Ordered our meals through online ordering and what a nightmare! Their site is confusing and not user friendly in the slightest. After a 35 minute wait to pick up, we walked into the disorganized mob in front of the register. Waited 5 minutes for the cashier to get off the phone, while in the back a brunette employee unintentionally splashed a wave of hot oil onto her hands and stomach. Sadly, not a single crew member seemed to care. The employee rushed to the back with no one coming to her aid. Where's the manager? Where's the organization? read more

Wingstop is obviously known for their wings. They have a great sauce selection, and their fries are tasty. That is if I could get them. Every single time I come to Wingstop, they are out of french fries. I don't ever even start ordering when I get to the counter, I just ask if they have fries. Wingstop not having fries is the equivalent of McDonald's not having their ice cream machine in order. It's not the main part of the menu, but it's something that everyone looks forward to. Order more French fries Wingstop!!! read more

Legit waited 35 minutes for boneless deep fried wings. Not that hard to throw frozen wings into the fryer. Why it took so long? No clue. No one was in the establishment. I'd much rather drive to Buffalo Wild Wings and wait than wait at a fast food establishment when they don't have it together. Tables dirty. Floor sticky. Some one needs to pull it together. read more

Wings are great and everyone has always been friendly to us. We usually call in orders or place them online so we don't have to deal with long waits while we're in the store. Also, on the rare occasion that there's something wrong with our order, it's a easy call to let them know and they always more than make up for it on our next order. read more

So, I was craving for wings for awhile and came to wing stop and ordered to-go. I wasn't aware that I ordered the boneless instead of the regular wings. When we got home, I was surprise to see nuggets. I called them right away to settle it with the manager and she explained to me that I did order the boneless. I told her I wanted the one with bones. She said she can fix it for me. So I went to return the nuggets and she gave me the one with bones without charging me extra. They were so accommodating. Great customer service! Very professional to settle disputes! read more

Love the wings here. The variety of flavors is great. The cheese sauce is the best. We got here right at opening and service was good. No complaints here. read more

Truly disappointed with the food quality. It was like eating pure salt on both wings and fries . I took the fries up to the counter and asked politely if I can get some fries with no salt. They said yes but a minute later I got the fries back and they still had salt on them . I don't understand why they would do that and not even apologize. I will never go back .. it wasn't even worth the star I gave it read more

Food is almost always 5 stars for me and this time was no different. They take a long time, but I don't mind that, we order online and go in for pick and we even have them cook em well done. Usually takes about 5o minutes. Service is generally solid and it was fine today as well. The problem was the social distancing measures for me. There is no clear method here, just random lines all over the place with no numbers and no direction from employees. People were crossing over each other trying to figure out where to stand. I think an employee directing traffic would be a huge benefit. All else was good, just put a whistle in someone's mouth and or some numbers on the tape lines and I'll be back , otherwise I'll see you when this is over Wingstop.. read more

Wingstop's service has gone down hill in the past year. Used to love it, wings ready in 14 minutes. It seems like they can't keep up with orders, possibly due to the fact that they have new employees every month or so? I love their wings, but they're not worth a 40-50 minute wait. I get it, wingstop is always in high demand but this is to be expected. read more

The management here is terrible. I get that they are extremely busy on Super Bowl Sunday but when you order online days in advance you expect your order to be ready at the time specified. They obviously took on more than they could handle. An hour behind is ridiculous. I'm just really upset that I had to choose between an 85 wing order or missing the start of the game. Clearly I left with no wings read more

The extra star is for military discount. This is going to be my go to place when i'm craving wings because this is the only place that I know of. Their original hot sauce is too vinegary and it leaves your fingers red-ish colored as though you just ate a huge bag of Cheetos. Their fries weren't to die for, they actually tasted kind of sweet which is a turn off for me. I'd recommend going with the sauceless wings to make sure you get 'em crispy. read more

This is a great place to eat at. Cashier:Lucy was really polite and patient. She also welcomed me to Wingstop :)

So mortifying. Greasy bathroom floor. Kitchen grease. Dining room stunk. I held my breath and left. They have issues with cleaning not done properly. My shoes had to be changed before i got into my car. Not kidding. I have been here once before, for the same reason, just to use the bathroom. I honestly have no idea why anyone would ever eat here. I hope that the ownership ( or whatever management they) have read this because they have a serious problem that is super easy to fix. Most people probably could not get past that level of filth in order to get into an eating frame of mind read more

Order took over an hour and a half, staff kept saying 15 more minutes. If you know you're running this late tells us upfront. Don't mind the wait but hate the stringing along. read more

Wangs & thangs. Come and get it love it here! They lag a bit, but fuck it good wings.

