We ordered wing stop online for takeout like we do atleast once a month We spend around 40 dollars each time for the 30 pack combo We are supposed to get 2 large sides with the combo and we always order seasoned fries and all carrots veggies When we got home - 5 min after picking up our order- we live very close by - I started to serve my kids and realized we had been given two large sides of all carrot sticks and no fries I called them right away to ask if we could come right back and switch the carrots for the fries The girl who answered the phone remember by name since she had just given me my order. She said that it looked like I made a mistake online and somehow selected 2 all carrot sides instead of one order of fries and one order of carrots I still don't really know if that's true - since I have never made the error in the past. The price is the same regardless of the choice of sides you select - she confirmed that for me. So I asked if we could swap the carrots for the fries we wanted. She went to ask her manager and he refused and said it was my error and I would have to pay for the fries if I wanted them I asked if I could speak to him myself - she said sure and put me on hold to get him Then she returned and said he refused to get on the phone with me! I completely understand that they are saying it was my error in the online order but as a adult who works in sales and customer service in this area I know that it was no inconvenience to them to swap the fries nor would it be any type of loss to there gross profit to do so. I also know that the manager on duty should never refuse to speak to a customer who is requesting there help. When she informed me that he would not come to the phone -I asked for his name and then he refused to let her give me his name. She pointed out that I could literally go there in person and ask for the manager to get his information. So I informed her that I would be writing this bad review and that we would no longer return to wing stop for our monthly $40 order. We will be going to Buffalo Wild Wings from now on. I asked her to pass that along to her manager. I know most of these wing stops are locally owned so whoever you are owner of the Seaside Wing Stop - your manager working at 530pm on 5/30/19 cost you a customer that has been literally visiting Wing Stop Salinas and Seaside location for nearly 15 years on a regular basis. We used to love Wingstop - at another location. Here, in the past year, only a single order we've placed (maybe 8 total) has been correct. And they're NEVER ready when ordered. We usually place a simple order - 20 original, all flats, well-done, single flavor, but we've been --shorted twice, --once had the wrong flavor entirely, --once had half our order ok, and the other half of the order the wrong flavor and not just not 'well-done,' they were soggy, and almost uncooked, --once half of the wings had gone bad and were inedible, --three times they've given us the wrong dressing (or not as much dressing as we paid for...) --and whether we end with well-done or soggy is a 50-50 guess each time. The staff tend to 'dump' everything into the bag indiscriminately, which has several times meant that the bag was already leaking/dripping when they handed it to us... (And the veggies are wandering around loose on the bottom.) The first time we didn't notice, and ended up with a grease stain on the car upholstery. Now we check first - but, as mentioned by other reviewers, the staff is neither friendly nor helpful--they didn't even want to give us a clean bag! Really sorry that this is our only 'local' option. And no, like other reviewers, I am NOT willing to drive all the way back (30 minutes+) in hopes of MAYBE getting a corrected order. IF you go - we all get those cravings once in a while - I would suggest: --calling and ordering ahead, --be VERY clear with your order on the phone- make sure they repeat it back to you correctly, --still leave extra time, b/c chances are good that your order won't be ready on time, --INSIST on checking your order BEFORE you pay for it and DEFINITELY before you leave. I've been to this particular one a few times, and every time each cashier worker was polite and had good recommendations. They clean up after you're finished eating which is courteous of them and not necessary. And my food was ready in a nice amount of time considering how the place was fairly busy. Very disappointed with the service I'm there with co workers we all order the same thing. My order was the first but for some reason they get their order first. They both of them ask for my order they are notified my order would be ready in 5 minutes. That was a total of 10 minutes. Customers come and go my order is still not ready after 20 minutes. The employees are rude and do not what they are doing when in for a pick up order for my patient and the said they needed to keep a copy of my license due to the card my patient when my patient was sitting in the car. I said not and then they said I was making false charges on a card. I will never go back to them. I will give my money else where. My wife placed an online order for pick up while we were driving as our son was asleep in the back seat. I went in to pickup our order while my wife stayed in the car with our son. Keeping in mind that our last names are the same, they wouldn't let me pickup the order because my name was not the same as my what's on my wife's card. Batting 500 so far, I rounded up from 2.5 stars. I tried two kinds of wings, Some sort of Cajun wing which was at the top of the heat chart, and Louisiana Dry Rub. I didn't care much at all for the Cajun flavor. They didn't taste particularly Cajuny to me. More like a regular Buffalo style wing, and they weren't as spicy as I expected. The Louisiana Dry Rub wings were good though. The fries were very salty, but not terrible. No complaints about the service. All of the employees seemed friendly, but it did seem a bit overstaffed. read more

well my big cousin picked me up and we decided to get something to eat - we were near seaside, and as an l.a. girl i am SURROUNDED by in n out and absolutely sick of them so i agreed to try wingstop (which she swore by) and boy am i glad i did! i ordered the honey bbq tenders with a side of ranch and they were delicious! there's many different flavors - lemon, cajun, buffalo, etc and you have the choice of either wings with bones or without, or tenders, and you can get a whole meal under $10! i only wish that they did offer smaller portions - i have a little tummy and could only finish 3 out of my 4 tenders :( definitely a great place if you want chicken, or have late night cravings! read more

We were looking at the menu online while ordering and the person we spoke with wouldnt let us order the option we could clearly see were available online. I don't mind waiting my turn, but had three employees not been eating and breaking I could have been served in a more prompt manner. Went on 2/13 and shared some wings and fries with my girlfriend. We got "mild" and "garlic parmesan". The wings were all good. My girlfiend did not like the garlic parmesan but I think she was expecting them to be like the one at Buffalo Wild Wings. These have more of a dry rub. No where to sit and general confusion regarding what is the line, what isn't the line. I ordered the bbq and garlic parmesan wings. The bbq were okay, but the garlic parmesan were fantastic! The fries were not good at all. Undercooked and limp, I barely ate any of them. Would I go back? Yes. I'd definitely give them another shot, particularly for some more garlic parmesan wings! Im a fan of Wing Stop but this location is horrible! I can't believe Im even giving them 2 stars. They got my order right and in a timely manner. I got a 10 piece combo of half mild n half parmesean classic wings. My husband got a 10 piece combo of half Louisiana rub n half lemon pepper classic wings. When I first opened the box of wings they smelled really weird, like crap to be honest lol. So I start eating them and THEY ALL TASTED THE SAME!! It was discusting, they had an old cheese flavor to them. I thought it was just my imagination but even my husband said they tasted old n gross. Ive never had that happen before. I was especially pissed cause im currently pregnant and ive been craving Wing Stop all week! So to be starving and recieve nasty old tasting wings was extremely disappointing.
