The employee Anthony is a very helpful man and has great customer service. The food is always great. This guy deserves a promotion.

By far the worst run establishment I've ever been to!!! I would be upset and embarrassed if this was my location. I've never dealt with a slower staff that has zero hustle in service. They lie to their customers about wait times, and the restaurant lobby is always dirty. We will never order from their again. read more

This place has really good wings 5 stars for that but the service on the other hand can be up and down. Seems like associates are annoyed and don't want to be at work. I think if they train the staff to just smile and greet the customers they can make the experience much better. FYI don't recommend coming here when there is highly watch sports showing on tv, lines out the door and orders won't be ready to what they tell you. read more

Absolutely disgusting. Received my order, not edible. They drenched it in sauce, there was sauce at the bottom of the bag on the brownie, didn't even attempt to taste as it looks horrible Whoever prepared this is an imbecile, how do you just drench everything in so much sauce leaked through their packaging and the bag. Trash, y'all don't deserve to be open when you prepare food like this. Got refunded through door dash. Don't order from this store. They incompetent af. read more

2 stars because today's wings were not only hard but dry. Looks like they were extremely either over cooked or had been cooked, left there for a while, and then re-cooked away. The taste wasn't the same from.possibly 3 weeks ago when they tasted fresh, were soft, and weren't dry at all. The service today was "bleh" I even felt the cashier had some type of attitude. Buy that I can care less about. I didn't pay for a smile or a greeting, I paid for food and that's all I'm concerned about. read more

always messing up with uber eats, they always forget other orders. i ordered 20 pieces and 10 pcs corn for my family and when it arrived, the corns were missing. I wouldn't say the uber eats driver took them or something because the bag was fully sealed. the boneless chickens were tiny too unlike at the other wingstops. very disappointing. read more

Literally gave me food poisoning for a week. Couldn't go to work. Do not recommend this place. Not clean. read more

Worst wing stop experience we ever had. Here's why: Ordered and paid for all drumettes in our order and didn't get them. Food was cold. Between our two orders of fries, one was over salted, the other had no salt at all. Take out order was packed without necessary items (napkins/utensils) which for us was especially necessary because we were staying in a hotel not picking it up to take home. read more

Really terrible, slow service. Staff doesn't seem able to handle the volume of orders. The three people in front of me each complained that they were waiting more than twice the time they were told would be until their order was ready. My order had been ready for 10 minutes but I'm still waiting for it because it's being bagged up. One person just told a customer, "We only have one bagger." I'm watching three people in the front area just laughing with eachother about how crazy it is tonight. I don't have any experience but I wonder if they could reassign some staff to the bagging duties. I really don't like to come to come to Yelp to complain but I'm just bored right now. I've been standing here since 8:35. When I arrived I was told my order would be ready in 7 minutes and it's now 9:05. Just overheard a girl in the back, "I can't talk to the customers today, they're too grumpy." Lol read more

Worst Wingstop and that's saying something. I never come to a Wingstop for customer service but this place sucks. Constantly ignoring order preferences like extra seasoning or honestly any seasoning especially when you order Cajun. They are always behind in timing. 25min estimate, arrive to find they forgot to cook my food and I have to wait 15min more. No explanation. This is what happens when owners/managers don't give a crap. Oh well we'll all still keep ordering this shit because we're hooked. But these people really really suck in a pool of already sucky franchises read more

Jacob and Jenny were no help, I arrived and the card machine was down and I wasn't notified this prior to arriving. I waited 50min for my dinner that I could not purchase due to the card system being down. They told me to take out cash and come back. I asked kindly if I could Zelle or Apple Pay anyone there and they could pay for it later because I only had my cards on my iPhone I didn't have the physical card on me at the moment, and they rudely said no we are only taking cash. So then I went on to saying that I had waited 50 minutes for my food. I left my house to come and get my food and now I'm being told that they are only taking cash, so was there anyway that this one time they can comp my dinner I only got a 10 piece I didn't even get a full meal and he just said no so this is why I am writing this review and I would give them less than a star if I could. It's so inconsiderate and unprofessional of them to not even give me a call to let me know a head of time that it was only cash at the moment. They take your name and phone number at the beginning of the order when you call it in. read more

