Wings are always good but my good am I glued to the toilet the next day. CURSE YOU MANGO HABANERO!

I called wingstop @ 9 pm before I left work got held up at work so attempted to call back and their lines were busy. So my next break I called back and asked for them to reheat my order because I was held up, the guy on the phone () proceeded to tell me they would and said 18 min and said goodbye. I get to the restaurant 30 min later and the same wings from 9 pm we're sitting there when I arrived at 11 PM. The manager or guy in charge on staff (manny) proceeded to argue with me that they could not remake them and that the restaurant is losing out on 12 wings. I then had to sit for another 18 min in the restaurant to wait for fresh wings. I am a repeat customer here, get the same order Everytime I'm in the system. And this guy really argued with me over 12 wings that I'm paying for. Horrible. read more

This store has the slowest work efficiency. Every time you order, you don't have to wait. The service is not good. The most important thing is that if you order and deliver on site, they don't give it to the site first, but to other platforms. even if you come first read more

Ordered 10 pieces on their a la carte special and order of fries, about $10 (overpriced at that). Loaded with salt.....I mean so salty I just could eat about four of the boneless pieces. Ate a small handful of fries. All while muttering to myself, 'Why, I did I eat this stuff'?. Junk food. My bad. You can taste the artificial flavorings in the chicken. Thrown out money! Caters to very young crowd. Only place that was open nearby. Avoid if you can at all costs unless starving. read more

A neat place to have dinner. Once your inside you completely forget your in Tucson. The food and service is very good.

Good wings love Louisiana Rub. The wings are always cooked and sauces just right. Service was good and the place is always nice

I always go to the Eastside Wingstop when I am craving wings but today I was on the opposite side of town so I popped in. I was greeted with, "We'll help you in a minute". No friendly greeting here. It took about 4 minutes for anyone to get my order, but to be fair it looked fairly busy so not too upset. I order the large bone in combo meal all garlic parmesan flavor to go. It took about 20 minutes for me to get my order with 3 customers who came in behind me being served first, that is not including the people who came in with online orders. I get my food home and notice only one side of all my wings have the garlic parmesan flavoring while the other side was completely dry. It looks like they didnt toss the wings in their sauce just dumped it on top. And the kicker, I find huge feathers that were cooked with the wings which is disgusting if you know how dirty chickens are. And they were very skimpy on the fries compared to the other location. Staying away from this location from now on. read more

I always order from this location for a couple of reasons. 1. They have great customer services and 2. They often have free delivery via DoorDash on their website. Their website is easier to navigate than the actual DoorDash app which I find so weird. Highly recommend if you are looking for a reliable Wing Stop that won't mess up your order constantly. read more

Tried ordering wings took me 2 hrs of waiting time to get my food. Manager was awful and being rude and a smart ass. Was a female manager Night Shift, she should be fired in my opinion horrible at her job. She also blamed me for not going an hr and a half after being told to wait the whole hr and a half??? She made 0 sense and it's not the first time this happens in this establishment. Safe to say I never got my food so I canceled my order and she just hung up on me. Had to call for the 7th time just to make sure I get my refund. Worst customer service I've ever had. Never coming back to any Wingstop and definitely gnna point others away from this joint especially if I don't get my refund back!! read more

Young unprofessional staff with no leadership. This store clearly needs management, there were enough employees on staff, but they were all crowded around the kitchen standing around and joking with each other while customers waited. I placed my order over the phone and was told 30 minutes, I showed up to pick the order up and ended up waiting another 25 minutes at a table. I'm not sure if a manager was even on duty, but if they were they clearly weren't acting like it. read more

Its been a while since I updated a review for this location, but I have to day bravo to the new leadership. I use to live right next to it and I wouldn't even go to it. Now I live farther away and its on my way home, and its a regular stop for the family. The wings are always fresh, and the orders are on point 98% of the time. My only complaint is that they do seem to take forever. I guess with them being made to order its not a big deal. So my advice is just to call ahead like I do. Once I do that I rarely am disappointed!!! read more

