Good food... whoever manages though should be fired. Had to wait 50 min past my already 1hr 10 min wait time. Their management is probably the worst thing I've ever seen. read more

The food is amazing !!!!!! But order Online or double Check your order like before you leave for take out. I wouldn't do a review on a place like this, but it's been several times they do this. THEY HAVE THE WORSE customer service. I specifically told them 5 times about my order. I wanted a simple order of their classic and bones less wings with specific flavors. That's all and they still get it wrong. Well guys be sure to always check. Very disappointed. This is not the first tHis place has done it. Please be sure to always check cause it's very difficult for them :/ read more

Placed my order, an hour for 10 wings 2 tenders and fries. I went 15 minutes early food was ready, uh so it would have just sat getting colder for 15 more minutes?. They had no sodas in the machine aside from sugar free- coke, dp, sprite, root beer, ginger ale, lemonade, Fanta etc all out. Food was cold as there isn't a warmer for it to sit in while it waits to be picked up. Not worth the wait, won't be back. How does this place even stay in business? read more

Don't waste your time coming to this place. They have no sense of urgency or sense of time for that matter. If the app tells you it's gonna take 10 minutes for your order you might as well add an extra 30 minutes on top of that because your order will not be ready, guaranteed. They need new staff and new management. read more

Wingstop - These are Parmesan fries? This is ridiculous. Y'all need to get help you wouldn't eat it so why give it to your customers - Chicken Wings Near Me - Santa Maria, California

Whenever I'm in town and looking for wings, I'll stop in the Santa Maria Wingstop. Usually the wait is longer than I'm willing to wait for so I'll either call in or place my order online. The online process is really easy, but the only negative is that you don't know what the limited time sauce/flavor is at the time. Usually the flavors are pretty good and it mixes it up from the usual sauces they have. I like the lemon pepper, hot, Cajun, mango habanero. For the sides, their fries are really well seasoned and I like them a little more well done with extra seasoning. The baked beans are underrated and they're delicious as well. Usually, the small sizes are more than enough food. The 6 or 10 piece individual meal is a good deal, it comes with wings, drink, and a side of your choice. On Mondays and Tuesdays, they have their 50 cent boneless wings with a minimum order of 10 pieces. I'm not a huge fan of boneless wings so I always go with the bone-in wings. The line does get pretty bad on those days so be prepared. I've never actually dined in here but there are TVs with sports on them. The fountain machine has a good selection of sodas and teas. The roll of paper towels is a life saver since things can get messy really quickly. read more

If only I could give a 0 star. I literally just walk out the store and here sitting in my car giving a review ASAP. That was the worse service ever. The lady up front was straight up rude I dont know why she was hired in the first place with that attitude but atleast their boneless chicken and fries is okay. So disappointed with their service read more

Absolutely the worst restaurant in town. Constant turnover, rude staff and horrible wait times. It gets so bad I've watched them stop answering the phone. I gone to several other Wingstops and do not experience what I do at the Santa Maria store. Clearly management issues and lack of a good restaurant process and practices. read more

Here is an example why this location is the most backwards business I've ever been to that cares nothing about their customers. I try to order on the app but it doesn't let me, it tells me to call the store. I call the store they say the wait is an hour. I begin order when the employee stops me. She says I can't order online or the phone I have to come to the store. I say ok but if I do the wait will be a reasonable 15 minutes. She says no, an hour. So I ask why can't I order over the phone and come in an hour. She says it's the "manager's rules". I ask to speak with the manager, employee says only the shift leader is there and they'll just tell me the same thing. So to be clear I ask the only way to order is to come to the store and wait an hour? Employee says yes thats the policy. This makes 0 sense during covid. You want all these people huddled up in the store? Or you want them waiting outside in the cold freezing weather? Big middle finger to the customer. I shouldn't be surprised though. This location has been awful for years but it's the only place in town for wings. They need new management or new owners. Hopefully a decent wing business ran by someone with a brain will open in the future so no one has to ever visit this joke of a business ever again. Happy Holidays. read more

I'll start with what I did like. The fried corn is very tasty and very good. I also bought an order of 20 bone in Louisiana rub wings. They were not seasoned well. Some of the wings didn't look like they had seasoning at all. Some of the wings skin was still fatty indicating they weren't cooked long enough. I checked to make sure the insides were done and they were. At the bottom of the to-go container was approximately 1/4 cup of oil. That's a lot of grease! Okay, they are fried but that's too much. With the amount of grease, the chicken not seasoned well, and the skin on the chicken still fatty, it is a clear indication that this person who cooked my order was in a rush and didn't execute the meal properly. A quote from Gordon Ramsey would be, "What were you thinking you donut?!" I have had the Lompoc locations wings and they were much better. I won't be going back to the Santa Maria location again. read more

