The best fried chicken in the area. I've gotten it several times when I entertain. Everyone likes it. Juicy and seasoned to perfection. The sides are also really good. The pies are amazing.

Shoutout to the staff as well for their patience and the phenomenal pies that supplied all our family events in 2025.

My bf and I tried this cute little place which didn't disappoint. The food was amazing and so tasty it was all delicious, even the ranch dressing was homemade and it was so yummy. The service was great and it was a little of a wait but for chicken of course I understand. Everyone was so nice and friendly, I will come back again :)

This was my first time trying Honeybird. I placed a to-go order for a 3-piece meal. The side of Brussels sprouts was tasty, but unfortunately, one of the pieces of chicken was so undercooked that it was literally bleeding as I cut into it. Needless to say, I completely lost my appetite after that and didn't feel comfortable finishing the meal.

Sooo boom... the chicken tastes like somebody's auntie is in the back frying it with love. Not overly crunchy, not dry--just right. My dad and I were nearby and decided to try something new. He ordered the fish sandwich and a fried chicken leg, his caregiver got the mac and cheese and chicken sandwich, and I went with the mac and cheese and Brussels sprouts. My dad said the fish sandwich was very flavorful, but a little heavy on the sauce. The fried chicken leg? Cooked perfectly. And my dad's caregiver absolutely demolished the chicken sandwich--no words, just chewing. That tells you everything !! Now let's talk about these Brussels sprouts... BABY. Perfectly cooked, full of flavor, with just the right amount of vinaigrette. The pickled onions? Chef's kiss The host was super informative and gave great recommendations. Plus, they serve beer and wine--so yeah, they know what they're doing. If you're in the area, pull up and show them some love. P.S. Parking in the back and on the street because we love convenience.

House salad. It's literally all dressing. Why not put it on the side? This was gross

I don't know what happened to this place...the chicken doesn't taste the same I'm not sure if it is because it was old but it had the rubbery chicken taste. It wasn't very crispy and their banana cream pie crust also had a weird after taste -- it's almost as if the chicken was previously baked in the pan I don't really know how to describe it. My food was also cold and I picked it up within 10 minutes of ordering. Their sides are good but I do feel like the quality has gone down when it comes to their chicken.

Came here and reviewed this place before already a while back but I came to this place again recently to try their salad and sandwich again! I didn't do this in the past but the honeybird tastes good with honey, and the bbq chicken salad was pretty filling and the fried chicken add-on was worth it! Service was friendly and helpful! Plenty of seating! Great place for fried chicken, but note it's in the pricier range! Parking is in the back!

Top tier chicken/fish sandwich. Very high quality food. The fried chicken and fish have the perfect crunch. Mouthwatering sauce and toppings. The waffle fried had a good crunch, the house salad was simple yet very tasty. The chocolate pie would have been legendary if It was warmed up for 30 seconds. That would have made it super soft and warm especially with the chocolate drizzle. The staff were super friendly and the establishment was clean with a modern & comfy feel!

I came here pretty early to grab something to eat unfortunately it was before 11 o'clock so I had to get breakfast, but I really wanted to try their chicken. Luckily, the cashier who I think is the owner at that time told me that I could put the fried chicken in the breakfast burrito and that his most ordered item was this. I ended up getting that, with a banana cold brew. The banana, the cold brew was excellent, but I may be biased because I love banana anything. The breakfast burrito was really good and probably one of the better ones that I've had. I really liked the fried chicken in there. What I really want to showcase is that the service here was really good. I noticed that he treated everybody there with kindness and patience, including me, and really took the time to explain what he had. He even said that he could possibly do the lunch option if I only got chicken, but I ended up getting the burrito anyway. When I went to get my order, he explained each sauce and even gave me some red sauce that he said it goes really well with the chicken, and that it goes well with honey. He was so right, but I liked every sauce that he gave. I like the red sauce and the other spicy green sauce more the other one that's more like a chunky green sauce wasn't my favorite. The location is bright, clean and inviting. I also ended up getting their salted honey pie, which reminds me of a better version of crack pie from Milk bar bakery. I think that's saying a lot because the crack pie is amazing. I think they changed the name from crack pie to something else, but I don't remember the name of it. I can't wait to come back here again and try their fish sandwich and their chicken sandwich as well. I'll just make sure to come back after 11 AM.

Nice spacious clean place with bridge modern decor. Friendly staff and quick, easy order & turnaround. Came by around 2:30pm with front street parking . The foods are good, nothing special the bun cold and the fried chicken is room temperature. Got the spicy fried one but not spicy at all. The pecan pie is okey, was expecting the wow factor but just okey. Not too sweet (love that) but the rest is just okey. Overall, it was good.