Wingstop is pretty awesome, but I'm a bit biased because it's my usual go-to place among only a small number of others when I'm looking for food on Campbell avenue. First up, the location is pretty small. There's one large circular table, and another 4 person in the front. Along the side are a number of other 4-person tables. Contrast that to the other restaurants in the same block and it's about average sized. The decor is aeronautical, wings - planes, yeah that's a pretty easy pun to see. Wings at Wingstop run a decent gamut of spicyness. Atomic is hot enough to make me stop after 2 or 3 (which is saying a lot) and leaves me with lingering mouth pain, burns on my fingers wherever the sauce comes in contact, and makes the sinuses go at it. Cajun (one below Atomic) is almost as spicy, and pushes me to the limit at 6 or 7. I'm super happy that the two hottest levels are hot enough to make me cry. Running down the scale are just tasty flavors like Teriyaki, Garlic Parmesan, BBQ, and the usual fare like original hot (which every wings place seems to have - it's like orange and pungent). The scale is good, and the flavors are consistent. I think boneless wings are an affront, but I'd be lying if I didn't admit to having them at least once or twice. They're good sized (seriously) and consistent as well. Not too much sauce, not too little, not too much battering. I'd say they're just about right. If you're serious about actually eating wings though you should go with bone-in. I've never had a problem or been disappointed with the bone-in wings, they're perfect and made fresh each order. Sometimes it takes a while to come out, but that's the price you pay. Compared to buffalo wild wings, wingstop is awesome. You can also order online and pick up. My only complaint is that sometimes trays are sopping wet here after being cleaned, and that's a bit unnerving. Also, dirty trays + refuse is just left on the tables for employees to pick up. That's just a bit odd. read more

My secret craving The wings are fat, plump, and juicy. Like their competitors, they have several different flavors ranging from not spicy to atomic. I love mixing their original hot and BBQ. Not the best wings in the world but it fulfills my cravings. What I do come here for, are the fries; sweet and salty, perfect to dip in ranch. But I think this location is pretty inconsistent with their cooking. Somedays their fries will be perfect, other times a little to overcooked or soggy. I love that Wingstop has combos and family packs. Makes it so easy to order everything without having to add sides for ridiculous amounts. Like others have said, this location is slow and always filled with college students. I recommend calling ahead or ordering online, but don't get there too late or your food will be sitting in a bag forever and your fries will get cold and soggy! It takes them about 20-25 minutes for them to finish a 12 piece order with fries :) read more

The service was very slow and the food was decent. Plenty of other places in Tucson to eat at...

They are vary slow and they are rude. The food isn't even that good. The ambiance was fine but not the greatest. And one of the female workers there are very rude. read more

Loveeeee wingstop. This spot is just as good. Wings are always crispy to perfection. Fast. Not always the friendliest but I get it, it's hard working around wings all Day. I'll be back read more

A quick stop before the U of A basketball game! 20 wings. 3 flavors! Was not quick. Wait that is ok! They were fully cooked. Nice and crispy. Good flavor. Like the Louisiana rub. So did my friend. Did not leave me much. Also had the Lemmon pepper. Very good. Traditional buffalo wings. Could leave those behind forever. Not a fan of those here. French fries were very good. Ah. Too bad. Amble parking. Small place with a few TVs. Not the most atmospheric place. But clean. read more

You can't go wrong with Wingstop ever! They are so profess and fast with getting you an order! I LOVE WINGSTOP!

Absolute garbage customer service. Came in person when they were not busy to talk about a large catering order. Waited for 15 minutes to talk to the manager. This is after another manager never called me back. Hey GM - your subpar managers are costing you money. read more

I've never really had good customer service at the Campbell location - usually the cashiers are abrupt, barely muster up a greeting to anyone and on one occasion I've had a worker be flat out rude. But they get 4 stars because their ridiculous coke machine has raspberry Seagrams ginger ale. French fry seasoning is also god damn delicious, borderline "I need rehab" addictive. read more

Rude staff is one thing. The wait time is atrocious, absolutely ridiculous. Don't believe their app. Add on AT LEAST 20 minutes. They offer no kind of apology and will just say it's the usual. App says 19-21 minutes. I got there at the 25 minutes mark and still waited 30. Fries were soggy and greasy. Wings cool. Idk what happened but the ranch was horrible. read more

