This location use to be the Go -To , but that was over 10 years ago . . I remember being younger & always coming here . Wings are usually always good but yesterday I ordered 30-40 min before closing didn't think I would get old cold wings . Very disappointing. I was really hyped . Wings were really dry as if they gave me someone else order , or they had the wings pre made waiting . The fries were definitely cold , not even room temperature. Staff was okay no negative attitude. The location was really dirty from the find in area . The soda dispenser area was all wet . Experience was a 4/10 food quality 2/10 I live local but it's going to be tough for me to want to return here . read more

I'm convinced I contacted food poisoning from this location on Saturday 8.2.2025 I ordered my food online at around 2pm. I ordered: NEW! 3 PC CRISPY TENDER COMBO Hot Honey Rub x 3 Well Done (Extra Cook Time) Seasoned Fries Fry Seasoning Regular Amount of Seasoning Ranch 20 oz Soft Drink Self-Serve Fountain Coca-Cola Freestyle™ 2 Crispy Tenders (+$1.99) Mild x 2 The Hot Honey Rub was fire, but unfortunately my experience after eating here was not. I ordered way too much food my eyes were definitely bigger than my stomach. Around 5-6 PM, I started feeling really sick. By the time I got home, I was experiencing severe stomach cramps, nausea, vomiting and dry heaving. From 8 PM Saturday until 3 AM Today 8.5.2025 morning, I was completely down and out. I couldn't sleep, had night sweats and felt weak and lethargic. I couldn't even drink water without forcing myself and it didn't stay down long because I would throw up the water within minutes. I've only had food poisoning once before back in 2018, and this felt exactly the same. While the service at this location was great, I'm pretty sure the food got me sick. Unfortunately, I won't be eating Wingstop for a while, and I likely won't return to this location. read more

I'm a delivery driver and came to pick up an order and restaurants are required by Law to have all food and drinks packaged up by employees. They try to get me to fill up a fountain drink, which sounds like no big deal, but it is a Health code violation because drivers don't have food handlers cards because we're not supposed to be tampering with anything. That's why most responsible corporate restaurants have stickers that go over the top of the drink and seal it because they are supposed to fill it and not third-party delivery drivers who don't wash their hands The fact that a rude employee tried to argue with me over health code laws in front of the entire restaurant, makes me think what things are doing behind the counter that are even worse. This place can look forward to losing its A rating when the health department comes down. read more

Slow service, the place stunk like sewage when I arrived. The food is alright but they messed up on my order. The floor is always sticky from spilled soda. Does no one mop and clean this establishment? Also the trash bin is always missing here for some reason. read more

Watching delivery drivers (uber, doordash, etc ..) pouring customer drinks and sealing them for the customer grossed me out. How can they have them add the no tampering sticker on the drinks when the employees aren't the ones pouring the drinks? Im not sure but it seems like a health code violation .. also why do drivers serve the drinks??? They dont work for wingstop ... read more

The name of the game is convenience! Whenever you're craving something a bit naughty that's fried and delicious this hits the spot. Order online and they are extremely accurate on when your order will be ready for pickup! Picked 2 different sauces for the bone in wings- both spicy (they didn't have the chicken tenders available which are 10/10 for fast food) The fries were crunchy and skin on from the potatoes- I enjoyed the salty and sweet seasoning on them. Will return for chicken strips and the boneless wings as well. Worth the price for the portion and quality. The workers are friendly and fast! read more

I'm really not the type to ever leave reviews but this isn't the first OR second time this has happened. We ordered lemon pepper fries with extra seasoning and cajun corn with EXTRA seasoning, when we opened the bag we saw immediately that the fries had very little seasoning. It really wasn't a big deal but once we opened the corn, there is NO SEASONING at all! i mean why even have the option to add seasoning let alone, extra seasoning, if there will be none at all. To top everything off, we got someone else's chicken wings... so i didn't even get to eat the new "exclusive" wings i ordered I guess the persons name, who's wings we ended up getting, starts with the same first letter as ours, J. I guess it must have been a mix up because they were both 5 piece boneless wings... but the type of seasoning on the wings were different and our names are so completely different. Our last names don't even start with the same letter... something has to change cause this is insane. read more

Came in, got greeted the staff was very kind! The man in front Brandon was very accommodating! Yummy food

