We had a great experience here at Wingstop. Love their tasty wings. Their is no going wrong when choosing this place to go out to eat! Although their specialty is wings they have great voodoo fries! read more

Average Wingstop, considering this is the only one in town. You might wait a little (30 mins or so)- but this should be expected knowing that frying chicken takes at least 25 minutes! Customer service does need work but bearable if desperate for some wings & fries! read more

The manager wasn't being a very nice to the employees causing a delay in many Ppls order

Great service, love the online option! We have a couple set orders to easily put in. Also very nice when we pick up, even when it's been busy. read more

Just so inconsistent. They used to be so awesome. I don't know what happened but now almost every time I pick up an order, something is wrong with it. Also I called yesterday at 2pm and asked what time they closed and the girl that answered said they were closing at 8pm. So my family and I planned that for dinner and when I later went to place my order, they said that they had closed at 5!!! Just ridiculous read more

Love their wings, but they really need to work on their service and to go orders. And their fries suck... but everyone is usually really nice at the counter, just young. The chicken strip wings are delicious. read more

I always call in my order because when frying wings it may take a few.... I also recommend getting the family packs it just makes more sense than ordering individually the nice part is you can choose between bone in or bone out with a variety of options of flavors you definitely have a choice for anyone's taste buds it comes with fries and veggie sticks with your favorite sauce I always like to ask for extra veggie sticks I'm gonna car about on some fried wings I could cut back on the fries there is seating in there maybe like eight tables. It can get crowded really fast they are televisions to watch the game they also have special days of the week where it's $.50 a wing whether it's taken out or dining and I love stopping at Wingstop read more

Called in on my order and they said it would be 18 minutes so I waited a bit took the drive and arrived 15 minutes after the order was placed. I figured it would be just a few minutes since 15 had passed but no I waited 20 minutes for a total of 35 until my order was finally done. Food was fine but these guys need to figure out there timing better because a wasted half of my lunch break jut waiting read more

I'm a regular. Love bone wings. Today I wanted 8 wings atomic. They were not able to accommodate my order. Told the cashier "well lost my business for today". The Reply was a very unpleasant and sarcastic " Have a nice life then". I'm a simple person and because of such if I come in and see the same cashier, whether cooking or cashiering, I will not purchase anything. Buffalo Wild Wings will be opening and I look forward to switching my place. Customer service is poor and unprofessional. Good luck keeping up with the new competition. read more

Worst services ever. Was I there for almost an hour until I got my order when I was told it would only take about 20 mins. They called other orders that came after my order first. Some where even bigger than my order. Staff was not helpful at all and did not even seem to care I was there so long. I will not be ever going back. If I could I wouldnt even give them a star. read more

Anastacia was very friendly and helpful! The wings are delicious and have Great customer service! The wait isn't long! Totally recommend Mango Habanero wings! read more

The best wings ever! Great quality. Fresh! Always a great experience. This place is always a must. Friends and I go at least one a month. At least. Wish they had a bigger location to accommodate a large crowd. That's my only complaint. read more

Always clean, food is good, staff is friendly and makes sure your order is correct. I'd recommend wing stop to anyone looking for something quick and delicious. read more

So Wingstop, what are you going to do about these negative reviews? They were born out of ridiculous long wait times, poor service, and poorly trained employees. Your food is good when it is prepared properly. I had a catering business for many years and have some experience in these matters. Close for a day or 2 and COMPLETELY reorganize and retrain. I have been to your restaurant 5 times in the last 3 months (what was I thinking?) And the situation is not improving. The guy across the street could put you out of business if you do not act now! Be forewarned. read more

The food was super gross today. Chicken wasn't fully cooked in the middle. The fries tasted old. The oil in the store smells like it never gets changed. I won't be surprised if I get sick from what I just ate... $30 down the drain! It was a Togo order so make sure you check your order first. This will be my last time coming to this location. Can't wait for Buffalo Wild Wings to open! And who would give this place 5 stars just for a free brownie...... read more

Its crazy how bad this place is..... Customer service is a joke ... need to fire more then half of there staff. I try to give this place the benefit of the doubt. But it never changes will not post names but tonight is my last time i will go to this spot ill drive to San Luis to get good service read more

The staff was very friendly and the environment was really welcoming. We came from out of town and glad we chose here to eat!

