Been going to Jack's for years, but every time I go I think I should try this place. Finally did. It's interesting. Indoor seating available, but not really a dine-in if you want ambiance. Sports were playing, so it makes sense that this place could be more for watching the game while downing some delicious pizza and beverages. It shares a menu with the next door bar. Service was fine, two guys working (one of them may have been the owner) and struck up some conversation. No issues there. The all-meat personal pizza seemed to come with quality ingredients, probably making it worth the $16. It was very filling after 3 pieces. During the time there, on a rainy night, plenty of people (locals?) came in to pick up pizzas to take home. If you're going to run a business, RUN A BUSINESS! I eat at Jack's Deli once in a while, so I noticed Patricio's Pizza and thought I'd try it someday. Today I was craving pizza, looked at the Yelp reviews for Patricio's and decided to place an order. Their online ordering system is thoroughly automated. I decided on my order, gave my credit card information, and then noticed that if you do a debit (like an electronic check from your bank), they give you a $5 discount. What the heck... I entered my banking information, including my password, which I had reservations about and instantly regretted, and it said that it didn't go through. I had to completely start over and reenter my credit card info! I received an automated message with a countdown timer telling me that they were working on taking my order. From what I gather, when an order comes in over the system, the restaurant is notified (a beep?) and they have about 3 minutes to confirm the order and give you a pick up time. Didn't happen! At the end of the count down, I received a message that the order had failed, but my card had been charged! (But don't worry-- they would refund it promptly!) Seriously?! I repeated the entire procedure again-- entered my credit card information, watched the counter tick down 3 minutes, and... it failed again! Apparently no one picked up! I decided to call the restaurant directly and place my order over the phone, the old fashioned way. I let it ring ten times-- no answer. I thought maybe they were closed on Mondays, so I looked up their hours. Nope-- they're open! I briefly considered driving over there, and then I decided, "Oh, Hell no! I'm not going to beg this company to take my order!" If you read their reviews, you'll notice a common theme; the employees are rude and they don't care! It always mystifies me when someone opens a restaurant, presumably to make money, and allows it to go to Hell because the employees don't treat their customers with respect! It's now several hours later. My checking account was charged TWICE for pizzas that I never received, and as of now, the charges haven't been refunded! I'm sure they will be, at some point, but this is so totally unprofessional and unacceptable! I will NEVER order from them again-- I don't care how good the pizza is! What an absolute JOKE this was! Not ok. The one topping pizza "best seller" shows up at $13.00. When you choose the medium size (which is the difference between 8 inches and 12 inches), the price jumps to $31.00. I ordered over the phone and didn't think to check on what that increase would be. $31 for a one topping pepperoni pizza!! Came here to grab a pizza while having beer next door. We ordered the meatza pizza. He was a little pricey at time of order but man the pizza was outstanding. Very generous on topping. Crust was on the thicker side which is what we prefer. Definitely will be back to get more pizzas from them. Definitely recommend and check them out. read more

To add to the fact that a 12 inch pizza cost me 33 dollars, only 9.5 inches was edible as the crust fractures and scratches the roof of your mouth like broken glass. After reading most the reviews, I decided to give them a try since they're right around the corner from where we live. Placed the order through yelp app which is fulfilled by grub hub. It was about an hour pick up time which seemed really high but it is what it is. I arrived at the time it said to and it was empty, one family I think was there. I tell them I have a pick up and they can't find it, I say it was through grub hub and they say no one printed it or wrote it down. They offered to make it but it would be 20 mins. Luckily, they had one sitting on the oven for another family that wanted it to go so they gave me that one and off we go. Now to the actual food. Ordered a large (16 inch) pepperoni. Simple pie can't go wrong with it and should tell you a lot about the pizza. Good size and plenty of toppings. It is a thick pizza. Not necessarily the dough but everything layered on top makes it thick. The cheese is a lot and it is put on top of the toppings. There was a lot of pepperoni as well. My guess is this is why people like this place, bang for your buck. In my opinion though it's too much. The dough wasn't fully cooked, the pepperoni wasn't fully cooked and the cheese is just too thick, not to mention that once it's not piping hot, it hardens a little and eats very meaty. The Pizza is fine but nothing to rave about, in my opinion, especially for what you're paying. If I'm craving pizza there are a lot of places that are less expensive and taste as good or better. If you like a lot of cheese and toppings, this is the place for you. If you prefer a more traditional pie, definitely go elsewhere. The service seems to be hit or miss and had they not had that pizza ready for the other family, this would've been a worse review. read more

So, many moons ago, I was dating the Wife. (Many Moons would be 1992.) I stopped by her pad for movie night and had been working all day, was hungry and wanted some pizza-pie. I started to call a local (giant corporation) pizza joint when I knew I had found the Woman of my dreams. I was told to stop dialing the giant corporation and step up to local, honest pizza. Fast forward to 2019 and I still enjoy getting pizza from what was once Arnoldi's, then Patricio's and now "805 - Eats." No matter what it's called, the quality and attention to the end product has always been there. The pie is what you'd want and expect from a heavy topping, cross Sicilian/ USA mid-West heavy dough style pie. I may be off in their pizza motivation/inspiration, but it comes across as what I miss and love from Sicilian style and mid-West pizza. Don't get me wrong, they have thin crust and other pizza styles for all spectrums & tastes. But if you yearn for a pie with heavy toppings, hearty crust and lots of perfectly browned/singed cheese that releases that awesome flavor, this is the go-to. Since that day in 1992 I've never looked back. I only get pie, when in the Orcutt area, from here or two local/custom pie shops. Honestly, this is some of the best pizza in town...but am pretty particular in my pizza. I don't like thin crust or wood fired floppy pizza, I like a hearty meal of carbs in my pizza and patricios is just that...wonderful. So why only 4 stars? Well, they are so expensive. The last time I ordered I found an online menu (not posted from them mind you, but by an old user on face book). I'm only giving 4 stars because this place has SO much potential. The employees could be much friendlier and more helpful. The brewery next door is a perfect way to enjoy good beer too, but, there's a disconnect between bringing the beer into the pizzeria for a more quiet atmosphere away from the bar scene (even though the bathroom for the pizzeria is located in the brewery bar). Beer from next door cannot be taken into the pizzeria (alcohol license). The outside tables and chairs are great but need to be cleaned and tended to. We were told that cups and ice are not available for the canned beverages. Essentially, the pizzeria is more of a To Go establishment in disguise. It would be nice if it was easier to dine there. The pizza is amazing and we love the crust! The food is five stars but the above mentioned details bring the rating down to a four. read more

Are ordered a pizza through the app through the for the first time. When it was delivered by DoorDash it was the wrong pizza. I called down to the store and spoke to the manager. He immediately looked up my order and saw that it had been incorrect. He immediately made me the correct pizza and had a delivered hot to my door by himself personally within 1 hour. Hot and fresh. That is what you call. Excellent service. We go to this pizza store because it's the best place in town and it has been for the last 25 years. I called in a pizza order from work and the surly voice told me it would be a 50 minute wait. So 45 minutes later I walk in and Mr. Gangster tells me it will be a 50 minute wait. I said I ordered 45 minutes ago and this oaf acts like I can take it or leave it. The guy making the pizzas looked like He was getting ready to run from his parole officer. Why you would allow your business to operate in this manner is mind boggling. And please, don't bother replying " Gee, sorry we missed the mark on that one."
