I like this place actually. I know it is a chain and has bad reviews...but I have always had a good time. But I usually come around lunch because my work is close. The staff is friendly. Service can be a little slow but they communicate well with me and I don't expect the moon. Food is good. At least what I get...bone in wings. I like the Parmesan garlic. Beer and drinks are good too. Fair prices especially lunch specials. Lots of seating, big TVs and sports on. What's not to like? Can sit in the bar area or in proper booths. Only thing is the sports memorabilia should be signed...would be wayyyy cooler. I didn't see any actual buffalos roaming around unfortunately. This is a normal BWW. Arrived to pick up my online order around 530pm on a Thursday. Nobody was at the front host desk for over 10 minutes. When someone finally arrived, I asked them where I could pick up my online order and she directed me to the side "pick up" desk. I continued to wait for another 5-10 minutes, watched multiple staff look at me (including to what seemed to be a manager) and nobody came to help. It was very odd. So I went back to the front desk station and just asked if I could grab my food since it was sitting right on the shelf. She ended grabbing my food and signing off for it, but the whole process was very disorganized and chaotic. When I opened my wings and started to eat them I realized it very, very dry and it didn't seem like they had salt and vinegar on it... My husband and I came here during happy hour this past Tuesday and were pleasantly surprised when our server told us it was BOGO wings if we had the app. We really appreciated the honesty as I feel like most servers would not have said anything about a special. It was not super busy and we were able to get seated right away. I got a margarita and unfortunately had to send it back since it tasted so overwhelmingly of cheap sour mix. I wasn't expecting a 5 star margarita from a bdubs, but it was really not good. We got the mozzarella sticks to start which came out pretty quick and they were nice and hot and fresh. The wings came out shortly after, along with some fries. The wings were perfect temperature and cooked really well. I got two dry rubs for mine and the lemon pepper had like an extra mound of the seasoning under the wings, but then the chipotle BBQ barely had enough to cover the wings. The fries were also probably old, they were warm but not crispy. We had also requested all flats and did not receive our wings like that. Overall, we probably will go back since they have pretty good deals, but I think more than anything its just a good place to people watch.