I love me some chicken wangs. Haha, Ive enjoyed many wings here. Extra crispy with Buffalo sauce on the side. Mmm...

DO NOT accept the refund! You'll never get your money back. I ordered on Jan 2 and after waiting over two hours for my food we decided to go somewhere else after they said it would be another 45. And that's not including the hour and a half we waited after placing our order online and before going to the store. They said my money will be back in my account in 3-5 days. I've called numerous times and everytime I call it's the same thing, 3-5 days. Well here we are.. 23 day's later and still, no refund. read more

Daysi awesome cashier. Great customer service. Other male cashier needs to smile more

Terrible everything.. Totally disregarded our requests, long wait and mediocre service..

Victor was very kind and polite. Victor helped us choose our flavors. He never rushed us once or was rude. Overall, my experience at this locations was fantastic. I will definitely recommend everyone to come here! read more

Bomb food. Well done wings and fries are the best! Always fresh! Good service. I always call the order ahead or use the order from the app which is super easy! They always have it ready when I arrive! Thank you Jesus for Wingstop! The best fries in the world! read more

Great boneless wings!! Highly recommend the Cajun. Also can't go wrong with their fries!

The food is pretty good here, especially the fries, however the wait for the food is pretty ridiculous. I understand the "freshly made" concept, but waiting 30 minutes for 6 wings is a bit much. read more

The worst service I have ever experienced. I ordered online (the only option right now) at 8:20pm. It said it would be ready by 9:26pm. We got there at 9:20. People started piling up and by the time we got our food, at 9:45, there were about 25 waiting. Maybe put a limit on how many online orders you will take for one night? Customer service should be more important than the profit. Terribly disappointed. read more

I really love their chicken wings here. They are super crispy and they cook it perfectly. I wouldnt think twice about going to any other joint in town. Honestly, do come here. Some people may have bad things to say or have had bad experiences, but I think you definitely should try this place out for yourself. The best is their garlic parmesan bone in wings. I get it all the time. And their fries! So goood!!! read more

Every time we come in town, we have to stop by here! Best place in town for some yummy boneless wings and fries! deals for the family get beat that thank you SM wingstop for your great customer service read more

Better than Buffalo Wild Wings because of the quality of the wings. Takes longer to get your food, but you can order online or by phone. If you're dining in, there's very little seating (about 14-16 seats). Any negative experience I've ever had here is easily overcome by the wings. read more

The uneducated idiots they have working the counter need to be fired. They have a deer in the headlights look on their faces. They are horribly rude. Order took twice as long as it said online. Then the little bitch Vanessa at the front counter laughs at the custmers?? Real nice customer service. I'll never go back. Thank goodness buffalo wild wings is opening across the street soon. read more

Customer service wasn't the worst, but it definitely wasn't any where near great. The cashier asked for our order and as we're talking interrupts us to say, "Let's start with your name." then asked us to start over.... Why not lead with that? After we paid we were quoted a 24 min wait time to get our food (wtf, that's ridiculous!) at the 30 min mark I go up to check on our food and they said, "It'll be 3 more mins, the wings are cooked but they still need to sauce them". I exclaimed "but it's been 30 mins, you're not making a 5 star gourmet meal". 3 waiting customers heard my complaint and said, "30 min wait for wings? Nah, I'm out" and they left. Finally, our name was called 9 mins later to get our food which was subpar at best. Total wait time 39 mins for 20 wings, fries/veggie sticks. #lastwingstoptogetmymoney.... One final note, there's a handwritten message on a chalkboard that says, "Give us a 5 rating on Yelp and get a free brownie, MUST SEE RATING" this is totally against Yelp's rules. read more

Bomb wings and fries. Good price for chicken and beer. Food was hot, service was fast and polite. Will come again

Craving late night wings, best place and only place that you can grab some wings late. Decent flavors and wings, can't go wrong with the fries. Get them extra crispy, that's how I get them. Overall good environment and cool staff. read more