I have had this in the past. However, I ordered so wings and 4 tenders that took about an hour and 45 minutes. Only a girl is nice about it and the rest of the folks are in a bad mood. Half of the staff seems to be standing around. If everybody is to be focus on doing what they are supposed to do. 10 wings would not take over 105 minutes to have them ready. Perhaps prioritizing? I am not sure why there is such delay, but, management needs to have a sit down with them. read more

This place is booty cheeks. I scheduled a order for 2 pm hours in advance. When I came in the place wasnt busy at all, but the kid up front said my order only had 5-7 mins left. This is our go-to Wing Stop because my wife likes the way they cook the wings... Not this time though. We ordered ahead to mitigate the typical long wait anybody coming through the door faces. They cater mostly to pick-up orders it seems. We ordered 20 wings, veggies (the veggies continue to be really good...), and two pots of dipping blue cheese dressing. Good smells emanated from the bag the whole trip home. Though the bag was never tipped over, when we were taking it from the vehicle we noted that the bottom of the bag was completely saturated with Buffalo Sauce. Upon opening the bag, all the contents had to be brought in separately due t being covered in sauce. The wing container was intact and upright. When we opened it, some wings had sauce on them, others did not. We were completely baffled not knowing how so much sauce could be soaked through the bag! When we ate the wings we also found the order wasn't up to our typical expectations of this Wing Stop. The wings were not completely covered with sauce and the wings tasted like they were cooked in old oil. The chicken was not extra done like my wife orders, i.e. extra crispy. They were cooked like you would normally expect a typical Wing Stop to cook them which I, her husband, happen to like. The lack of sauce on the wings yet the bag soaked in sauce leads me to think almost the unthinkable... They appear to have cooked the wings in old oil but forgot to toss them in sauce. The error was noted after the wings were placed in the bag and some sauce was tossed in, some got the chicken, most got the bag. The bag appeared normal and made it to the car. After only 15 minutes of driving, the bag was soaked and risked breaking getting it out of the car. The sauce did soak through though and puddled in the rubber pads I had installed in this truck to catch beach sand. Yes, puddled. That's how much sauce made it through the bag though the wings were not saturated and minimally covered. We regret that the only source for wings my wife likes just dried up from bad service. read more

Absolutely terrible customer service. I have walked in to order food with no other customers in line/in restaurant and still have to wait 30 mins to an hour OVER what they told me the wait time was going to be. There have also been occasions of employees arguing and fighting with each other and customers in restaurant. I have never seen a smile from anyone working there, and the employees treat you like literal garbage. I walk in and there are ten or more employees on the clock with at least half just standing doing nothing. I am definitely not the only one that feels this way, something needs to change at this location. read more

My wife went to WS today to pick-up an order that I ordered for her online, but apparently the online order was not registered there (online is not user friendly at all) Anyway, I had ordered previously over the telephone and forgot to tell them that she would be there later. So, I decided to order on-line and placed the order (I thought) and the I called her to tell her that I put two orders in (my bad) and that she make sure I don't get billed twice. Well, when she arrived there they informed her that there was no other order placed and that she had to pay for the first order that I placed via phone call. That being said, they ended up yelling at each other over an order of chicken wings. I heard them over the phone and it was screaming in spanish at each other. My wife ended up walking out without her meals and stated that she would NEVER RETURN and that was met with OK, up too you! We will never go there again of course, I don't care for the chicken as it tastes old and smells like it too! Not all the time mind you, but it has happened to me several times. ANYWAY, NO MORE unprofessional, rude and ignorant service for US ever!! ZERO STARS read more

Food was delicious BUT service was horrible. I ordered food to be ready at a certain time and had to wait an extra 30 minutes, along with about 6 other people. I understand they were busy, but the food prep team was moving so slowly and they were taking a long time to complete their tickets. The cashiers were not handling time complaints and concerns well. No apology or even acknowledgement of how long we were all waiting. With a sense of urgency and responsibility to the customer, I think they can become the place I used to love again. read more

Wingstop is now a publicly traded company for a reason - the wings are good, really good! The bone-ins especially are plump, juicy, and flavorful. Unfortunately this location has not been consistent in the freshness of its wings. They were quite "weak sauce" during my last visit, a Saturday in the early evening. The wings came out warm and a little dry, not appetizing. I had the mango habanero and the original hot sauces. I would only ever get the original flavor again. My two companions agreed it is the best flavor. For $15 I recommend splitting the combination of two wing flavors with two large drinks and an order of fries. It feeds two to three people. I like that four flavors of Gold Peak iced tea are an option here so it's not just soda. Also, the Wingstop fries are so satisfying, better than the wings, because they have some of the potato skin on the sticks, lending to more crunch on the outside, while still being soft on the inside... They even have a lil sugar sprinkled with the salt. It's a winning combination that constitutes one of my favorite fries out there. I have eaten at this location only twice so it's been excellent once and mediocre once, hence the 3 stars. read more

The food is good but its no worth the stress. You order by phone for with the purpose of no waiting in line for an hour, than you make a order to be picked up in one hour and a half and when you get there they tell you you have to wait 15 minutes for the order 3 times!!! Yep I waited 40 minutes to pick up my order that was made one hour and a half before. When I get my order it was not what I ordered. ( I didn't even bother to call back). Seriously customer service is horrible. It would be so nice if it was different. Unfortunately it sucks! read more

