The service here is not good. When I received my order, I was missing 16 wings. I left my bag in the car where I had checked it and brought in the receipt to get my 16 wings. I refused since what I [had] gotten was in the car. They would not get my order until I got my wings; I had just come in, (no more the customer is always right). They proceeded to look upset at me for asking for my complete order. All-in-all my wings were poorly sauced after all that, I did not have a good experience at this Wingstop location. Service: 40 minutes and still no food. I asked twice and they said we were next without even asking for the name on my order. I saw 6 other people get their food before us after I had asked. They didn't even offer drinks or even a side for our troubles. When we asked for a refund because of the wait, they didn't even ask what was wrong or apologize and finally gave us our money back. Incompetence! I placed an online order back a couple months ago and waited 2 HOURS for my order to be ready. 2 HOURS!! 2 HOURS!!! I asked to speak to the manager who was conveniently unavailable. When I got home I reviewed my order and noticed that I was missing an item. I called the next day and the manager was again unavailable. I called back again the day after that and the manager graciously offered a $5 gift card. Five dollars for my wasted time. What. A. Joke. I escalated the matter to corporate who offered a generic apology along with a $30 gift card to make up for the unpleasant experience. 2 1/2 months later and nothing has been addressed or received. I reluctantly returned this evening and waited yet again. My online order gave me an 18 minute pick up ETA and I showed up at 30 minutes just to be safe. Guess what? Yep, you guessed it. I had to wait again. I waited until the cashier rang up 5 orders and addressed a complaint as I watched my order sitting on the rack getting colder by the minute. There was no attempt to look at the online pick up line despite me politely yelling "excuse me." My order was made and PAID for already, but I had to wait because the workers are incompetent. I finally receive my order and proceed to grab a drink from their soda fountain and guess what? Yep, there was no ice in the ICE machine. Good guess. Fine. I proceed to serve myself a refreshing room temperature drink and to my disbelief they are out of my drink of choice. Ok, I just want to get anything at this point and get on my way,but my second choice was just as unlucky as my first. The second option was unavailable as well. So not only can this store not figure out how to get orders out on time, they also cannot prioritize paying customers nor keep their soda fountain properly maintained. Location Located in a small strip mall that shares a parking lot with a few small local businesses and a Fresh & Easy. Each time I have gone to this location the parking is pretty ridiculous but I some how manage to snag a spot, maybe not right up front but at least within the parking lot. The inside is sort of small with a few tables, small and large. Price 15 Boneless Wings for $11 with Louisiana Rub and Lemon Pepper as our flavors. The Louisiana Rub wasn't bad but nothing special. The Lemon Pepper was pretty good and definitely something I would get again. I highly recommend getting the Lemon Pepper with a side of the Atomic Sauce because the citrus and spice go real well together. We also got an order of large seasoned fries for $3.50 which were pretty damn big and easily sharable with a group of 2 or 3. The fries were pretty soggy and had some flavor but not enough to really make it taste like anything. Staff Ordered over the phone for dine-in in hopes of saving time. We arrived at the agreed upon time and paid for our food. As we stood at the register waiting we got no food nor estimate of how long our order would take. Instead of standing there while she assisted other guests we took a seat and waited a good 5 minutes, finally getting annoyed we asked about our food and she said "oh yeah, they're finishing up your order. What's your name?" Honestly, how can you say they're finishing my order if you don't even know which order it is. Waited another 10 minutes and lo and behold our order was finally ready, keep in mind we ordered a good 40 minutes before we were to pick up our food and they still didn't have it ready. I like the wings here. My top favorite wings are the lemon pepper and BBQ. I usually get the 10pc combo. I favorite these flavors because my chicken wings are always crispy and I've noticed that with other flavors my wings don't tend to be as crispy. Fries here are delish. It's a cool place to dine in if it's not crowed its a pretty tight spot. The service could be better. But nothing too bad, I wouldn't recommend the yeast rolls nothing special. I feel that the quality of food at this place has gotten worse over the years. The wings are average in flavor. Chicken was tough, and the flavor (had the hot original wings and the hawaiian) was average. I want to say that I've had buffalo wings which is equivalent to the "hot original" at other places that were WAAAY better. The fries. I personally prefer crispy, and every time I've gone here the fries are soggy. Maybe it's their style. This place def can't be beat for their ranch sauce. It is by far the most richest, delicious, and smooth ranch ever. I can't seem to find any place else that serves the ranch that they do. Service is usually very slow. If you're going to have a bright, neon sign that says open until midnight, then I suggest you actually do that. We got there around 11pm and it took over half hour to get our food. (Seriously? It also looked like the kitchen was nearly cleaned since they thought we were the last customers of the night. I understand you wanting to be home ASAP, but if you say you close at midnight, it doesn't mean you clean up before 11:30pm and lock up at 11:50pm. As much as you don't want to, you should expect people to walk in after 11:45. Which is exactly what happened. At least 5 people walked in after and had to stand around waiting for the kitchen to start up again and had no where to sit because the tables and chairs were all put away. But one thing that continuously pisses me off about this location, is that 90% of the time, they can't even get their fries right (I usually order well done.) ! Over the past 2 weeks, I decided to try ordering from 2 separate Wingstops (farther from my house) and their fries came out exactly how I ordered and with proper seasoning! On Mondays and Tuesdays they offer a boneless Wings for 50 cents/each special. You have to order a minimum of ten which is about the right size meal for a growing boy like me. I chose garlic Parmesan and Cajun styles, and was pretty pleased with the results. The "boneless wings" are really more like unbreaded Nuggets. They really are pressed chicken parts, but they are about the size of a wing; and like real wings the taste is dependent on the sauce. The garlic Parmesan wings were absolutely fantastic, practically dripping in garlic butter with plenty of Parmesan clinging to each piece. I want them again and will certainly order them when I go back. The Cajun style wings were kind of meh; the main flavor was vinegar. it seemed to overwhelm the peppers and other spices.
