We ordered to go for 6 people last week and no one was happy with their order. 2 people ordered the grilled chicken dippers and got fries with small bits of grilled chicken, nothing close to something you would "dip" and they were over $16 for three pieces!!! I got the grilled chicken sandwich which had way more chicken than the dippers for a little over $10, it was meh. Two family members remember loving BWW burgers but they definitely weren't like they remembered. We were soooo dissapointed, $100 for the 6 of us, and that was without drinks or anything extra. My partner and I went the other day and I will say our server Yesenia was attentive and good at her job. This was the first time I've ever had good service as all the other times I've been ignored for long periods of time. Our drinks were good and we got the chips and dip trio for an appetizer which was good. However I have to rate it 1 star as I got 6 honey bbq wings and only ended up eating 3 as something about the texture wasn't feeling right to me. My partner got the combo with bone in and boneless wings with buffalo and garlic Parmesan and ate most of it but shortly before we were going to leave he started feeling gross and ended up having to rush to the bathroom to throw up. On the evening of 09/04/2025, me and my wife decided to dine in at Buffalo Wild Wings as a reward for getting the keys to her new apartment and soon beginning school. While looking for places to enjoy a drink with food on Yelp, we stumbled across B Dubs. After looking at the reviews, we were pretty set in stone with not going there. This was based off the negative reviews on Yelp and many were directed toward the poor service from staff members; However, when we walked in, the Eagles Vs Cowboys game was on and so was the Dodgers game (we got swept by Pittsburgh...) and it was pretty live inside. We waited approximately 20 minutes before being seated and were greeted by our server, Natalia, who was very fast and polite. The food came out quick, and well, it's B Dubs, so the wings were good IMO, everything else was mid. The beer on tap was good and my wife enjoyed the mixed cocktails. Natalia, thank you for your hospitality and this was a reminder, never go solely off the reviews or be quick to make judgements. She barely checked on our table, got part of our order wrong, and didn't offer any apology when we pointed it out. It felt like we were bothering her just by being there. What made it worse was the attitude -- no smile, no courtesy, just a rushed and dismissive tone throughout the meal. We waited way too long for simple things like water refills or even getting the check. It's unfortunate because the rest of the staff seemed friendly, but Yesenia's service really brought the whole experience down. This location that we are aware of doesn't have reservations. Others walked in would see friends and staff accomated them to seat at empty tables and push them together. Could tell surprised to see each other. There were plenty of tables in the bar area where we requested to be seated and told no. Manager running around with Ipad and not once inquired why we were waiting. It was clear we only ones in the lobby. We ordered our food it came 10 minutes apart by the time the last of us got our food our kids were done eating. Our drinks were also taking for ever and I don't mean alcoholic beverages. I visited with a group of friends and ordered a double shot, but it seemed more like a single and was quite expensive. I politely asked the waiter if it was the right size for the price, and he spoke to the manager. When he came back, he told us we could either go to the bar to check or leave. This was a huge letdown, especially since we were being respectful. We decided to pay the tab and leave. She went above and beyond to ensure that my wife and I got to sit in the outdoor dining area with our pup and enjoy the nighttime ambiance along with the beautiful weather that night! Allie served our food order PERFECTLY with absolutely no problems or issues. It was also served hot and tasted amazing! For the past year and a half, our service at this store has been questionable whenever Allie was NOT waiting on us. Came here for European Cup Final - Liverpool vs Spurs. First time at this location and it has a very impressive array of television screens with a variety of sports being shown. Of course, the main event was the soccer and it was nice to see several tables with people there just for that. In terms of service, Araceli was very patient with us during the 2 hours we were there. She had several other customers to wait on, but she was checking on us regularly to make sure we always had what we needed. She is a great ambassador for the restaurant! The food was good. Shared a large 22-piece boneless wings tray spun in various sauces. The honey varieties were very tasty. The jerk sauce was so-so. We asked for a side of the mango habanero just to try. Boy was that hot !! Overall it was a good experience and I have no doubt we will be back again at next year's European Champions Cup Feb 2020: came again for soccer, happy to see Man United winning for a change. It's great that there are so many TVs with all the sports but unless you sit at the bar it's hard to get service. We have given this place chance after chance and are disappointed each time. We will get seated pretty quickly but then no one takes our order. This has been the same situation over the last three years that we have tried to eat there. Ill have to give this location a 3 out of 5. This occasion we ordered to go and it just wasnt great. We ordered a normal fries and cheese curds but there was barley in there. I ordered traditional wings and they must not have any Quality Control when making these orders so there was seasoning only on one side of my Buffalo wings and there wasnt much on the lemon pepper ones. On one occasion in the resturant when we asked why we had a snack size of fries the server just blamed the cooking staff and didnt attempt to fix it. My job offered me a $25 coupon and I used it today. I ordered on line and the website was pretty-ok, I didn't have to log in and the menu section was easy to select. I ended up using the 15/15 Wing bundle for $29.99. I got 15 bone mild and 15 boneless parmesan garlic with fries. I got to site and was greeted by the associate and had my order ready, took my coupon and paid the rest with cash. The associate was excellent. Got home and the meal was still warm, not hot but it was ok, I'm only 5 minutes away from home. Packages were great and when I opened the mild you could smell the heat, I was afraid it was going to be too hot, but it was mild and good. For the parmesan garlic it was also good and tasty. As for fries they were still warm and I was able to tolerate them and not throw them away as I had to do with other fast food or restaurant fries in the past year, thank you Covid-19. KYC is still my favorite for fried chicken. For me was the improvement of customer service. read more
