept new orders despite the chaos inside. Two hours later, at around 9:40 p.m., 'J' finally turned around and began checking the receipts on the food sitting out. Sure enough, our food had been ready for over an hour. It had been sitting on a shelf, exposed to who knows what, while we waited. When she finally called my name, there was no apology, no explanation--nothing. She tossed our food onto the counter without closing the containers or packing them up, and walked away without a word. This was, without a doubt, the worst dining experience I've ever had. I don't usually write reviews, but this was so appalling I felt compelled to share. To top it off, I woke up the next morning with food poisoning, which I can only assume was due to the food sitting out for so long. I had no choice but to eat it, given the situation I was put in. This experience was not just frustrating; it was infuriating. The lack of management, the dismissive attitude, and the outright neglect of basic customer service is inexcusable. Ordered via DoorDash so I cannot speak to the physical location. I have heard amazing things about Wing Stop so on a Thursday night I decided to order 10 wings, cheese fries, and lemonade. I got the spicy Korean q sauce which was neither spicy nor Korean. Tasted like regular barbecue sauce. I also got the Hawaiian sauce which is the sole reason for the three stars. The Hawaiian sauce was AMAZING! The cheese fries had a good amount of cheese sauce, but the fries were not good. The seasoning on them was sweet or something? It was difficult to place. The fries themselves were also really soft like they weren't cooked long enough. The cheese sauce is advertised as "creamy jalapeño" with absolutely no flavor of jalapeño. Tasted like cheese sauce from a can. I like cheese sauce from a can sometimes, but not when I was expecting a creamy jalapeño sauce. Don't bother!!!!! I placed an online order at 7:36pm on 9/19/24, and the site stated it would be ready between 8pm-8:04. I arrived at 8pm and it was busy, cool, no problem so I waited for a bit and asked if my order was ready and was told no, so I asked for an eta but was told they couldn't give me one. At this point the time was around 8:40 so I asked for a refund but was told by the employee that only a manager could issue a refund, but there wasn't one there. Then the employee said my order was next up being bagged if I could wait a few more minutes, so I waited for another 15 minutes and still no food!!!!!! So again I asked for refund and was told to leave my name, card info, and someone would get back to me.
