It was fresh hot, and tasty. Definitely better than the current rating on the website! Seemed like a good deal overall! The workers were very polite and attentive. read more

Good food good cu service I really like this place it's reslly good and nice people I really enoigy it like really good

We always love Wingstop. The food is always hot and fresh, the fountain drinks are always crisp, and the establishment itself is always clean. Employees are friendly and accommodated all of our requests. The dipping sauces are amazing. The ranch is so good. We've come back over and over and we've also gotten it delivered with the same great experience read more

Ordered 2 combos and some other things but the combos were where I had the issues. One combo didn't have my fries or Parmesan seasoning , and the wings were drier than my elbows, put some sauce on the wings and give me my Parmesan seasoning as I ordered it. I usually don't check my orders but I guess I'll babysit. read more

The customer service was amazing and the food tasted so good they also had great deals

I like wingstop more than Buffalo Wild Wings. The fries are good too id recommend the Parmesan fries

Everyone here is super nice and work appropriately! Makes sure orders are served at a good time!

I ordered from wingstop it's always a hit or miss when. I get it and todays wings were so horrible all bone with no chicken and they weren't even busy I won't be going there anymore read more

This store is a joke, they can guarantee to get your order wrong. If it's not the wrong wings it's missing items. Considering they repeat it twice to the customer and still get it wrong. read more

I ordered the Spicy Korean Q and it was overall really good. The fries tasted great, they were fresh, hot, and seasoned well. The staff were really kind to me, (i couldn't catch her name but she looked 57, and she was the sweetest lady ever, she called me dear and honey which i thought was really nice). The entire building was not too loud and not too quiet. The only problem was that when I got my drink, it tasted like watered down Fanta. read more

great food wings are always on point !i went in about two weeks ago great customer service .

Ordered here in October via DoorDash and it was cancelled after we waited over 1hr past our delivery time. Currently waiting on another order and it's been over an hour past our estimated time. Not sure how you can get it so wrong. Sadly, we won't be trying to eat here again. Also, I'm assuming because EVERYONE is complaining on the wait time. They simply just don't answer their phones anymore. It would be nice to get a heads up if your are just not going to make the food. read more

This place is awful. My wife enjoys wingstop, so I oblige, but I will never eat here again. For starters, the chicken sandwich had to be from the day before because it was hard, dry, and cold. The wings are small af, swamped in sauce to mask the bs. I can't believe this place gets business. Santa Maria doesn't have that many places to eat that's good, but this place is in the bottom tier.. check the freshness of your food before leaving. My wife made the mistake of not checking. I won't make the mistake of eating here again. read more

Would give zero stars if I could. Waited an hour and 15 minutes which was already 20 minutes beyond our expected wait time after we ordered online to pick up. Showed up, got told 15 more minutes.. waited 15 minutes to be told another 15 minutes. Waited the extra 15 minutes to be told they never started our food. Wing stop is a complete joke, and we have to wait 3-5 days to receive a refund as we are tired of waiting for our food that was never started. Couldn't provide a refund receipt.. not even worth giving this franchise your money. A bunch of incompetent employees. I've worked fast food and it's really not that hard. read more

The worst wing stop you will ever visit! It's dirty! Employees are rude, and you will never get your order right. I am surprised they are still open! read more

I placed an online order. Said 18 to 24 minutes. Got here around 20 minutes later and still have to wait another 10 minutes. Love the food but this wait time is ridiculous. If your not in a hurry it's worth the wait. I love the thigh bites and Cajun corn. Last time I ordered had to wait again and then when I got home my corn was still cold. read more

We stopped at Wingstop again on the road. I was hungry for some wings. I ordered some Lemon Pepper, Buffalo , Barbecue flavors with all bone. Several ones to choose from. Be prepared to wait 45 minutes. I love the garlic flavored fries and wings here too. Good customer service. Well kept place. I have been to this location numerous times and never had problems. 17 minutes ago NEW They undercook your chicken and they dont change their grease for fryers so all your fries are soggy and greasy. No wonder they pay their employees the minimum. the manager Donna still has not yet emailed or called me after many messages i sent regarding the metal found in my food month or 2 ago. At this point they're lying because they always claim they're not at the store or unavailable yet can't call back. manager emailed me before claiming a gift card was going to be sent to my address yet claim they don't have a working email for me. An hour and twenty minute wait to order wings? Are they slaughtering birds in the back? I've worked in kitchens before, take the wings put them in a fry basket, wait 10 min max, throw some sauce on it, serve. Not sure what the problem is but corporate should handle this. read more

Love the food!!! The customer service is amazing. I come here at least once a week. Everyone is super friendly and nice. They're always really busy and yes I always have to wait for my food. Staff is always super nice, friendly, helpful and working hard. I know that anytime I order food at the restaurant or through the app to always check back 15min after the time I was told it would be ready. It avoids alot of frustration. The food is always fresh and yummy!!! Kudos to all the staff! Keep up the good work 2 thumbs up!!! read more

My wife loves the food here and we usually order from door dash. We probably should have kept it that way. My wife asked me to swing by the Santa Maria store to pick up dinner. The staff that was working, was working incredibly hard however there was three other staff standing around not doing anything. No one greats as you walk in. I waited for about 15 minutes until an employee acknowledged my presence. The person at the register was not personable, friendly or even made eye contact. They acted as if I was inconveniencing them. They began the conversation with (There is a 45 minute wait). Once again, no hello or thank you for choosing Wingstop. I got the impression that they did not want my service so I went somewhere else. I have worked with the public for 15 years and managed a store with 20 employees. My opinion of the Santa Maria Wingstop is that it needs better management. read more