Wingstop has super tasty wings! I love all the different options for flavors. If you are a person who loves wings then Wingstop is the place to go. One thing that I would say is that because they make each order fresh and have so many orders to make daily, then I would call in an order instead of ordering at the counter and waiting. Several people will call in orders so theirs will be ahead of you if you order there instead of calling it in too. read more

This was my favorite place to grab wings up until about a month ago. When I was in the restaurant, waiting in line I literally witnessed a large african american female employee lick every single one of her fingers and then reach into a cabinet, pull out a bowl of raw wings and start to prepare the food. This is in plain site with customers in the store, in range of watching this. Let me repeat, she licked..... every single finger she had, then grabbed a bowl of food out of an cabinet, placed her hands right into the bowl and began seasoning wings. I literally threw up. read more

Don't waste you time cooking frozen wings and go to Wingstop. There's no other place that can beat it with there low prices and big menu. You'll see them prepare it front of you don't go some where else where the its all frozen. The friendly staff there's nothing that will go wrong. Being a frequent visitor I can tell you I've tried mostly every thing on the menu. They have so much to choose from like spicy, buffalo,BBQ and sour-n-sweet. Overall the wings are delicious and I would recommend every to go there. The wings are always made fresh, hand tossed and sauced no heated lamps just great wings. You can try the famous fresh cut seasoned fries. Made fresh daily blanched, cooled, fried and seasoned. As you choose from classic to boneless and whole family meals. Just imagine biting into a teriyaki wing an Asian flavor with a hint of sweetness. Maybe you like it original, the original hot wings is the original recipe that made Wingstop famous. Every time you take a bite of those wings its going to be the bet thing you tried. The very saucy wings are going to get you dirty but make sure you use your bib when eating Wingstop. The next time your are getting your grub on go to Wingstop for their great wings and low prices. If you are looking for some fresh wings and none of that frozen stuff Wingstop is for you. With the friendly staff and clean kitchens you will be treated like a king. When ordering your wings there's a wait but the fifth teen minutes is worth the wait. If you don't feeling like driving you can pull out your smart phone and order online. For a couple of extra bucks they can deliver right to your door. read more

We usually have a good experience here, but our dinner last night was ruined. We made the drive from Lompoc and got there around 11:15 pm, a good 45 minutes before they close. There was a group of 5 or 6 kids in front of us, so that understandably delayed our order being ready, which didn't bother us and we did not complain about. When our order was ready and I saw it was to go, I double checked to make sure it was ours as we had ordered to dine-in. An employee by the name of Kevin (who already had a track record of being rude to us) replied in a very condescending tone that since it was so close to closing, it was bagged as to-go and did I want him to set it all out on a tray for me. I said no, and walked back to my table. While I understand that at that point it was close to 11:45 pm, the delay was in no way our fault. He had absolutely no reason to act so disrespectfully and unprofessionally towards a customer. Also, the fact that the young girl who had taken our order came over to us and apologized for him leads me to believe that not only does he act like that with the customers, but the other employees as well. My impression was that he was some sort of manager who thought he was hot sh*t and wanted to make sure everyone else knew it. read more

Negative stars for customer service. Ordered a total of 70 wings for a work shift, went to pick them up on the way into work, turns out they hold orders over 50 wings to "verify", claimed they tried to call the number on the order and it was "disconnected" (it's not). The worst part about this story is the fact that someone that looked like a manager was in the background, did not say one word to me, did not come to apologize, did not try to make it right, nothing. Just the poor teenage cashier who didn't know what to say. I was trying to bring food to my crew (we're Military--a midnight shift at an ops center), I was in uniform en route to base, and I got no recognition at all from the manager that this order I had placed online was never processed. Very disappointed in the management of this location. read more

The food and the wings are bomb and everything but the customer service is really bad and the wait for the food is horrible it could be improve if some of the workers weren't on there phone standing next time the cash register I feel like the management needs to be a lot better and they need to start getting on their employees more read more

$7+ for 6 midget half wings and a boatload of weirdly seasoned limp, oily fries - seriously? I chose the supposedly "garlic" and gotta be imitation "parmesan cheese" wings - big mistake, huge! This place makes KFC seem like fine dining. I give credit where credit is due, but definitely not in this case! read more
