I love Wing Stop and my go to order is boneless wings with Spicy Korean Q, Mango Habanero, and either Garlic Parmesan or Lemon Pepper. The Louisiana Rub is also good! Always order extra ranch and ask if you can get your wings extra saucy (if you prefer that). This spot is much smaller than the other Wing Stops I've been to. We arrived and ordered at 5:00 pm and we got our food at 5:30 pm. Not too bad of a wait time since they seemed to have a lot of mobile orders. This was my first time at any Wingstop location and I was thoroughly impressed. I ordered half Louisiana Rub/half Spicy Korean Q and loved them both. A tinge of two different avenues of heat but not overwhelming. Both were served piping hot and were appropriately sauced and seasoned. Fries were perfectly cooked and well flavored and the ranch was drinkable-level delicious. A bit more expensive than I would have hoped, but much more worth it than other than chain wing restaurants I've been to. A triad of insignificant ambiance, slow but accurate service, and excellent food makes this a great takeout candidate! read more

This is my closest wings top to me and it is just a disappointment, they is no need to order a head because they will still make u wait an extra 45 mins to get your food, even if preordered. This wing stop has done this on multiple occasions. The staff are rude, and are always laughing and giggling, have multiple people in the front working but no orders are going out. I don't understand how there can be so many incompetence ppl that work in the one small wing stop. I do not recommend on coming here unless you would like to be here for hours on end so enjoy! If yelp allowed us to do a zero star I sure would! I want to bring to your attention the experience I just had with the staff. I asked for the restroom code, and instead of helping me, several employees made comments about me, assuming I was rushing them on their order. They ignored me and were very rude. When one employee came to the register, she put her finger up in my face to dismiss me while I was simply asking for the code. That behavior is rude and unprofessional. I even had to interrupt another customer just to be heard. That's not acceptable customer service. I would never recommend this location to anyone if this is how customers are treated. read more

If I could give ZERO stars, I would, but unfortunately, one is the minimum. This was hands down the worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant -- and it's entirely because of one employee. From the moment I walked into Wingstop, I was greeted (if you can even call it that) by a girl who looked like she just rolled out of bed, yawning, rubbing her eyes, and dragging herself around like she didn't even know where she was. She was completely monotone when taking my order, didn't smile once, and mumbled so badly that me and my friends could barely understand her. It didn't stop there. While we were eating, she stood there STARING at us -- and when we made eye contact, she shot us the most disgusting, disrespectful face I have ever seen from someone in a customer service job. It made us so uncomfortable that we literally stopped eating. Then, instead of doing her job, she disappeared into the back and hid because she clearly realized how weird and inappropriate she was being. I don't know how she was hired, but this employee needs serious retraining -- or honestly, to be fired altogether. It's one thing to be tired or having a bad day, but it's another thing to treat customers like they're a problem for simply existing. Will not be returning to this location. Absolutely unacceptable. I stopped in to order takeout and in the store was 80's music playing for the customers unfortunately, the cooks were also jamming rap music in the kitchen. When I made a comment regarding the loud, confusing music she just laughed and walked away; I let it go because I wasn't eating there anyway. The manager or guy in charge on staff (manny) proceeded to argue with me that they could not remake them and that the restaurant is losing out on 12 wings.
