Have had decent experiences previously with Wing Stop. However, was very annoyed to wait approximately 35 minutes for a very basic order today, with three other people who ordered after me being served in one third the time that my order took. After 21 minutes, one of the employees asked me for my name, checked the ticket, which was still hanging in front of the grill, and told me it would just be 2 to 3 more minutes. I waited another 15 minutes beyond the point when the employee asked my name before they had the order ready. When they finally called my name to hand me my order, they never apologized for the delay. The store was not busy at all. There was no reason for this delay or for the lack of apology. I noticed they had a sign up requesting people to give them 5 stars on Yelp, yet they are apparently not concerned when they make a mistake that results in a significant delay for the patron. It's alright though, there are plenty of new restaurants opening up in the area that I'm sure would enjoy my frequent business. read more

Don't waste your time even ordering food. They take forever and don't have a good system so that really makes an 45 minute order turn into an hour and a half wait. Complete with attitude and all. I get that to go places are busy but that's a good reason to ensure a good flow. Obviously these workers are frustrated, the work flows sucks. as for the food....go across the street to buffalo wild wings. I won't make the mistake of ordering here again. Bye read more

If I could do 0 stars I would. We placed a large order online, went to pick it up and take it back to work, open it and there's an order missing. I swear every time we get food from this place it's one thing or another. NEVER have I had a smooth experience here. And then when you call to let them know, it's as if they don't believe you didn't get your whole order. It's been this way for a looong time you would think after multiple bad reviews they would do something to step their game up. read more

They always give me my order right and the cashiers are always polite! Only thing is there timing I always order 1 hr ahead :)

Ordered with a 50 minute wait time. Walked in right at 50 minutes. Was told another 5-7 minutes. Waited another 30 minutes. Fully staffed and wasent able to help or at least bust orders out? A line formed just for pick up. Haha either they new or they lost in the sauce. Someone needs to revamp this staff and store. Trash read more

The wings are always the best in town but if they tell you a wait time, give them another 20 to 30 mins. Today they told us an hour wait we gave them about an hour and 15 mins. when we tried to pick up they said another half hour. We just cancelled the order and left. read more

They take forever employees are always messing around in back instead of working orders backed up all the time need better management they all look trashy dirty uniforms and have zero customer service skills they need a corporate visit go any pm shift will see everything !!! read more

I've been to a few wing stops up and down cali and this is by far the worst one I've been too. They're always running late on the orders always messing up forgetting sauce, missing wings, and always late. Hands down best wings in town! & the fries are amazing!! Definitely my go to spot when im wanting some good wings.

I LOVE the Wingstop chain; however, this is hands down the absolute worst location. I frequent several throughout southern / central CA, and have frequented others in several others in various states I've lived. This location lacks consistency (of food preparation and customer service), sometimes forgets to start online orders, and has left me on hold in excess of 15 minutes multiple times (and then hung up on me). My order is never complex, but 9 times out of 10 is still wrong. If there were another within 30 miles, I would absolutely go that distance to patronize that location. I'm not a fan of Buffalo Wild Wings, but now that they're right across the street - you may as well just go there. At least you'll get half decent service and exactly what you order. That's a lot more than I'm used to getting from this location of wingstop. Also, I've complained to corporate about these issues in the past. They sent me gift cards that this location won't honor. read more

Consistency is not there. They consistently mess your order up. I continue to go back because they used to be really good and efficient. Poor management team and poor customer service. Do not recommend unfortunately. read more

Ordered food by phone , Worst customer service ever from this place . Wait time was 45 minutes called and placed it even confirmed my order by name and cell phone number. Drove across town to pick up my order 40 minutes later parked and called to check the status on my order and the "Girl" said let me check your order . She comes back on the phone and says we didn't place your order what would you like .... I said "my order" once and she asked again what would you like again and I said it again than she said it will be 45 minutes ... really another 45 minute wait for your poor customer service I'm good Screw wing stop I hope the manager reads this shit and gets some people who actually want to work!! GOOD BUSINESS GOING BAD WITH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.... read more

Food tastes great but they quote you at 40 mins and don't get you your food for over an hour. This is ridiculous. And they aren't even sorry about it. No apologies for the wait, nothing. If you can handle the volume then hire more people to help out. read more

horribly service! i wish there were more wingstops to avoid this one! they always make mistakes. if i could give 0 i would.

Order took over an hour and a half, staff kept saying 15 more minutes. If you know you're running this late tells us upfront. Don't mind the wait but hate the stringing along. read more

I gave Wingstop a second chance and they deserve 5 stars! The food is awesome. They recognize me when I order, because I order special, and get it perfect Everytime. And on Tuesdays, my wings are 50% off.. read more

Really good wings!!... When they get my order right. Taste is great but the wait time is atrocious. If you order from here, order with the intent to run a few errands before going back for the food. 2/5 only for good tasting food.... but honestly 0/5 for service. read more

Countless times I can't even order online or over the phone with this place. The only reason I visited today was because my husband had a craving for wings. I only prefer the Parmesan garlic boneless wings l, so that is what I ordered. My husband ordered fried and Cajun wings. I ordered coleslaw instead of fries, but I was actually impressed this time. I usually don't like their fries, but they were crispy and fresh and not sad and soggy!!:) nice improvement read more

7/23 DONT EVEN BOTHER COMING HERE. I really didn't appreciate my experience here after lack of communication from the fcking staff working after 5PM. Kid working says my order will be ready in 10 min. 10 minutes turned into 50 min. Apparently there was 2 of the same name and they didn't even bother to check on the distinction of which order was mine. Another girl said they'd check on the status of my order, never even said anything because most likely they never even bothered to check their online orders. I'm guessing the most likely placed my order randomly in the middle. And the front cashiers are cringe trying to flirt with each other, instead of keeping orders in line. Waiting for so long already , I was promised by the guy my order would be ready at 6:10 at 5:45. Currently 6:10 sitting here with no update from the staff. Finally got my order at 6:20. Can't comment on the food, couldn't appreciate it after the stupid long wait. read more