After getting the lousiest service you can get in Santa Maria, (Not exaggerating), my family and I decided not to go back ever again. Especially because Buffalo Wild Wings is just across the street and gives better service better food and way less wait time. Wingstop lost all out business and I think they are going to lose a lot more if they don't do something about their management and workers. (Not all some of them are friendly) . They flat out stop taking orders , do not offer money back when they mess up an order and they sometimes don't even apologize. If I ever do go to wingstop it will Be in Slo or Lompoc. read more

Wingstop -Santa Maria...love em or hate em(reviews are either 4-5 Stars or 1-2 Stars(just goes to show...everyone owns their own experience). On Valentines Day, I made my first visit to this location. I normally visit the Wingstop in SLO. On entry I did a quick scan of the establishment and felt more at ease than my last visit in SLO (the restaurant eating area was dirty...tables and floor had left over food and wrapping all over) because it appear clean and tidy. I stepped up to the counter and received a pleasant welcome from Daisy. She was cheerful, professional, and seemed genuinely interested in delivering great customer service. Nice! A big THANK-YOU to Daisy for her attitude and attention! I ordered and was surprised with the quickness of receiving my food. WOW...(other reviewers were not so happy with the "slow service")! The order was perfect (to go) and nice and hot. Delicious! Today...in this Yelper's opinion, Wingstop - Santa Maria earned this "definite recommend" 4 Star review. read more

This place was horrible, from the rude person taking the order to the organization and the wait time. Food sitting there forever no one saying it was ready, etc read more

I requested garlic Parmesan and plain but instead I got all lemon pepper. I don't live in town and I understand that some ppl will lie but no all ppl lie. Here are the pictures that I took since my kids didn't want to eat what was supposed to be "plain" nor did my other son that requested garlic Parmesan. We don't like lemon pepper and I requested if they could make it right for tomorrow and I would gladly take the wings tomorrow they said no if I wanted it right I would have to go back tonight. Which is 20 mins till 10pm. Get better customer service will not be going back. Really disappointed read more

Came here for first time only to be told it would be 1-1/2 HOURS to pick up and told with an attitude. For little wings... ridicules. Now I see why reviews are bad. Never again. read more

Gave them another chance and I have to say the service improved. They got our wings out in a reasonable amount of time. Hope they keep this up. read more

This place is always busy. Don't expect to sit down or anything because that's definitely a gamble if you're with more than like one person. Pretty standard Wingstop otherwise. They are consistent which is amazing considering I've been here like 50 times. If you order ahead it's usually ready when it's supposed to be - another reason to come here. Pro Tip: use the app, it's not well developed but gets the job done if you're laying in bed and suddenly crave wings (don't judge) Service kind of blows, there's this one tall guy he's pretty much the Kobe Bryant of service but other than him it's Russian roulette. read more

I went there the other night and placed an order. We got two different flavors in a 10 piece combo. When I got home I realized they had done all garlic parmesan instead of splitting it. I called them to see if I could get a refund or if they would let me come pick up the correct wings. They told us no there was nothing they could do and they wouldn't help us. That's ridiculous considering it was their fault, the supervisor then became extremely rude when I asked to speak to someone, she even called me an idiot. read more

Don't eat here we ordered from here last night & everyone that ate got food poisoning from the wings.

I remember the bread rolls being really soft and buttery a few years ago. I decided to add a butter roll to get free delivery on my door dash order and wow that roll was dry!!! I ended up giving it to my dog because I could not eat it. Quality has gone down on wing stop so much. Not sure when I'll order again. read more

I hate to give this location a bad review but this place is going downhill. They used to be pretty good and the older gentleman who I assume was the owner would come by to ask how things are. After covid, I don't see him anymore and just the daughter comes in. The food is usually hot and good except this time I got a wing with feathers (a lot of feathers). Lost my appetite after that. They replaced with a fresh one but lost my ability to eat. The soda machine has sucked over the last few months and drinks are way over carbonated with no flavor. I hope they get their crap together because their wings are good when everything's right! read more

Spent 20 mins trying to call and order for carry out. No answer for 15 min. Then hold. I walked in the store still on hold. At the SAME time I tried using the App to order. Online & App were BOTH down. The poor kid trying to help everyone.. not his fault they didn't staff the place!! Super slowest wing stop ever!!! No sense of urgency!!! I should have read the reviews...looks like this is the norm! Too bad. I'd love to speak to the owner!! read more

Wingstop in Santa Maria is all bad. Workers here are incompetent and obviously don't care. Called in to order the boneless wing special (20 wings). I ordered 15 mango habanero for myself, 5 lemon pepper for my girlfriend. They gave me 5 mango habanero, 15 lemon pepper. Didn't notice until after I picked it up and got home. Called in to see if they could fix it and they said I must have ordered it wrong and I'd have to make another order if I wanted additional wings. Never going here again. read more

Quality of the food is dependent of who is on staff that day. It can either be amazing or it can be trash that gives you food poisoning. I also don't understand why the removed honey mustard and replace it with cheese sauce. read more

The food is good but just like the other reviews, the wait times are really long. That's fine, easy enough to plan around that. The big deterrent for me is how poor the overall staff is. Some employees are decent but they make themselves scarce when the rotten apples are doing their thing. Seems like it's probably a toxic work environment. read more
