I don't know how on earth this place has only 2.8 rating! come on people!!! this place is always great. Great food, friendly service and they really hustle! they are working hard! i always order wings (flats only) with french fries and ranch! It does not disappoint! never!!! i love this place! read more

Overall I think Wingstop is pretty good for a fast food chicken wing spot. the boneless chicken is a bit too bready, but the chicken tenders are not really saucey enough. But otherwise the flavors are delicious, my favorite is the mango habanero. In addition, I'm disappointed that the "large" size of the dressing (ranch, blue cheese, etc.) comes in multiple tiny plastic containers. I think wingstop used to do one giant container for the large size, which was more environmentally friendly than the tiny plastic containers. read more

Today I entered Wingstop at 9:13 p. m. with my family. When we arrived, we were told that they were supposedly undergoing an inspection, and for that reason, they would not allow us to join the tables so we could sit together. It seemed very strange to me that an inspection was taking place at that time of night. In addition, several of the tables were dirty, which gave a bad impression of the restaurant's cleanliness and service. I hope you can review this situation and improve the service so that other customers do not have a similar read more

Wingstop - Chicken Wings Near Me - San Carlos, California

Oh! How I enjoy some Wingstop chicken wings. I ordered the Mango Habanero (My favorite cause of the spicy kick.), the Spicy Korean (definitely a must have, if you like some flavored sweet chili). I also had, Hickory smoked BBQ, and finally l ordered the Garlic Parmesan (not what I remember it to be. I have to say that the Garlic Parmesian is really good, but it needed some extra flavor or side condiment to help add an extra punch. I want to come back and try the other hot ones like the Atomic (for example and see if it adds that extra kick), we'll see how that goes... Ooh get the fries, (well done of course!) they're really good but only with cheese sauce on the side. I ordered online through the Uber Eats App. The food was hot, ready and I can say, it took 20 mins but felt faster than I expected. Everything was super fresh, the staff was great and friendly, even though there was kind of limited interaction with them. But when I did, it was really nice and pleasant. My friends and I enjoyed our wings dinner and we had a great dinner. Thank you! Wingstop and the professional staff at this location. read more

Time they open is essentially whenever they want. Google and their site says 10:00. Their door even says 10am. But they won't open until 1030 and say it's not their problem. Then when you go at 1030 am they say they're not ready and to come back closer to 11. It's been this way for a long time. Obviously management doesn't hold anyone accountable. Emailed corporate on this because I've wasted plenty of time on my lunch break to be waiting on this location to figure it out. Naturally corporate hasn't responded even when video and photos attached. So if you go to this location just know it's a gamble when they will be open. Besides the fact on that time issue their food is okay. This location skimps on fries a lot. I'm not saying "other places give you more fries and they give you the corporate mandated amount of fries at this location" but I mean like maybe 16 fries in your order? 2/3rds of the basket empty. Wings size and count vary. Order a 10 piece boneless wings. You'll get 10 but 6 are normal size and 4 are tiny little pieces that somehow count according to the staff. read more

Literally just got my order from Wingstop delivered and see they have changed their fries. These fries are horrible and a bootleg version of their predecessor's. I'm so tired of businesses cutting corners to save a few bucks while tanking their quality of product. I will need a personal invitation and a fully comped meal before I patronize any Wingstop franchise location. People you have been warned, the fries are now a crusty bootleg version of their original fries. DO BETTER WINGSTOP! And no there will not be a next visit. read more

I like this place because it is cleaner and the service is very fast, And also because the people are very friendly with the customers.

