There's absolutely no point in ordering ahead on the app. They don't start working on your order until you arrive at the end of the expected time window. However, they'll still falsely mark your order "Complete" on their end within the expected window-- probably to appease corporate. Incompetence is one thing, but dishonesty is a whole new low. Manager said it was because they were busy, but that doesn't explain why five walk-ins received their food before me. Never come to this location. read more

I was very disgusted. I walked into the young man making my chicken wings with his bare hands rubbing the sauce on the chicken like massaging it in with his bare hands after I seen him touch his hat and bowl and other things.. I asked why he was not wearing gloves while touching the chicken and he said it's against their policy to wear gloves while touching the food , which is just crazy to me ! Especially since the other young man that was dealing with food was wearing gloves ! I asked for a refund, but they said the refund would take 3 to 5 days, which I don't trust because I read the reviews of people saying they never got their refund back, so I asked them to remake my order which I had to wait another 20 to 30 minutes although I seen baskets full of chicken just sitting there. So after waiting over an hour total for my food I finally got it took it home and realize there was no sauce on my mild buffalo wings. And the lemon pepper wings smelled like urine. This is absolutely disgusting.. I will never return to this Wingstop ever.. I ended up throwing the food away out of absolute disgust ! money wasted! I really don't the reviews here about slow service and bad service. I came in today and the staff was so sweet! Very energetic manager and the one who took my order was a mellow and adorable employee. They would make sure I was well taken cared of and tell me how many more minutes until my food would come out and give me periodic updates. Extremely Islamphobic. It was my first time there and the employee was talking very very rude to me as I didn't knew the menu properly and when asked for an extra ranch asked me to pay for it while handing everyone else for free. First time trying Wingstop in this location. My boyfriend ordered parmesan garlic, lemon pepper and mild wings. They were fresh out of the fryer but all of them lack flavors. As for the parmesan garlic wings, you could only taste parmesan because of the powder obviously but it wasn't flavorful enough and couldn't taste the garlic flavor either. The lemon pepper wings had a lot of flavors but were way too salty. The mild wings were not even slightly mild, it tasted like a plain wing flavor. Also, the cheese fries was nothing exciting. Literally cheese and fries. The cashier forgot to give him ranch & honey mustard sauces and vegetables, which was very upsetting. read more

I ordered online with an expected ETA of 16-21 minutes. It's now 45 minutes later and I still haven't received my food. This is ridiculous!

The workers tonight were working non-stop just to complete the endless online orders that were coming in. They ran out of buns during the rush, and offered to make the chicken burger without buns or to replace it with another item. We ordered online and was quoted 16-22 mins. It took over an hour, no bad part on the workers here. Wing stop as a company needs to update their systems or have a system in place that can provide accurate wait times. Wing stop as a company also needs to hire way more employees. There was 2-3 employees working non stop for 10 parties waiting for food at all times. Mind you all parties have been waiting for over an hour. It's sad to know these guy are working hard and will need to work an hour to hours over time just to complete the orders they receive online. We found out everyone near us with online orders was quoted 16-21 minutes and everyone had to wait over an hour. Not fair for the customers or the workers. Do better wing stop! Seriously this seems to be the same problem at EVERY wing stop location. read more

Wingstop got my order wrong by not providing half the amount of boneless wings and ranch sauce so I angrily returned wanting a refund but one of the kind workers carried himself with professionalism and told me I can keep the order they got wrong and they will make me a new fresh batch with no charge. I offered to give a tip as a thank you for making it right for me but he smiled and told me no thank you. We ordered 20 boneless wings, fries, and ranch. We ordered takeout online and our confirmation email said it would be ready in 21-28 minutes. We got there about 10 minutes from the 28 minute mark. We checked in and the man working there said it would be ready in about 10 minutes. As we waited, they called out someone's order number and a kid said out loud, "Finally!" so that was when I realized we'd be waiting there a long time.. It was a Saturday afternoon, but it was late afternoon so there was no lunch/dinner rush. We ended up waiting even longer than expected. When it hit the hour mark of waiting we were frustrated!! I went up to the same guy and said, "Hi, you said it would be ready in 10 minutes about 50 minutes ago." He went back to check and said it would be coming out shortly. About 3-5 minutes later, we got our food- it tasted fresh (fries weren't soggy, wings tasted good with a lot of sauce on them). They even added extra wings and a brownie. I appreciate the gesture, but it makes me wonder if every customer is bound to go through this waiting game whether it be during rush hour or not. It also made me wonder if it would be worth it or not.. definitely not worth it. The extra food didn't make up for it- we didn't even eat the extra wings nor brownie because we were full. I ordered 2 combos which came with 3 dips each. And then an additional large dip (which is 3 dip cups). I was given 5 dip cups. I paid an additional $4.19 to receive less dips than came with the combos. Wings are dry as hell without dip. read more

It looked like plain wings were placed in the to go box and the seasoning was just dumped on top. They were not tossed at all, the back of the wings had zero seasoning. The fries were supposed to be extra seasoned, they also had ZERO seasoning, were cold and stale. The location on the other side of Temecula is way better, stay away from this one. read more

Probably the worst wings I've ever had in my entire life. Terrible. They had no flavor and some of them were still bloody. Disgusting.