Great food & customer service! And the pricing is way affordable. Food was fresh customer service was fast and friendly . Strongly recommend will be coming back soon read more

This place is horrible all around, but most of all the service. They just all just stand around and chit chat laughing at you while you eat your food as if they spit in it or something. When we got our fries it even tasted like they put sugar rather then salt on it. And the food wasnt even hot. I rather drive the 4 hours to the San Jose location then eat at this arm-pit. read more

Great wings. Good service. Free brownie. It was very busy when we went in but still got our order in a timely manner and everything was cooked as ordered. Will definitely be back. read more

Awesome customer service and great tasting wings!! The man working in the front help me with my order, super friendly and kind, he got my order correct too. I've had my fair share of wing stop experiences and this is by fair the best one yet!! Awesome food!! read more

Wingstop is the spot if your craving wings. My suggestion is to always make sure and order bone in, thats where the flavors at.

Took 40 minutes to get the wings and they were not good at all! Hawaiian wings tasted like vinegar! The place was dirty with about 5 empty and unclean tables! Service was bad too!! I will not be going back! read more

I love the wings here. Super affordable and super good. Great customer service as well!

Terrible. Just terrible. Over priced food and terrible customer service. They over charged me and the girl swore the money would be refunded. 14 days later, no refund. I called and got the run around a bunch of times. The owner apologized at first. I drove all the way back and the man who "helped" me did nothing- nothing at all. He kept talking over me and didn't even understand what I was telling him because he wouldn't listen. Then the owner said he would send me a gift card for my trouble BUT it didn't end there! The owner then suspected I was lying and of course I was never sent my lousy giftcard. YES because I really wanted to spend hours of my own time trying to solve this matter to scam you for a lousy giftcard. NOT. I received my refund weeks and weeks later. Just terrible service all around. This whole thing was an absolute nightmare and I have literally told everyone I know about this and will never support another wing stop again. Congrats on terrible customer service. Thanks for nothing. read more

It's nice that they are open late but, it's so small and it was freezing inside. Customer service wasn't the best, our cashier seemed very rude. I got the teriyaki flavor, beyond gross, I didn't even finish it. Fries are okay. I'll try again in the future and maybe my opinion will change but, as of now, not a favorite place. read more

I tried the Wingstop for the first time yesterday. The wings smelled and tasted like they were cooked in very old oil. Out of the 20 piece, only 2 were eaten...they were absolutely the worst thing I've tasted. My house smelled like old oil.....YUCK!!! The potato salad and coleslaw were good though, just felt like I basically threw about fifteen bucks out the window. read more

I've been to several Wingstop locations and this one consistently serves its wings underseasoned and tasting bland. I always to get the dry flavors (Louisina Rub, Lemon Pepper or Garlic Parmesan) and unless I specifically order extra seasoning on the wings, they don't taste like anything. Since this is the only Wingstop in the area, I suppose they can serve subpar food and pass it off as meeting the chain's flavor quality. read more

By far the worst wait of my life !!!! Over A hour Wait with a little kid felt like an eternity !!!! And to top it off they were preparing the phone orders before the others! Sad, sad, sad can't wait until Buffalo Wild Wings open up across the way . read more

Wingstop - Chicken Wings Near Me - Santa Maria, California

Horrible staff don't recommend this area the host didn't know what do and we waited for 15 minutes just to get ranch and buffalo and the buffalo wasn't even the sauce it was powdered read more

I wanted to stop here again on my way to Santa Barbara and wish I didn't! The girls working here have such a bad attitude, the guy working at the counter was kind, but when I went back to ask for my veggie sticks and ranch that were forgotten the blonde cashier jumped down my throat about how I need to pay .97 cents for ranch and walked away. I came back to the counter and she avoided me, probably because she saw that ranch was on the receipt and I had already paid for it despite her asking me to pay for it again. A girl with blue hair was kind enough to get the ranch for me. It wasn't even that busy that night so I think their attitudes are uncalled for. I only give an extra star because I do enjoy their wings. read more

