This location is absolutely the worst. TERRIBLE customer service, especially from the manager. I've ordered here quite a few times thinking maybe the last mistake was a fluke or sometimes things just happen but consistently when I've had things missing from my order their only solution is "customer credit". Just had a delivery today and they forgot and order of fries, called the store to let them know and they offered their "customer credit" which I replied no, I would just like my order of fries. The manager told me they couldn't deliver them so I asked for a full refund on my order. She said "it'll take 1-5 days" then just hung up. The employees here absolutely do not care if you're satisfied with your experience. Had another issue a few weeks ago where I ordered the Cajun corn online, got to the store for them to tell me they didn't had any corn so they gave me an extra order of fries. I asked for a refund for the corn because I really didn't need or want any extra order of fries and they said they couldn't refund me because I placed the order online??? Offered me their "customer credit" again I've worked in food service for 10+ years so I have a lot of patience and forgiveness for fellow food service worker but DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Been eating wingstop for over 10 years and this ain't it. Soggy fries, they were floppy and cold like a fish out of water. The wings aren't even saucy. Ya skimping out on the seasoning. Garlic parm wack, your atomic isn't spicy, your original no sauce, Like the breading is red but it's just for color, lemon pepper missing that oil that's normally at the bottom, your bbq is so dry, not even your plain is wack idk how you can mess up plain. I would avoid this place. Been here twice gave it the second chance and failed. I recommend driving to another wingstop. read more

Was excited about this location, but the burbank/la crescenta locations are better worth the drive. Have ordered twice and both time the wings come out almost unseasoned (for dry rubs, wet sauces are decent but still on the dryer side).the female employee at the counter doesn't do well with female customers. both times I noticed her demeanor changed when she was talking to women vs when she was assisting male customers. She was more bubbly/helpful with men than she was with women. Not overly rude but definitely an absolute shift in service. Terrible experience here! First of all the tenders don't come with any sauce just dry tenders that are overcooked! If you want sauce each one is 1.91 lol ridiculous service not the greatest but not terrible, however i go to eat not to hang out with the workers so it doesn't matter ... i couldn't afford the sauce but thank God i had water or else i would've choked on their dry mango habanero tenders with NO SAUCE 0_o really wingstop atmosphere is uncomfortable because the place is way too small so as people are eating theres people in line ordering and people waiting for food and oh i forgot the one soda machine that's available right behind a table that people are eating so jammed and uncomfortable, what happened to wing stop it used to be one of my favorite places too bad this place killed it it's definitely not my favorite not anymore :/ read more

I tend to get the lemon pepper wings but I just love lemon and pepper. Haven't really bother to try any other flavor because I'm just not very interested in trying. I've ordered here a couple of times and the fries are always soggy and over seasoned even when I ask for light seasoning. I wish their fries were crispy. They are still new and I will give them the benefit of the doubt. I've been to the Wingstop in La Crescenta and don't see much of a difference to be honest (besides not being heavy handed on the seasoning for the fries). I do like that they are open till midnight and everyday since there a lot of places that tend to close early around here and be closed on Sundays. Sundays are my rest days so, I like having restaurants nearby so I don't have to cook. read more

Ordered online, everything ready to go when I got there. Everything accounted for when I got home. Very clean traditional wings and NO GREASE. Substituted the Cajun corn for the fries. Very disappointed. May think twice next time I order again through online. Seasonings on chicken were all correct. On the fried corn However I changed it to the fry seasoning. Not the the cajon Well it had the bit spicy cajon seasoning. Had to give the kids milk instead of their juice to cool the spicy in their mouths. And I also did not receive the dipping sauces I requested. If it's going to ask you for choices when ordering online or on the app. Then they should give you what you have asked for. I should have checked the bags and such before heading home. But the bags are sealed shut and I put my trust in the employees to get the order correct. Half of their employees are kids that really don't care about the quality of the food or whether or not they get an order correct. So far whenever I get served by the female employees, everything is correct and as ordered. The male employees often look too stoned to do anything right or even say "your welcome" or "thank you". I gave this place another try and I wasn't surprised as the experience was just the same as last time. I am not honestly sure though if I can blame the staff. I feel that this may be a upper management issue. I feel that they are always very short staffed here. It's extremely hard to place an order over the phone as most of the time they don't answer or it takes a couple try's to finally have your call picked up. From what I noticed each time their are multiple calls going through at the same time and only one lady always in the front working to drop off pick up orders, but also to take orders face to face or by phone. Every encounter I have had with her trying to place an order she appears to be out of breath. The food in my opinion is very heavy due to the oil wing stop uses to fry their food and hard to digest especially if you order the tenders or boneless as it has breading on it. Got severe food poisoning on 11/6/21 and was throwing up for 2 days and have barely just now recovered. It says they have an A from public health but check the notes and they have been cited for uncleanliness. I decided why not eat at wingstop? I'll tell you why anywhere else would have been better! Firstly, my order was wrong! I love my chicken tenders! How does an establishment run out of chicken tenders? Especially when you do not make it clear while I am ordering that you have run out of chicken tenders? The quality of the food was lower than any other Wingstop I have eaten at, the workers seemed like they were forced to be there and did not even care about the job itself! My order took 35 minutes to make with an empty restaurant! The only reason I am giving this location a 2 star is because the restaurant was kept quite clean and the music taste was really good! My pickup experience was very awful here at this location. First of all, the cashier named Pamela was the rudest cashier I've ever experienced in any establishment. I work in customer service and I am very patient with workers because of course i understand how it is, please tell me why she was the rudest the second we walked in to pick up my food. We asked her simple questions and was very aggressive and had a horrible tone. The chicken was well cooked, not greasy, the rolls were to die for (didn't even need butter), and the cheese fries were delicious. Just opened and already have poor service. When ordering 20+ wings be sure to order an extra dipping sauce because they don't bother to offer you another for an additional cost. They just assume people should know. Be sure to check your order before leaving because they never fail to get your order wrong.