I placed an online order 20 wings and a large fries. It came out to about $35 with some change. When I arrived to the store I asked if I could make the order 2, 10pc combos instead which would come out to about $35 too. The young man at the front was nice and I could tell he understood and was trying to help me. He called over his female coworker and she told me I could buy 2 drinks for $6. I said that wouldn't be the same price. She said if I wanted a refund, it could take 6 business days and I said thats fine just charge me again, but then she couldn't refund me? I left with my food but I seriously doubted her claim about not being able to refund me. read more

the girl here with the busted eyelashes that takes orders in the front is actually so rude from first interaction . it genuinely ruined my whole appetite and day . so much attitude for no reason and her hands were so dirty I was grossed out . I honestly don't know why The hate? I went on Christmas Eve. Ordered 20 the 20 wing bundle, and it was amazing. Probably one of the best wings stops I've ever been to. And I'm not even exaggerating or trying to exaggerate. Ordered the wings online. They were ready in less than 10 to 15 minutes and the wings themselves are delicious. read more

Parking at this specific fast food location is provided and the staff is on it as they know what they are doing and are very kind. In terms of food, it shouldn't be your go to but not a horrible fall back option for boneless wings. I didn't have the audacity to try bone in wings. The sauce flavors are hot and miss. They have indoor seating options that is very dark and unappealing. 3.5 stars that I will round up since the staff is so good read more

Ok. Let me start with the fact that the wings were actually delicious! This was my second time at a Wingstop and the first time was horrible. At a different location than this but I swore I wasn't going to go back. However, as soon as we walked it, Mamie Francis greeted us and started off our visit fantastically! Yes, you can walk in and have someone say hello, but not Mamie!! She was so smiley, welcoming, kind, and helpful as soon as we stepped inside. She explained to us the menu, made great suggestions, and answered all of our questions. Mamie not only started off our visit fantastically but she kept at it! She was so kind and fun with everyone that walked in and kept the restaurant clean and all customers informed of their orders. The food finally arrived and it was delicious and fresh! It was completely different from the first visit. The restaurant is small but clean and there was plenty of room to edit and enjoy. Although the food was great, Mamie Francis was definitely what made our visit the best! Thank you Wingstop for having such a fantastic employee! We definitely want to come back JUST for her! read more

This post is for the staff. The food is always amazing and plenty of parking. I recently started doing uber eats so I am here constantly and they are beyond, attentive, patient, helpful and so friendly. Seeing how uber eats drivers treat them is disheartening and they don't crack, ever! They stay smiling and moving. Their manager should be extremely happy they have such great staff. read more

*NEW CHICKEN SANDWICH REVIEW* Thannnnnksssss to the wonderful lady at the front, Francis, who helped and took our order. She had great energy and great advice! We were there for the new chicken sandwiches they have. We chose the lemon pepper and mango habanero meals. The pricing was fair. It comes with a drink and fries plus your choice of reg ranch or blue cheese for 7.99 + tax. Not too bad. The sandwich itself did its job. It was good and tasty, but basic. I honestly didn't have high expectations because it doesn't look crazy. It has pickles and sauce depending on the flavor you get, but that's it. I feel like adding cheese or maybe their own original sauce could add a lil umphhh to it. I will say there's a wide variety of flavors which I really appreciated. I will be back to try a different flavor because I do love their sauces! My only complaint was the wait... bout 30mins for 2 orders.... They had a lot of phone orders they were attending to so I understand. But that would be the only thing I would change, if I could. With that being said, call ahead if you're THAT hungry or impatient. read more

Bbq wings were fairly covered with bbq sauce. On the other hand the mild wings were lacking sauce and they were on the crispier side. I over heard another customer saying that her wings were dried. They definitely gotta put more sauce on them. I do agree with that customer Flavor was good. The lady that seems to be the manager was super sweet gotta love her hype and beautiful personality. Just to see her I would go back. Place was clean One thing I wished they had is trash cans in the lobby There are zero trash cans They pick up the trays and trash bags themselves. Love the drink machine it's one of those fancy ones. My daughter wanted Wingstop took her to make her day. I didn't order food but tried what she ordered. I would hold on buying food for myself just because they too dry ( lack of sauce) to crispy for me. read more

I can't speak to the wings or other people's bad home delivery issues. I can only speak to what I ordered and what was delivered to me. I can't speak to other locations, only this one. I'm doing an awful lot of non-speaking, aren't I? What in tarnation CAN I speak to, for heaven's sake? Here is what I ordered: Chicken strips, ranch dressing, and some carrot sticks. I can speak to those three things only. So: carrots - very good - I mean, no way to ruin carrots. ranch dressing - very good. chicken strips or tenders - very tasty tenders. Not much more to say. Maybe next time I'll try the wings, although I'm not obsessed with wings like so many others - you know the types - those who jump on the various bandwagons, like the smash burger people, who are also aliens from outer space. There you have a review. read more