Fried chicken, Mac and cheese, coleslaw, and collard greens.

I couldn't decide on one flavor so she was kind enough to put the sauce on the side for me which was great (thank you!). I love that they gave a combination of white and dark meat, I was worried it would all be wings and it was well portioned. I enjoyed having a little salad with the fried chicken pieces and rice. The sauce was light and gently sweet, a very complimentary dip to the light crispy crunch of the breaded wings. Service was very welcoming and friendly with a very clean interior and the smell of freshly cooked food. I really enjoyed the food here and I'm definitely coming back for dinner with the family.

Korean fried chicken cravings definitely happen and its good to have one in the foothills. We just happened to be in the same plaza shopping at the market nearby when we first noticed it. We've gotten the original fried chicken wings, original fried chicken drumsticks, sweet and spicy wings and the spicy garlic wings. I've found that the original and sweet & spicy are the 2 flavors I like best for wings. The drumsticks are a little too filling and I'm really in it for the wings. The flavor of the original fried is good and the crunch is even better. 10 pieces of these wings is $15.49 while 10 pieces of the sweet & spicy wings or the spicy garlic is $15.99. The spicy garlic was a little too strong for me. I needed to eat that with a good amount of rice. The sweet & spicy is good on its own. The flavor was not too overpowering. The double fried nature of these wings make for an extra crunch which we all look for... That's always good. We also typically get the pickled radish as a side but at times that is even too strong. Located on Foothill Blvd in the same plaza as Seoul Market and directly next to Sakana Sushi. Parking is in the shared lot or along Foothill. Service the times we ordered in-person was friendly. It seemed like a family run business. Signage out front doesnt really let you know that it's a Korean fried chicken spot. When we first parked in front of Chicken Day while headed to Seoul Market, I did a double take in wondering what type of chicken shop it was.

If you love fried chicken, you cannot go wrong eating here. The service i have mixed opinions. Most all of the employees are friendly. Maybe too friendly. Part of the reason for their long line would be the talkative cashiers. There is a way to chat up the customer while still keeping things moving along, but I've not seen it once while there; the chicken is that good that I put up with my least favorite thing at a restaurant--unnecessary conversation that adds to the wait time. The ambiance is also not my favorite. It's too loud in there. The music could be a touch lower--I'm there to eat, not be at the club--and the top notch cooks in the back yell a lot. I will say that the yelling appears to keep them upbeat, positive, and motivated; I see the value in it, yet it's the reason I get delicious chicken to go. They have a clean bathroom, a parking lot in back, and some of the best chicken in the Greater Los Angeles area. My mouth waters when I even begin to think about going there. Also, I believe the times to avoid the long waits would be weekdays until about 3 PM ish.

And as long as you're in line by 7pm, they will take your order. The place has fried chicken, fries and fried pickles if you know to ask. And like a more well-known joint, they have a secret menu. The chicken is fantastic. Heat levels go from Country (almost zero spice) to their 6th level of hell they call 'Howlin' level. If you're psychotic enough you can have the 7th level of hell 'Howlin+' and '++". I' will warn you that 'Howlin' level is damn hot. You need to be 18 or older to order and you sign an aknowledgement saying you know. It has a bite. If you like spicy and love to keep your tastebuds, I recommend Medium or Medium +. I also prefer their tenders over the chicken with bone. But to each their own. During the summer heat, they provide sun blocking umbrellas for those waiting in line. Peak hours, you will need to wait for seating and someone there will assist you. They also offer free still water and soda water. Place is clean and inviting. The staff is damn awesome. All are friendly and they tend to remember your usual order if you go often enough. I usually go once or twice a week. Prices are typical. Better than that 'other' spicy chicken joint. And they are only open from Wednesday to Sunday, 11am - 7pm. During the three weekdays, the first hour and the hours between 4 to 5 usually have fewer people in line. All and all great spicy chicken, price is decent, and worth the 30-minute wait.

Thanks Eddie for your service and help. During my order, I found out that their pizzas have a base cost which was about $19+. Depending on what flavors you want, they will charge $6.00 for each flavor you build your own. I wanted half Hawaiian and half Vegetarian. Custom Medium would have cost me $31+ rather than $23+ for Medium Hawaiian Style only. I ended up with the latter and also got a regular Vodka Sauce Pasta. Total bill came to $38 including tax + tip. I enjoyed the pizza very much. Crust was thin. Sauce was tasty. Plenty of ingredients on pizza. Square cuts versus slice cuts. As for the Vodka Sauce Pasta, it didn't taste the same as before. This time it tasted bland as if it had plain marinara sauce only. Slightly disppointed about that, hence, 4 stars!
