I usually go to the location in Bellevue, which I really like. I am happy to report that the new Tukwila location is just as good. My favorite is still the bbq classic wings - sweet, savory rich sauce over juicy flats and drums yet still retaining a nice crunchy skin. And just like in Bellevue, the employees are so customer focused. They are very friendly, kind, smiley, and accommodating. I noticed that when another customer pointed out a mistake in their order, the employee replaced that portion of the meal, no questions asked. Thank you Wing Gods for making this Wingstop way better than the one in Bellevue! I first had Wingstop in California and then found one in Vegas. I was always a huge fan and made sure I had at least one Wingstop visit before leaving California or Vegas. Then, one night while wandering around the Bellevue area, I found one! Unfortunately, it was nothing like what I had out of state. Not even comparable. I was extremely disappointed and had to assume WA residents would never experience the Wingstop joy like I had. Well......... I was wrong! :) WooHoo!! A Wingstop that is exactly like the ones out of state. And, when I say exactly, I will also include the wait time / slowness for your chicken. However, this isn't a big deal since your meal comes out fresh instead of taking 20 minutes and coming out old and flavorless. The workers here are really friendly, as well. The girl who called out our order was really nice and funny. She makes sure she says your name right and apologizes if she doesn't. Not that it's a huge deal, but you usually don't find people in fast food restaurants that really care about that sort of thing. They've got some good employees here. Only weird thing is..................... Where are the garbage cans? You're sort of left in this awkward moment before leaving because you're like, "Do I leave my table looking dirty, as if I don't know how to clean up after myself, or.....?" I made an online order for 10 boneless wings today at 3:27pm. The order screen said to expect it to be done in 16-21 minutes. I went in to pay at 3:47pm. I went up to the register around 4 to ask what the update was, considering my friend that made her combo order at the same time got her wings within a few minutes of her paying. I would give it five stars as the wings are great; however, they need to do a couple of things: - Provide paper towels on every table, and not just on their counter - They need large waste baskets so we can bus our own tables, or at least allow us to throw our own trash away, and return the trays. - Since we cannot bus our own tables, they need to have their employees constantly busing the tables and cleaning the floors. I didn't see anyone bus or clean, while I was there last week. Again, the Wing Stop wings are the best wings anywhere in my opinion; in addition, the staff was very nice which goes a long way! This place is considered fast food, but it's a higher end... If that makes sense. So just like any other fast food rest. you go to the counter and order what you'd like. They told me that it would take 15 minutes for the chicken, so you know that this aint no KFC quality! I got the lemon pepper classic wings, and the honey bbq classic wings. I told her " you may have had a bad day or whatever but your attitude is horrible. I was simply asking if my order came with drinks to confirm due to the price discrepancy. My girlfriend and I were craving buffalo wings, so we stopped at Wingstop on our way to the airport. We ordered 20 wings with original hot sauce, an order of fries, and a side of ranch (btw,I can't believe that they charge for dipping sauce). This is the worse place I've been to. The staffs are really rude and take forever to give you your food . Bad service!!!!!!!!!

First thing the cashier asks me when it's my turn to order is "what's your phone number?" I say "no thanks" and then try to begin my order and she says, "what's your name?" I'm confused that she's interrupting me and so I tell her my name and then proceed with my order and then when it's time to sign my name on the receipt she gives me the dirtiest greasiest pen of life. It gave us a confirmation email and everything. We arrived and the employees were all there cleaning up with the door locked and they didn't bother to open the door. They didn't care if we had a confirmation email. When I looked at the hours posted on the door, there was 2 minutes left before actual closing. So why are you closing early? And why would your website still allow for orders and send confirmation of when you can pick up your order? Their website had their hours extended another hour from their door sign. A group of coworkers and I always go to Buffalo Wild Wings each Wednesday, Wings Wednesday if you will. We have been wanting to try out this place since it opened, and glad we did! Better prices than BWW, larger servings for the price, good taste. The fries were really good, very fresh. The ranch dressing was really authentic and yummy. One thing I didn't like was that the boneless wings I got were smothered in the sauces I chose, but that's just me because my coworkers loved that! The prices are much cheaper than other wing places though. They have a couple beers on draft and a few more options in bottles. The food choices are mainly chicken wings or chicken strips and sides so you do lose out on variety vs. other wings places like BWW or Wing Dome. This place sucks. Every time I come here I have a bad experience. Every time I go to any wing stop I have a bad experience in general, now that I think about it. The wings are extremely overpriced. I'm talking a lot of money to get a little bit of chicken. The seasoning/sauces are good but not THAT good. Bruh. They must falsely covet their own sauce or something because they do not give much chicken. It makes it worse that the employee was initially raving about how I will be so full from even a small order. Also, you know what? They undoubtedly ALWAYS hire the worst types of employees. Very rude and stern and look like they hate their lives. Gives the place a cold feeling, and all of the airplane decorations on the walls in an attempt to subvert the lifeless feeling you get when you walk in there just make the place seem all the more lifeless. One time when ordering, the employee took my credit card and then tried handing me a different card. When I said it wasn't mine, he just said "Oh sh*t!" And turned around and ran off. He didn't come back for 10 minutes. By the time he came back he couldn't remember if he swiped my card or not. Him and his comrades scrambled around for a while before he tried to get me to check my bank account on my phone. When I said I couldn't, he just said "Okay, well if we charge you twice just come back in and we'll fix it!" And then swiped my card. Another time, giving another chance, I was told my order would be ready in 15 minutes. 35 minutes later, I got my order and drove away, only to figure out that not only did they give me boneless instead of bone in, but they gave me 2 less wings than I was supposed to get AND one of the sauces was wrong. Get it together bros. You are doing chicken a huge disservice by continuing to be this awful. I am praying that this monstrosity is stopped. I will never return for as long as I live. The wings were really good. The prices are better than BWW because you get a side and a soda. However, if you prefer get a beer and salad with your wings than there isn't much savings. Also, this is like fast food so there are not any servers. Unfortunately, it was not fast. We waited longer for our food than we normally do at sit down restaurants only there were no TVs to watch the Seahawks kicking butt like at BWW. The wait time will honestly keep us from going back, it was a bit ridiculous. Also, a tip for the managers: please include napkins at every table! Love this place! I have been here a few times and have always had good experiences. The staff at this location have always been friendly. Courtney was our cashier and was very patient and friendly while we were undecided about what we wanted and even went above and beyond to give us a good experience. She recommended the Louisiana Rub which we hadn't tried during previous visits and it is now my boyfriend's favorite kind! (I do recommend). The whole crew was friendly, (Chris, Nacho, and Jose), and the atmosphere always feels cheerful. I hate going to Buffalo Wild Wings, the service is slow and the place is always so loud, and the wings aren't as good. Wingstop is our favorite place to get wings close to home!