Our entire order was wrong. Nothing was the right flavor. When I called back they didn't want to exchange or give us a refund. Complete scam artists. Do not order from their website AT all. Only order from Uber eats or DoorDash to ensure a complete refund for their lack of comprehension of a simple task. My kids went to bed hungry because they can't do their job right. I attached pictures how how they messed up a simple order because all the teenagers working there are too busy smoking weed in the parking lot. 0/10 Service 0/10 Food 0/10 experience read more

I was assisted Monday night by Christian at 11pm. Didn't get my food until 11:30pm despite being told it would only take "about 15 minutes". The restaurant was so filthy, my husband and I couldn't even get clean utensils, napkins or fountain drinks. When I did get my food, it was either burnt or the wrong flavor. I brought this to Christians attention, and he let me know they were closing, and couldn't help me. But recommended I call in the morning. I called the morning of the 29th around 11am. And was placed on a long hold. When I called again later that afternoon I was given the run around again, and told to call on the 30th (Today). Which I did. I called several times throughout the day, and was continuously placed on hold or just left on hold. I have screen shots of these 10+ minute hold times. When I finally was directed to an assistant manager, I told her my entire story, to which she replies, you'll have to speak with my manager. But she's on a zoom meeting, can you call her back at 2pm. I called back and spoke with Sandra, who was inexplicably RUDE, And dismissive. She never let me get a word in to explain to her anything, and in 2 short minutes she tells me call me back at 5pm when the other manager is here because this is RIDICULOUS. I could not believe that she was so rude with the way she was handling the situation. Still I remained calm, and callled back at 5pm again, just to be left on hold for 11 minutes. With the call then just being "dropped". I feel extremely unwelcome, unheard, and undervalued as a customer. There are MANY choices in fast food. I don't ever have to go to Wingstop again, and after my experience why would I? My total was $52.82. My food was horrible and thrown away. read more

This was my first time at Wingstop (#458) and the service provided by Mamie was excellent! Since I had never been to Wingstop Mamie explained the menu items and how hot and spicy they were, which I appreciated. Not only was Mamie nice to me, I observed her treat everyone who came after with the same care. I ended up ordering the two piece chicken tenders - Korean BBQ flavor and the original fries and was pleasantly surprised and thought the food was good-for fast food. I had ordered 15 ORIGINAL HOT wings and 9 MANGO HABANERO wings but received 15 LEMON PEPPER WINGS. At first I was like okay, that's fine still disappointing until I found a piece of hair on a wing. Once again, I have given this place another chance. I placed an order 2 hours before arriving saying I would arrive at a certain time. Just left 5 minutes ago and I had to leave a review. Francis, at the front, made something as simple as picking up an order(during lunch time and a crazy amount of people waiting/ordering) such an experience. Keeps it moving while being personable. Amazing attitude and even with a mask, I can feel the smile coming from her. Wings from wingstop are wings, but Francis makes this experience a great note to go with great Wingstop food. read more

Honestly, this review is COMPLETELY BIAS... and I'll tell you why. The food, from this area, at any time, yeah, you shouldn't EXPECT anything over mediocre... but again, ITS WINGSTOP !! Why would anyone expect anything over mediocre from a chain place?? Some work better than others, others just suck. I like this one. It's in such a weird area and I don't have high hopes when I order from here. I get what I came for, and sometimes they give me some extra boneless wings, WHICH I LOVE!! I wouldn't get that at some other places, because the better the area, the more stuck up they are. I've never gotten sick from here or been shorted when it comes to my order, and that's all that matters and all I really expect from people (probably young) working minimum wage in a semi-trashy location that is probably really busy. Hate it or love it, but they do what they do and if you hate it, there ARE nicer wingstops in the valley to go to!! So yeah, I'll come to this one cuz they hook it up sometimes and I usually get my order within a good amount of time. But I also eat boneless wings... sooo yeah, if you take your wing game seriously, don't look at what I have to say!! read more

Two stars because the staff at the register were kind and helpful. But the kitchen has goofed badly enough to turn me off, and management made it irredeemable. I have been to other Wing Stop locations and they were bulletproof. But the kitchen here has been serving wings dry (not enough sauce). More importantly on my most recent (probably my last ever) visit I was shorted on wings by HALF. I contacted management and was not offered any kind of recompense including even getting the shorted wings. I won't say to avoid Wing Stop because I like the chain. But don't visit this location. I guess they're getting plenty of business and don't need to worry about my review but hey, my two bits. read more

I am honestly concerned for my health right now. I ate this food and realized the potatoes were rotten at the bottom & I took two sips of the soda and it tasted sour and milkly, I threw it down the sink and I saw a weird colored liquid come out separate from the soda.