This is my fav wingstop location. All of the people are super cool and always make me feel welcome. But there's one person who has always been there and is so sweet to everyone. Her name is Brandi and she has awesome customer service, it just makes me want to go back sooner. Not that I need a reason to go back for wings. I just wanted to give her a shoutout since she's there every time I go & she's always so friendly! read more

Food is always great! The wait is the worst I recommend order ahead of time and low key it still wouldn't be done before/by 30 mins

I ordered food through Wingstop's website for delivery. Wingstop makes the food, but DoorDash delivers it. DoorDash's delivery was fine. Wings ordered, all extra crispy - 13 parmesan wings - great - 13 hot wings - not extra crispy - 4 atomic wings - not extra crispy 2 Vegie orders (carrots + celery) orders - 1 received I called the restaurant and the manager "Jordan" assured me that he could "uh take your number or something and next time you come in get veggies and a dip." I ordered delivery for a reason. Service AT the restaurant takes forever because they have one point of sale system, one order-taker, and a line at any given time. However, the point of a delivery order is that the restaurant fulfills the order. It's not about getting charged for veggies I didn't get. That's like "Sorry we didn't fill your gas tank up, man, here's five bucks back." I WANTED THE FOOD I ORDERED. It's not like "Sorry we couldn't be bothered to make it extra crispy heh heh" THAT was an ordering option and I selected it. Wingstop needs to take a big picture look at what training they can use to get employees who give a hoot about fulfilling customer orders, and don't sound like 16 year old stoners on the phone failing to handle failures they (or their staff) did. Have eaten here before: yes, many times. Have to go in person and cajole the servers 3 times to get an order right. Will never recommend delivery here again. Worst WingStop ever. E read more

Nice employees and chicken is always good, great lemon pepper fries. Pretty big boneless pieces too.

Hmm.... didn't come up with any puns ahead of time... so let me just WING it. 0:) This was my first experience with any Wingstop, as I am usually more of BWW girl and I also am one of THOSE weirdos who only eats boneless. I was pleased with their late hours and extensive flavor choices. And as a matter of fact, yes, it did taste like chicken. We placed the order ahead of time (a very large order) and they got everything perfect, gave a REDONKULOUS amount of fries and were ready on pick up. I was pleasantly surprised with the service and flavor of all wings. All of our peeps (that one was unintentional, the puns just ooze out of me!) loooved the fries, but I found them A-OK. No fowl play here. I definitely wouldn't consider it my favorite wings restaurant, as I prefer my breaded wings a little crispier and these were a little soggier/slimier - but I would go back and thinking of it now makes my mouth water... but sadly this poor chick is on a diet. Until next time! P.S.A. of the day: The mango habanero was ridic hot - BE CAREFUL! read more

So I ordered Wingstop three times on doordash and the last time I went in with my daughter to the Wingstop on Campbell every time I ordered my wings on doordash and ask them to be fried extra crispy and extra lemon pepper to no avail the wings were so big and huge I could have just bought some at the grocery store on Friday if that was the case I understand everything is going on with the food supply chain since the pandemic so I guess they don't either buy or deliver the drumlets or the winglets anymore there was no extra lemon pepper on none of the orders it look like they even put lemon pepper on them at all and if I say extra lemon pepper then that's what I'm paying for the wings were cold they weren't fried hard enough so I have to put them in the oven the fourth time I went into get my order me and my daughter my order took almost 40 minutes my daughter had her order and I was still waiting the neighbor who gave me a ride up there kept walking in to see what was taking so long I was so embarrassed I walked into the counter and spring to the cashier that I've been having problems with the food at Wingstop and I told her about my orders on doordash and my food was taking so long so she went back there to talk to the manager who was standing by the dudes who were frying the chicken she was just standing there obviously doing nothing she explained to her about what I was saying about my food and my orders she did not even walk up to the counter to acknowledge me or to even ask me about what was going on and what she could do to rectify the situation after the front counter lady told her she just stood there so unprofessional she definitely needs to be fired these are African american ladies not that that makes any difference but I would like for it to be known who I'm talking about next I will be calling corporate I want that manager fired she's not professional she don't have no people skills how in the world did she get the position of being the manager I'm so confused but I will definitely keep looking into this read more