I've been here twice in two months. The first time I ordered online, waited 15 minutes past quote time, and arrived to find out my order had not been started. Got no apology, paid full price, and at the very end the manager said" I'll put something under your phone number to hook you up" At this time I submitted an online complaint, which also received no response. Today I'm here now, that something the manager promised was $1.67,10%off my order. 0 apologies, 0 friendly service, and 0 chance I will ever return. read more

Wingstop - I don't feel like a loyal fan - Chicken Wings Near Me - Santa Maria, California

Love your wings so much that after a long weekend and a 4hr drive, you were the first thing on my mind as far as what was for dinner. I was excited to see that the website said my order would be ready in in 21-26 minutes because the wait it usually closer to an hour. SCORE!! I place my order, get confirmation, drive to the restaurant and BOOM!!! CLOSED!!! WTF?! Why did the website take my order AND MY MONEY?!?! SO DISAPPOINTED! Now what? Am I going to have to take time out of my day tomorrow to make sure I get a refund? So not cool Wingstop! Now I have to settle for your competition that costs twice as much and aren't as good. Thanks a lot. read more

Normally, I don't have a problem coming to Wing Stop. Food comes out quick and hot. The reason I gave 3 stars is because of the service (I would've given it 2 stars but the wings saved them). I called to place an order for pick up and was immediately placed on hold which I don't have a problem waiting a minute or two. That is, I have no problem if the phone would ever get picked up again. I was left on hold he entire drive over to Wing Stop. When I walked in, the place was empty except for one table of 2 people. A word of advice, if you put someone on hold, try not to forget about them. Wing Stop would be so much more pleasant if I at least got a smile when I walked in, not a look that translates to "what to do you want, hurry up and order, and get out." Don't look so annoyed! I still love the food here, but the customer service needs an overhaul. read more

A pretty standard Wingstop that didn't deliver on a few things. 1. Forgot to give us our family pack order of veggies. By the time we opened the bag to see we were already at the Drive-In Theater and couldn't do anything about it. Called and really nothing was offered for our inconvienence. 2. Asked for 3 Ranch and 3 Bleu Cheese and got all ranch - uh! 3. Sloooooooooow. Really slow. read more

Well, I just love wing stop!!! The wings are always crispy yet moist. I've tried all their flavors and my most favorite is garlic parmesan. I am a little upset that they removed their baked beans, LOVED them. They now have that cajun corn, they have a nice kick to them. Fries I order extra crispy with extra seasoning, that brown sugar makes it to die for!! The rolls are light and airy. I have not tried any other sides so I can not comment on those. This store itself is usually pretty great. Workers are always polite and smiling. Time taking your order is quick but waiting for food is usually the minimum of 15 minutes. Which is okay, my food is fresh!! Today their coke station and restroom was pretty dirty, it might have been the large group that was dining there. The only downside here is the restaurant is way to small for how busy they are. Work on expanding so you don't have customers leaving due to no seating! read more

I love their service, they are very helpful. I would highly recommend due to their ability to get the food tasting gucci.

Worst Wingstop I've ever been to. I love Wingstop. Their food is great. We definitely like them better then B-Dubs, but the problem with this Wingstop is the staff. The workers are absolutely horrible. They are lazy and unhelpful. If you're ordering on the weekend expect at least an hour and a half wait. If you place an order on the app I can guarantee it will not be ready at your selected time. You'll have to wait an extra 15+ minutes. These people act like they've never had a job before and have no idea what they are doing. They constantly mess up our order and the food takes so long in the first place you don't want to wait around for them to fix it. Please get a good manager to whip this place into shape. Until then all my business will be going to Buffalo Wild Wings. read more

I wish I could give less stars. I ordered through the app thinking it would be faster, but boy, I was wrong. I knew that this place is usually busy so I ordered an hour in advance. I tried calling and going online for food the past two days at dinner time. 6pm. They leave the phone off of the hook. I try to order online and it says they are closed. I go to the store to order and there's a line out the door. I ask why are they so busy? I was told they really are not that busy. It's the slow service and lack of management here. There is no need to take the phone off the hook and stop taking orders throwing good money away because you cannot keep up with frying some wings. This place needs a brand new manager because that's where it all starts. This is every day because I've read all the reviews and they said they love the wings but hate going here because it takes one to two hours to get your food. Wings? Wings: Delicious!!! Service: Mediocre Wait time: SLOWEST IN HISTORY The food is awesome but the wait time is notoriously slow at this particular location. Average wait time when it's slow is 45 minutes and well over an hour when busy. I decided to order online instead of my usual walk-in order and it said the order would be ready by 8:24pm. It was what you would call, not busy at all. At 6:45pm on a Sunday night. I do not know how long my food was sitting there, but i did get food poisoning.
