I'm a regular. Love bone wings. Today I wanted 8 wings atomic. They were not able to accommodate my order. Told the cashier "well lost my business for today". The Reply was a very unpleasant and sarcastic " Have a nice life then". I'm a simple person and because of such if I come in and see the same cashier, whether cooking or cashiering, I will not purchase anything. My friend ordered 35 wings for the 2 of us. Way too many!!! We had the original hot and the garlic parmesan wings with celery and rum baked beans. The beans were way too sweet and we hardly touched them. The celery was fresh, clean and crisp. I liked the original hot the best and they were good with ranch dressing. Overall the wings were pretty good but nothing spectacular. Definitely a lil pricey for wings. Dinner was $28 for wings?? Granted we did order a few too many but even if we didn't, these are expesive wings. read more

Worst services ever. Was I there for almost an hour until I got my order when I was told it would only take about 20 mins. They called other orders that came after my order first. Some where even bigger than my order. Staff was not helpful at all and did not even seem to care I was there so long. I will not be ever going back. So Wingstop, what are you going to do about these negative reviews? They were born out of ridiculous long wait times, poor service, and poorly trained employees. Your food is good when it is prepared properly. I had a catering business for many years and have some experience in these matters. Close for a day or 2 and COMPLETELY reorganize and retrain. I have been to your restaurant 5 times in the last 3 months (what was I thinking?) And the situation is not improving. The guy across the street could put you out of business if you do not act now! The worst service I have ever experienced. I ordered online (the only option right now) at 8:20pm. It said it would be ready by 9:26pm. We got there at 9:20. People started piling up and by the time we got our food, at 9:45, there were about 25 waiting. Maybe put a limit on how many online orders you will take for one night? Better than Buffalo Wild Wings because of the quality of the wings. Takes longer to get your food, but you can order online or by phone. If you're dining in, there's very little seating (about 14-16 seats). Any negative experience I've ever had here is easily overcome by the wings. read more

The cashier asked for our order and as we're talking interrupts us to say, "Let's start with your name." then asked us to start over.... Why not lead with that? After we paid we were quoted a 24 min wait time to get our food (wtf, that's ridiculous!) at the 30 min mark I go up to check on our food and they said, "It'll be 3 more mins, the wings are cooked but they still need to sauce them". I exclaimed "but it's been 30 mins, you're not making a 5 star gourmet meal". 3 waiting customers heard my complaint and said, "30 min wait for wings? Nah, I'm out" and they left. Finally, our name was called 9 mins later to get our food which was subpar at best. Total wait time 39 mins for 20 wings, fries/veggie sticks. #lastwingstoptogetmymoney.... Ordered a total of 70 wings for a work shift, went to pick them up on the way into work, turns out they hold orders over 50 wings to "verify", claimed they tried to call the number on the order and it was "disconnected" (it's not). The worst part about this story is the fact that someone that looked like a manager was in the background, did not say one word to me, did not come to apologize, did not try to make it right, nothing. Just the poor teenage cashier who didn't know what to say. After a 35 minute wait to pick up, we walked into the disorganized mob in front of the register. Every single time I come to Wingstop, they are out of french fries. I don't ever even start ordering when I get to the counter, I just ask if they have fries. Food is almost always 5 stars for me and this time was no different. They take a long time, but I don't mind that, we order online and go in for pick and we even have them cook em well done. Usually takes about 5o minutes. Service is generally solid and it was fine today as well. The problem was the social distancing measures for me. There is no clear method here, just random lines all over the place with no numbers and no direction from employees. People were crossing over each other trying to figure out where to stand. I think an employee directing traffic would be a huge benefit.