I like the wings here. My top favorite wings are the lemon pepper and BBQ. I usually get the 10pc combo. I favorite these flavors because my chicken wings are always crispy and I've noticed that with other flavors my wings don't tend to be as crispy. Fries here are delish. It's a cool place to dine in if it's not crowed its a pretty tight spot. The service could be better. But nothing too bad, I wouldn't recommend the yeast rolls nothing special. I have tried the Louisiana rub flavor and wasn't a fan. The atomic is just too spicy. Original hot is okay. Garlic Parmesan I can't have too much of. Cajun is pretty good but can only handle a few. BBQ ones are delicious. read more

The service is simply really bad. No good costumer service at all and the wait is way too long. Would not recommend:(

Some how just common manners is a challenge for this location. The person just had to look for our order because we preordered. Too difficult. waited for 10 minutes until another employee took the time to look for our order. Don't waste your time, not worth the annoyance. The front staff need some common sense training. I have not been here in Forever and I see why ... Stephanie was so rude when I advised her that Justin who is new and is still learning did not add my fries and when I looked at my receipt did not charge me a customer right before that had the same issue instead of apologizing she continued to talk over me and cut me off and grabbed my receipt said he charged you for veggies not fries and she would not listen because she was talking over me when I asked for the 15 piece with fries and veggies while trying to make an excuse that he is new instead of simply apologizing when he went over the over with me and it was not in my receipt She has no compassion or consideration for being a good employee or Person she is so damn rude go to another wing stop read more

I was profoundly disappointed in my experience here. This place is close to my work, and I was craving some hot wings, so I decided to check it out. I got the ten piece boneless wings and some voodoo fries. The food was just okay, but what really bothered me was the "music" that they played very loudly in the place. I didn't know what it was, so I had Siri tell me that it was SupaFreak (featuring 2 Chainz) by Young Jeezy, whatever that is. This "music" had the word f*^k every other line, and loudly talked about how big his d#@k is, and how much he likes to screw every derogatory name for females I've ever heard. Come on management! This kind of garbage "music" is disgusting in a public establishment, and has NO PLACE there. There were kids in the place, as well as women. I won't be back. You can do better! read more

First of all i walk in and i dont get a greeting until i say hello to them. That is like the first thing you learn when training in customer service. Always acknowledge a customer at walk in. They obviously dont care about the customer. Not even to let them know they were out of something i ordered. Its just really annoying. Cross contamination by the way with the little note they decided to include in my meal. read more

I simply just hate when my fries are already cold ....thats all , better management as well ty

I know better than to come to this WingStop, but wanted to come since it was late, and I was starving. First off, everyone that works there aside from the young last that helped me were unprofessional. They were playing loud music, putting stickers on each others hair as they assisted clients, and joking around while there were guest waiting to be helped. I tried to ignore how unprofessional the service was but after waiting 25 min for my order, I finally receive it. I get home and there's no ranch inside my bag. I had Cesar dressing at home and had to serve myself some which did not taste the same. Disappointed with the way they treat customers, and could not even get our orders rights. This isn't the first time this happens and I dislike writing bad reviews but this is just too much. I had a long day and just wanted something quick for dinner and couldn't even finish my wings because I had no ranch. The bathrooms were dirty, and just felt disgusted to even eat my food. It's not to much to ask for to simply check orders. There were about 5 employees in the front just acting dumb not checking orders while people wait around to be helped. Not cool at all. Wasted money on food I could not even enjoy. This location does not even deserve a 1 star. read more

Are the wings decent? Yes. Flavors consistent? Yes. Fries are soggy and not that great. Ordered online. I was supposed to receive a medium drink. The employee looked at me and simply stated "we are out of medium cups" and handed me a small cup as i could clearly see stacks of small, medium and large cups. Was not looking to argue since i was not looking for confrontation and the wait of 55 minutes for 10 wings and fries had me aggravated. read more

We have never been here before and it was a total sh** show. We were told it would be 40 minutes for our order when we placed it. After 50 we asked about it and they said it would be another 10. After 10 minutes, we tried to check on our order again but there were so many people trying to check the status of their orders, it took another 5 minutes for them to see what we wanted. Then our order was sitting on the rack! They never called it out when it was ready. The staff are so slow with no hustle in their step even with customers all over the place, many of whom are annoyed because their food is taking longer than expected. One staff person literally strolled out of the kitchen to get more potatoes, just looking at everyone as he stepped out at a snails pace. And finally, this place is dirty. Tables are not clean or wiped down. The floor was sticky when you walked on it. It was gross. They definitely need better management and staff training. read more
