I'm giving this take out on Crenshaw in Torrance, CA, one star even though i haven't set foot inside. We are living in a time of Plague. Some will understand the gravity of this, others never will. This restaurant was suggested to me so, tired of home cooking, I wanted a change. I downloaded the app to order and pay and headed down to the location on Crenshaw. I parked right in front of the shop. As I was about to order with my app, I could see through the shop window a man standing' waiting for an order. He was wearing no mask. In Los Angeles County, this is illegal and a shop owner not abiding by Covid health regulations is apparently subject to both fines and jail time. I called and asked if they permitted customers to enter without masks and was told 'no'. I asked why, then, I saw someone without a mask. She said he had been 'warned', but apparently not refused entry. I told her I would not be ordering there and went elsewhere. A nice clean well lit restaurant open late even during COVID pandemic . Last night I arrived to the wingstop around 11:35pm. The store is very clean and the shift leader was super friendly, attentive, and helpful. My advice to all the late night customers is make sure you order at least 30 min before closing and be sure to request all you condiments (i.e. ketchup,salt, and pepper) along with cutlery (forks/napkins) when you place your order. The new store is clean, spacious, and filled with 3 big screen tvs. You walk in and the staff greet you right away and is really friendly. They are helpful when you order and really clarify your order to make your dining experience great. Their service is pretty good. They have a coca cola machine that has many other soda choices. The seating area is pretty spacious. The facility is new and clean. They serve beer as well. The family packs are priced reasonably. Also, there is 60 cent boneless wings on Mondays and Tuesday's.