Had a great time coming here after playing badminton. Great service! Very fast and friendly

Wingstop never disappoints. The wings were crispy, juicy, and full of flavor--I tried the Lemon Pepper and Mango Habanero and both were great. The fries were perfectly seasoned, and the ranch was honestly the best part. Service was quick and the food came out hot. Definitely coming back when I'm craving wings. read more

If it's late and nothing else is open, then maybe it's worth. Otherwise most of the flavors were pretty disappointing. The korean flavor was a little bland and didn't have as much of a kick as I hoped while the cajun flavor was just straight heat that burned your nose. The lemon pepper one was pretty good though! Terrible service This man was rude called the child with me loca when she picked up the order. I asked for manager's name so I could contact. All three employees (2 men 1 woman) claimed the store has not manager Ewe walked in and asked for 2 six piece Wings. The person in photo said we could not but 6 wings ONLY 5? He was rude I told child I was going to place next store and she ordered wings as they guy was so rude I would not give this biz my money. When child went to pick Up food the GUY in phot called her LOCO after she was handed food. She stopped told him she spoke Spanish. She told me and I went into store. Customer service was not that good. But never going again, I began eating my wings and as I got to my third wing, i flipped it over and this is what I saw. I am disgusted and disappointed, they didn't want to give me my full order again until I kept telling them. She only wanted to give me 2 wings from the two that had feathers. Wing stop is what it is- oily chicken that is overpriced but the ranch is so good and you can't duplicate the lemon pepper so you go back. I placed and order for pick up and it was ready on time and I ate inside and got exactly what I was expecting- nothing phonomial but nothing poor. Just wingstop- they do the orders correctly, good amount of sauce and fries and it is what is good. Keep up the average work Wingstop. read more

We ordered online, the food was ready faster than the expected, everything fresh and we had a great dinner. Thank you!

Seems really out of step to no sell wings in bulk (without a meal) I'll put it this way. Wings are great for the keto diet. A wings place that only sells wings as "meals" that come with carbs and soft drinks cuts out the customers who would just like wings / sauce / celery Plus I really don't give cred for any of these silly franchises that range far from the original formula of buffalo style wings. This is like mcDonalds trying to be an old school wings place Would like to like this place but i can't even talk myself into placing an order read more

This spot was good i like the way they made the wings I come all the way from East Palo Alto to this wingstop

Five stars for the fries and queso (cheese sauce) - they were excellent! Portion was generous and the fries were well browned yet still soft / soggy. Three and a half stars for the "boneless wings." Portion size was reasonable though each "wing" was rather small. They were more like quality chicken nuggets in texture and coating. Dipping sauce was pretty standard. read more

Wingstop is located in a large shopping plaza with a lot of huge department stores so there is plenty of parking. Bonus points for having Tesla superchargers in the back of the lot as well. My husband and I came here on a Saturday at 12:30pm. It was packed but we still managed to grab a table for the two of us. We were able to order immediately, but our order took nearly twenty minutes to fulfill. Which honestly was a little ironic because we originally intended to go to Chipotle but saw a terrifying long line and deferred to come here instead. 10 pieces of bone-in wings and 4 pieces of tenders cost is a total of $18.15. a little pricey, but pro-tip, if you're not really craving fries and a drink, skip the combos. Individual tenders come in 2, 4, 6, or 8 pieces, so I got 4 tenders for $6.99. If you get a 3 piece tender combo with drink and fries, it'll be $9.99. so basically it's a huge upcharge for items that cost nearly nothing to make. When we came here on another day earlier, the wings weren't bad. They're crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. The sauces are pretty good too. But I'd still rather pay the extra to go to BonChon from now on. And now I've finished my review and my food still isn't ready. Should have just gone to Chipotle haha. read more

I love the hot honey rub the flavor is bomb !!!! Awesome store very clean here in San Carlos.

Made an order online and after paying for it, give me a confirmation and receipt indicating my order will be done in 21 to 26 minutes. I get there 30 minutes later and noticed it was empty as it was 3:30 in the afternoon. When I got there and showed my confirmation The guy told Me it'll be 15 mins. I can see that they just started my order!!! Had to wait another 25 mins and was not at all happy. When I mentioned this to the guy... he just laughed it off. Who ever own/manages this place is TERRIBLE because there is obviously no training being provided for anything close to customer service and quality. NEVER GOING BACK read more

Where are my wings ? I placed my order online for a few things, some tenders, fries, a chicken sandwich and of course wings. I thought the bag seemed light but I was in a hurry. When I got home no wings in the bag ! Is there anything more disappointing ? Yes always check the order before leaving but still. Annoying. read more
