This wing stop is the best location . My food always been hot and delicious. Staff is nice and cool.

Very slow , very rude workers there seems to be no management, they have no clue what there doing.

The service at this location made me want to leave and go else where. I had place an order over the phone. When I got to the store to pay for my order the manager had told me they had no phone orders so I placed a new one at the counter. There was lot of teenagers being rude and playing inside as if it was there kickback spot. Not one worker said anything to the kids. To top it off I waited over 30 for my meal to be ready. The workers there don't really pay attention to there customers that are in the building. As I was sitting down with my kids waiting on our meal there was another couple that was there for almost an hour waiting on their meal as well. The lady had complained 2 times when I was there waiting. But the fact that none of the workers nor the manager felt like it was an issue it out a bitter taste in my mouth. I've tried and tried and tried again. As a previous food service employee I always give a place a 3-time try, meaning I will try a place 3-times before passing my full judgement. I have given this location more than that. I have had delivery orders NOT delivered. When I tell the store they said I have to talk to Doordash, when I talk to Doordash they said it can only be handled by the store... I finally had to go to my bank and processes a charge back for one order. This place actually still owes me $75.00 for a different order, they kept saying they processed the refund and I got nothing back from them... finally tried going through my bank and Wingstop contested it... what? Tonight was the final straw that broke the camels back, we have had things missing from our orders or wrong items before and we've stayed quiet... I know people are overwhelmed and short staffed and I don't want to add to anyone's stress but my husband and I ordered food tonight some mango habanero wings and some Hawaiian. They gave us all mango habanero, I called to explain and was told if I brought the food back they would make us the right one... what?? Like I mentioned I worked in the service industry for many years. If any of the restaurants I worked at messed up an order like that we let the person keep the food for the inconvenience. I explained to the person on the phone that we have had horrible experiences with Wing Stop and they were very kind but again just apologized and said if we bring the food back they will remake it... what will happen to the wings we have? They would have to throw it away, at least let us keep it for the inconvenience of having to drive back and everything. I told them I wasn't too happy with the option and they put me on hold while "we thought about it" but we just hung up. It's nearly 11pm, we're hungry after a full day of work and medical school, we didn't feel like putting up a fight for our order to be correct. I am just done with Wing Stop. The only location I don't have any issues with is the one off Clinton Keith and the 15. I am just so disappointed because as far as wings go Wing Stop is my favorite and that's coming from an ex-buffalo wild wings employee! If you don't want your order continuously messed up, or to miss a few items, or even miss your whole order then try somewhere else. read more

Waited 45 minutes for our food. We noticed that a lot of people that were coming in after us kept getting our food before us. Went up and asked what was going on and they told us that online orders always get their food first. Very weird system they have going on. Never coming here again. read more

Ok.... They need to close, hire more professional people and work on their standards. We picked up an online order and when we got it back to work there was no ranch and no veggies and everything was cold and soggy. So I called to let them know there may be a quality control problem. The manager coached the employee that I can come and pick up my ranch, veggie sticks but I will not be refunded and will not be getting anything for free. All while I was on the phone to hear. I asked to speak to the manager and he was so rude and condescending and I NEVER mentioned getting anything for free. As someone in customer service I would want to know when my employees were giving my business a bad reputation. Apparently the employees here are following the poor leadership of their manager. Difficult to get into and out due to traffic. I was there for first time at any Wingstop 12:45 pm no one in the place.The owners are not very bright. I ran in the Mission Inn run that weekend and received coupons for free combo and did not read they were only for Riverside city locations. Also thought it was only a sandwich but a full combo. The manager notified me which is ok my mistake and the blame is for the Riverside Wingstop personnel for not letting us know when they gave out the coupons. But here is the stupid part. Riverside paid for the onsite promotion and printing of coupons.I walk into an empty Wingstop in Temecula first time and if I owned the store or manager I would honor the coupons. Why? Free customer. How many brain cells does it take to figure out Riverside did the promotion and Temecula got the customer for free. What a loss. 4,000 runners received the coupons from all over Riverside county. Passed this place under construction so about 2 years never went in because of location. No one in the store and management and owner does not want new customers due to free marketing by other Wingstops. LIke Pepsi giving out coupons free soda and Coke Cola turning down the free marketing. This is Temecula and there are communter vans going to Riverside and San Diego. What business owners dont know is once word gets out it is the end of the business. That is why so many businesses fail in this town. Also not giving coupons or accepting them means I head to in-n-out and there are two lines of cars out to the street. Wingstop had no customers at lunch time.