Don't waste your time. Taste like boiled wings splashed with a bad sauce of your choice. Good wings are brinned or marinated..... how does this place stay in business? Must be the college students.... read more

Wife and order 30 wings, some veggies and a big ranch. When we got home there were no veggies, no ranch, and one if the wings was the wrong flavor. Too tired to deal with it that night, I went back the next day to have it fixed. The manager, Lori went above and beyond by redoing our ENTIRE order personally! read more

The wings are freshly made if you don't mind waiting. This is not a grab and go, so call ahead or use their online app is you want to pickup. The location is odd in that you have one chance to pull in to the small store front shopping center. If you miss the turn you have to walk around or do a U-Turn on Campbell--which is not advised any time of day. But the wings are worth it. read more

Saw the TikTok. Manny took responsibility & apologized. Waiting 30 mins is not a big deal. #JusticeForManny

This place is awesome. The location is small, but they make good use of the space that they have. The wings and sauces are great! I normally get a split order of hot and parmesan garlic. They meat is consistently juicy and fresh, unlike other places like Buffalo Wild Wings. The spicing they use on the fries is unique and also very good. EDIT: From 4 to 5 star. This place is great. Consistent quality, excellent customer service. Couldn't ask for more. read more

This place ALWAYS fails to get our fries to us!! We have ordered multiple times and EVERYTIME (at least 3) we have ordered the 30 pc meal for 5 people and they ALWAYS forget our French fries. I just can't understand why, as it's advertised on the website and menu that they can't ever get the fries to us! Won't be ordering from this location again. read more

We were driving up Campbell ave when we saw this location of Wingstop and decided to stop for lunch. We ordered an order of regular bone-in wings, an order of boneless wings, and of course an order of those fantastic fries. The bone-in had the teriyaki sauce on them and I like my boneless dry and dip them in the side sauces. I chose the mild sauce and ranch for my dipping sauces - love the "boneless" tenders and the mild sauce is very tasty. The fries with a combination of salt and sugar are fantastic! Still some of the best wings/tenders and sauces in Tucson! Staff was very friendly! read more

My new spot for wings! They have a good variety of flavors that aren't super spicy. Monday's and Tuesday's they have a deal for sixty cent boneless wings (10 for $6 and 15 for $9). You can order online and then go pick it up. read more

I don't eat wings, but I eat potatoes. And I love potatoes. And the fries at this place are so glorious I could write a song about them. They're seasoned to perfection with just a hint of sweetness. Paired with the ranch... it's enough to make me weep with joy. I am a vegetarian and would go to Wingstop just for these freaking fries. As a side note my husband who is not a vegetarian loves the wings here. Unfortunately his typical order just for himself costs him as much as an entree at Fleming's but I digress. As long as whatever he orders comes with fries I can steal I don't GAF. read more

I dont appreciate when people are nonchalant about making mistakes on food that people order. I completely understand that it happens being I worked in the restaurant business for 14 yrs. What I wont tolerate thought is when you act like I inconvenienced you because you messed up my food. It's very frustrating when you get home un load the food you just purchased and stuff is missing. So now I have to get back in my car and drive back to get it so my kids can eat... I spend way to much money here for this nonsense.... read more

I'll make this short. I wasn't acknowledged when I entered the building for about two minutes. I made two orders with two separate cards. It took twenty minutes for them to get it to me, serving two other people who came in after me first (The orders were two 8 piece combos, nothing huge). When I went up to see what was going in, she quickly grabbed a bag and handed it to me, I'm pretty sure they forgot it was ready. When I was home, I opened the bag to find one of the sauces was missing, as well as a order of fries. The food is alright, but service needs some help. read more

Well done bone in traditional Wings with extra sauce I believe is the way to go on ordering good wings - love the seasoned fries and by far the best ranch of any restaurant!!!! In the Midwest I was a diehard BW3's fan. It was my favorite place to get a few beers with food, that food being delicious wing. However, in Tucson Buffalo Wild Wings are inconvieniently located and the wings never taste fresh. Thank goodness we found this place. Wing Stop has better sauces, and good service. It's a small place, but it's never been so busy I didn't get a table. I can see us eating here many-a-dinner break. If only it had a bar... read more