It is so unfortunate how fast this place has gone downhill within the past 6+ months ! Wingstop was one of the better food places we had in Santa Maria. It is understandable to have a wait time for your food to cook, or during a rush hour, but when I walk in to pick up my food and I see four plus employees standing around , hanging out on their phone and joking around with each other, than that becomes unacceptable! I've been a regular customer since this business had opened up, and despite the numerous times they have messed up my order, overcharged me, and been rude I continuously decide to give it another chance and hope that I will leave satisfied, but unfortunately that is never the case! It is so appauling to go in and be told what I can and can't order when I've been ordering the same thing for over two years now! I hope the staff members see this, and as an owner , please step up and take initiation and have a little integrity in your business! Why is it that Wingstop in San Luis is so much more pleasant and enjoyable? Same owners, is it because the location? Do you feel the need to not upkeep the Sm location as well as you do San Luis? Whatever the reason being I highly doubt that this location will ever improve in their business read more

I have to say I've had a poor experience with the wing stop here in Santa Maria. I work at the Starbucks around the corner and typically like to Mobil order my food in advance for pick up. I order in a timely fashion so that my food is ready when I get on my lunch around 10/1030 pm. The website wasn't working so I had to call my order in. I was on hold for about five minutes, no biggie I understand being busy, but once I was ordering the girl was rushing me off the phone. I ordered boneless and got bone in, I ordered cheese fries and revived regular fries, I ordered ranch and did not revive any. There was only one person on register and six people in line. I stood at the pick up area for another five minutes and watched the cooking crew leaning on the counters laughing and chatting. Two boys made eye contact and looked away. I smiled and said I phoned in a pick up for Angelica. Then a nice lady named April said sorry and gave me my order and said have a good night. The only positive part of this experience was April. Not only was my order wrong, my food was cold, but the cooks and girl on register were rude. I understand that it could be a busy but there's no excuse for this poor service. read more

Wingstop - Chicken Wings Near Me - Santa Maria, California

I love wingstop. I was very very disappointed with this experience. I tried to call my order in 10 minutes before I got there. The woman working put me on hold for 8 minutes. I hung up and called again already upset. She asked to put me on hold again, when I asked how much longer it's already been 8 minutes.. She diddnt even apologize her response was "it's busy" and put me back on hold. When I walked in wingstop minutes later there was maybe two people there. Very disappointing and my fries were cold. Don't think I will be visiting this one again read more

The wait time is ridiculous and they need more staff. They got my order wrong. Im sorry but if you are too busy during a rush then you just need more staff and better management. read more

Had eaten here previously so I knew it was not fast food and there'd be a wait, so on a Saturday I ordered online with plenty of time prior to my pickup. The order process was smooth and pickup time was confirmed for 35 minutes from the time of order. I arrived at Wingstop about 7 minutes early, paid at the register for the order (they did not have rolls which I ordered, but I was not charged) and sat down to wait, thinking it would be only a few minutes. When I hadn't been called about 15 minutes later, and individuals orders were ready who had ordered after I paid, I knew there was something wrong. At this time, and not when I paid, I was told there was an issue with the printer at the time of order. My order did not get entered until I came in, and it would be another 10 minutes. No apology offered. Another gentleman was waiting as well and he said he called in his order 2 hours prior and it still was not ready! I waited another 10 minutes, checked, order still not ready. Was going to cancel and go elsewhere but my grandkids really wanted Wingstop, so I told them I'd wait no more than 10 minutes longer. After 10 minutes and still waiting, I went to the register to cancel the order and get a refund. It took a minute to get to the register and at that time my order was called. It took an hour and 15 minutes to get my food, such horrible service. And if they cared for their customers, they'd at least offer us a drink or throw in something extra to compensate, but we got not even an I'm sorry. There were 3 girls at the registers, and it looked like at least 7 or 8 guys in the back working, so I don't see what the delay was all about. Also, they were filling other orders before mine was ready so apparently they prioritize orders and smaller orders are first, which is awful customer service. In addition, the entire time I was there I did not see any employee clean the dirty tables, so I would not recommend eating there either. I would have rated this location 0 stars but I did eventually receive my food and the order was correct, so they got 1 star from me. read more

Lemon pepper and mild are the way to go. Some of the fastest service in town when it comes to ordering wings.

Had not been there in quite awhile due to bad food quality and wait time, but thought I would give it another try. The good news it the wait time, though it took awhile, was quicker then the last time. The bad news the order itself. I ordered bone in garlic Parmesan and got boneless. That I could have dealt with, but the chicken was overcooked and very dry. The taste was good, but for jerky. read more