Don't waste your precious time and money on this place! Called in our order, and there was an hour wait, no problem. Go to pick up and they "forgot" about our online order so we waited another hour for them to make our food. Could maybe, big MAYBE, understand waiting 2 hours for the best damn chicken wings I've ever had in my life, but NO! This food wasn't even mid! This has to be some of the worst service I've ever experienced!!! I'd give them a 0, but it won't let me! read more

Wait time is ridiculously long. Ordered online and ended up having to wait an hour and 20 minutes. Went to pick up my order just to be told that my order needs 15 minutes more. All that wait just to get my order wrong. Service sucks and the majority of the people who work there seem miserable, rude, and overall just don't care. That's the last time I'm ever coming to SM's Wingstop. read more

Orders are taking over 3 hours to complete, some folks waiting hours and being told "just another 15 minutes" several times. I was standing at the counter as there were no lines and just 20-25 customers crowding around waiting. Several orders were complete and on the baker's rack waiting. They did nothing until a customer asked them to yell out the names of the completed orders. When people got those, they were cold. They issued at least a dozen full refunds in the hour I was standing there. Staff didn't care to engage with the angry crowd, but rather ignore us and go about their business as if they had all the time in the world. No sense of urgency that the business was losing hundreds of dollars that night. No cares at all. No supervisor around on a holiday weekend. The only word I could think of that night was shocking. read more

Usually I don't write reviews but I'm very disappointed tonight. I Called an order in for Wingstop they called back and said they were out of fries... so I changed my order to just wings. The wait times are a little lengthy, but what are you gonna do...? I just tried them for the first time yesterday and decided to come back today for more Cajun wings...I wish they had the option for a sample platter to try all the flavors, but that's probably more complicated on the production end than I imagine, since it takes them so long to turn out a 10 piece(20 minute wait...but I was informed upfront and chose to wait, anyway...and judging by their full dining room, it's not too bad of a deterrent....) read more

I used the app to purchase original and teriyaki wings. I just wanted to get an idea of what Wingstop provided. First off The app was easy to navigate and it's menu and ordering was a breeze. The original wings was just "ok". Teriyaki wings just didn't have that flavor. I think if I order again it would be because of the app. As for wings, I would go elsewhere. read more

To be fair, I can't complain about the wings here. The times I've visited this location, the wings have been consistent with other Wingstop locations. However, I didn't get to the wings during my visit tonight. My friends and I drove a half hour from San Luis Obispo, craving wings and knowing that this particular location is open till midnight, 7 days a week (as advertised on the internet and on their own door). We arrived at 10:30 pm, only to find a hastily made paper sign on the door saying "sorry we're closed". Inside the lights were still on, and the employees were standing around talking to each other and laughing at us as we were standing outside trying to figure out where to go next. Closing an hour and a half early is one thing, but the employee reactions were unacceptable. I don't know if there was a legitimate reason for closing early or if the employees just wanted to go home, but the rudeness we experienced is enough to have me take my business elsewhere in the future. I'll just have to wait until I'm back in Long Beach for my regular Wingstop location. read more

I've been waiting for an hour. I just walked up and asked how far along my order is? They tell me "Oh, they are barely starting on your order". Seriously? A fucking hour? The folks that were behind me had already received theirs. How can you guys possibly get their orders done before mines? Smfh and seriously, when my order was done you guys screwed up? I asked for bone-IN. Traditional wings and these morons give me boneless. Have the audacity to reread my order and mess it up. Let alone it wasn't even the flavor my wife and I chose. Now when I asked for a refund, I'm denied because apparently it's my fault. Wow. My fault? It even says my correct order on my receipt. Sigh... fuck this place. Fuck that fat sack of shit Joshua. You dont deserve a god damn job if you cant even take an order correctly let alone even make the god damn thing. read more

I've come here several times and it's been ok, but today I came with my husband and my 2 boys after watching a movie. Since we got here things are not good the gut taking our order was so distracted and we had to repeat our order like 2 times, some else who was here was making a complain about her food been cold and waited 45mn for it. When we finally got our food my chicken tenders didn't have enough sauce so I asked for more, we got the worse celery cuts and the worse fries I've ever eaten, even Mc Donald's fries are better than these. Don't know if we would come again. read more

If they tell me my order will be ready in an hour, I usually show up 20 minutes late and probably 90% of the time I still have to wait another 30 min longer than that. Everyone out there waiting with me has the same story as myself. (So worst service in town, but the wings are good though.) read more

We have gone to this Wing Stop many times without issues. Our order was usually correct, but not this time. Apparently Wing Stop has decided it no longer includes Ranch Sauce with a veggie order. That would be fine if we were told this. I don't mind paying for something that is not included. But to not even be told that there is no ranch when you are ordering two veggie trays is wrong. There is nothing worse than having your order ruined by such a small petty thing. We won't return or recommend Wing Stop again. Going by the other bad reviews it would be best to just stay away and eat elsewhere. read more

Absolute idiots. Service was the worst I have seen in a long time. I ordered online and when i got there it took them over an hour to give me my order. Aparently, it had been finished for some time but nobody had the bright idea of actually giving us our food. We checked in when we got there so they were fully aware that we were waiting. We then proceeded to sit on the bench directly in front of them but somehow they still managed to forget us. It took me 4 times checking in for them to finally realize our order was actually complete about 30 minutes prior. Complete waste of my time. Plus the wings were cold when I got them. Don't waste your time, there's a perfectly nice Buffalo Wild Wings right across the street. read more
